I always request [redacted] he does a very fine and thorough job he had a new member of the arksarben team with him and his name was [redacted] and he also did a very fine job with [redacted] explaining to me what they did they both were very professional

[redacted] arrived on time and did a thorough A/C checkHe cleaned the unit of some cottonwood that had gathered after we cleaned the unit the week prior to the cheby ***He clearly explained something he suggested we might do to increase the length of service of our unitWe decided to have that doneIt was finished quickly and efficiently [redacted] took the time to help us reset our thermostat since we had not completed that task to our satisfaction

Today, 9/29/17, we again had [redacted] , Sevice Technician, to our home for the annual furnace safety/maintenance check up We are very pleased with his excellent service, his friendliness & professionalism We feel very confident that our furnace will provide us with worry free performance this winter I cant imagine anyone risking not having this type of furnace safety check We would never take the chance of just switching from AC to heat without making sure there were no issues that could potentially harm/kill us in our sleep from carbon monoxide poisoning! Thank you Aksarben & [redacted] ...we can now go into the winter heating season with the assurance of safety & warmth!

[redacted] provided an excellent and professional job while working on my annual cleaning of the air conditioning unit I would refer him to anyone without hesitation Did a very good job of explaining and answering all my questions

I feel that AksarbanARS intentionally uses deceptive sales practices in order to potentially put the customer in a less than ideal situation I called AksarbenARS on [redacted] to have a drain cleaned in my homeThe representative that I spoke with said that a service tech could stop out later in the day to provide an estimate, and complete the job if I chose to have them do soShe had said there was now way to provide any price range for such service, and that even a simple drain cleaning had to be estimated by a service tech for a $ [redacted] charge, whether I chose to then have them clean it or notWhen the service tech came, he simply opened his price book and showed me the company's charge for drain cleaningI feel that since there was a known cost, this represents a practice aimed at putting the customer in a less than ideal situationThe customer needs to not only wait until a tech can arrive, but pay for the service call for an estimate that could have been provided over the phone,

[redacted] , Service Tech explained to me what was needed to take care of my air condition system I asked several questions and he explained to me on my level Very knowledgeable and polite Air conditioner is running better than ever

My experience for this service call was way beyond perfect I got same day service, the tech showed up at the appointed time The tech was quick to find our problems and also explained some future problems that could arise He explained everything to me and my husband and gave us cost estimates to fix not only the existing problem, but the future ones too He was not pushy and didn't force to do all the service work that could be done We decided to fix the existing problem, and the tech said that he would have a representative call from the company to what we may need to do in the future( we need a new furnace and AC, but it is not in our budget right now He fixed our problem fast and we are very happy with this tech and the company - stars!!!

Aksarben service technician used information and predatory sales technique in attempt to sell unneeded furnace repairs I had a system check and inspection of [redacted] gas furnaces (installed in ***) by an Aksarben ARS service technician on [redacted] (ticket # [redacted] )The technician's report indicated that both furnaces had cracked heat exchangers that needed replacement, both furnaces needed the blower motors replaced, both furnaces capacitors were below specs and that the main floor furnace only also needed the inducer motor replaced due to grinding bearingsTotal estimate to repair both furnaces, including [redacted] discount was $***+ The ARS service technician ( [redacted] ) annotated that both unit's heat exchangers were cracked by viewing through the limit windowOur 2d opinion technician knew this to be 100% information since the heat exchangers were too dusty to make any condition determination by viewing through the limit windowsOur 2d opinion tech Fi

Wow: Imagine this...Christmas Eve (and a SUNDAY!) I have a water heater go out I contact Aksarben and end up speaking with a guy on call (Christmas Eve mind you!) named Phil ( [redacted] I think) and he talks me through how to re-ignight my water heater OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I will be using Aksarben for any of my household needs in the future! THANKS!

My family has used Aksarben for a very long time In this case, their HVAC specialist [redacted] came to my home to deal with a problem with my heat pump He came late in the day since I work until 5:& stayed until he had everything repaired & working properly He, along with his supervisor, came up with an alternate solution to the problem that he was finally able to diagnose that sidepassed the need to do major work in my basement & ended up being less expensive than the original diagnosis - which turned out to be incorrect anyway I am very grateful for the hard work he did & for his consideration of my situation

[redacted] has a contract with Aksarben to sell and install their hot water heatersI was not at home when the salesman came to our homeMy wife did not know the price of the unitThe unit was $ [redacted] minus a 10% discount if we had them install itAksarben charged us $ [redacted] My wife ok'd the purchase because she thought they knew what I had picked out in the storeThere is no way the install should have cost $ [redacted] When I found this out I called the salesmanHe said this included permits, disposal, labor, parts, etcI asked for an itemized invoiceHe said he would have a manager call meNo one calledI called him (***) times and no manager calledI went to [redacted] and spoke to the guy in charge of installsHe called AksarbenHe put me in touch with an office employee who said she would have a manager call meI heard nothingI called them todayI spoke with a manager, ***All he would say is that they charge a flat rate and the price includes all of the things mentioned aboveHe refused to provide an itemized listIf you go a car repair shop they give you an itemized list even if its just an oil changeMaybe its legislation since people complained about being ripped off by mechanicsPerhaps we should complain that we are ripped off by plumbers too so we will know exactly what we are paying for

[redacted] is a very prompt, pleasant and professional Technician He answered all my technical questions and explained the operational concept of my heating system He suggested and explained some homeowner maintenance actions He also described and offered an upgrade to the air filter unit I am pleased to have received the services of [redacted] He is excellent
