Rhona Vegoda placed an order over the phone 4/14/for the Finishing Touch Yes. She called our distribution center where all the orders are processed and shipped from on 4/15/to cancel the order. The representative informed her the order was sent to *** for shipping and couldn't be
cancelledThe representative offered *** *** a $discount to keep the product and she agreedThey issued her a $refund to her credit card on 4/16/15. She called again on 4/16/requesting tracking information on the shipment. The representative told her she would be receiving an email with the shipping information. The order was delivered on 4/24/15. *** *** again called our distribution center on 4/27/to say she was not happy with the product. She again called on 4/30/requesting a refund. The representative told her to return the product for a refundAs of today, 6/8/the product has not been returnedAs soon as the product is retuned she will receive a refund to her credit card

*** *** placed an order over the internet on 4/15/for the Spin Spa The order was processed and shipped It was delivered to the customer on 4/22/ We have no further transactions on the order Every time our distribution center receives a phone call or email
message it gets noted on the account There are no notes from the customer on the account We have not received the product back The research number *** provided from the *** is not a tracking number of the packageAs soon as the product is returned, the customer will receive a refund to her credit card

I am rejecting this response because:
They did not address the issue of them lying and saying a card was sent outThey also arent telling me when im getting my bracesLike I said I want to keep the order I just want to know when I will be getting them the last was May Why dont they know a date?? Its 6/12/I know what days I calkled I always got a date for delievery but they never showed up on those datesIm just not understanding why I cant get a date of arrival.

I am rejecting this response because:
They shipped me two of the same items I refused one of them and sent it right back and they issued a refund for
it The second item was sent back to them on May 4th and they claim they never received it so they never refunded my money Unfortunately I do not have a tracking number for shipping the second item back to them so I am out $because they conveniently have no record of ever receiving it The only proof I have is the fact that I used my debit card at the Post Office to pay for shipping it back to them
At this point, I know I will never see my money again and I just want this complaint on file just in case they attempt to do the same thing to someone else

We will issue a Call Tag for *** to pickup the product When it is received back a refund will be issued to the customer's credit card

As a courtesy the customer can the return the product with their receipt to Idea Village, *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** and they will mail them a check

I don't understand why the customer is rejecting our responseWe told her we issued her a refund to her credit on 6/8/15. The amount was for the $

*** *** placed an order over the internet on 3/9/for the Finishing Touch Flawless Unfortunately due to an overwhelming response for the product it put us in a back order situation The customer never contacted our distribution center either by phone or email They note
every transaction on the orderThey mailed the customer a post card on 4/10/explaining the delay in shipment and whether she still wanted the product or not We have received no response from the customer Her credit card has not been charged We only charge a customer's credit card when the order ships

We have sent the customer an email with instructions on how to install the battery

*** *** placed an order over the internet on 1/7/for the HD Vision Wraparound Day and Night Glasses The promotion was a BOGO You buy pair for $plus $S & H Then you get a second pair for just the additional S & H charge of $ ** *** entered when she placed the order which doubled her order to pairs She also upgraded to the Deluxe which is an additional charge for each pair of glasses and the S & H Her total order was $She called our distribution center on several different days and times unhappy with her order They issued her a refund of $to her credit card on 1/11/ She was issued an additional refund today 2/11/of $

*** *** placed an order over the internet on 2/8/for the Hairology Refresh Pro Brush She called our distribution center on 2/17/to cancel the order The order was cancelled She called at a later time to reinstate the order and was informed the product was on back
order and could take 4-weeks to be delivered because of production issues *** called back on 4/20/inquiring on why she hadn't received her order She was informed by the representative that the order was cancelled because of FTC rules if a product is not shipped within days of receiving the order it has to be cancelled The representative asked her if she wanted to reinstate the order and she declined The customer was never charged for the product

When a customer purchases a product from a retail store it has to be returned to the store for a replacement or a refund because they paid the store for the product not usWe reimburse the stores for any products that are returned so they do not lose any money We only handle orders placed
directly through us from the internet or over the phone As a courtesy, *** *** can return the socks with his receipt for the purchase to Idea Village, *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** and we will mail him a check

When a customer purchases a product from a retail store it has to be returned to the store for a replacement or a refund because the store was paid for the product not us We reimburse the stores for any defective or damaged merchandise so they do not lose any money We handle mail
orders only and items sold in stores are handle by the stores As a courtesy we will send *** *** a replacement Micro Touch Max

The manufacturing plant in China has resolved their issues and the manufacturing process is moving forward The knee sleeves should arrive in our distribution center in Reno, NV around the middle of August We apologize again for any inconvenience that was experienced by *** *** As we have previously said we have no control over what happens in the manufacturing plant in China

We will send the customer's name and address to the magazine to send the customer the magazine in English They may send the customer a different magazine in English whatever is available at this time
