Sleeve and BOGO Elbow Sleeve He called our distribution center on 1/18/to change his email address He called again on 1/18/inquiring about the amount he was chargedThe representative explained what was on the order He just wanted elbow sleeve and knee sleeve The representative explained you can not interchange the productYou get of either the knee or elbow sleeves not and The order was delivered to *** *** on 1/27/ He again called our distribution center twice on 1/29/to say he was not happy with the product and wanted to returnThey gave him return instructions and as a courtesy gave him a partial refund of $to his credit card They told him when the product was returned he would get an additional refund As of today, 2/10/product has not been returned

*** *** *** placed an order over the internet on 3/11/for the Copper Fit Tough Knee Sleeves When an order is placed they give the consumer a 4-week time frame to receive the order If a product is on back order and will take longer than the 4-weeks they mail the customer a
post card asking them if they still want to wait for the product or cancel the order Unfortunately the Copper Fit Tough Knee Sleeves are a new product that experienced some manufacturing difficulties which made the back order longer than the 4-weeks We are waiting for an order to be shipped As soon as the goods arrive *** *** order will ship His credit card has not been charged charged and he won't be charged until the order ships Because of the manufacturing problems the TV Infomercial is no long runningThe infomercial the customer is seeing is for another Copper Fit Knee Sleeve that does not have the padding the Tough Knee Sleeve has We follow all the FTC rules and regulations We apologize that the order is taking longer than anticipated and we apologize to *** *** for the inconvenience he has experienced

The product does not meet the advertised results, it is a poor product, not damaged I do not have the original box the product came in, so cannot return it Since the slip was in the packaging stating to settle disputes with you, I think you need to stand behind your promises

Customer placed 2 different orders over the internet. One order was for $58.94 and the other was for $29.98.  The orders have not been returned as of today, 10/2/15.  As a courtesy we will enter a refund to each order as a courtesy even though we have not gotten our product back from the...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is generally satisfactory to me however the explanation that the screw rod cannot be made out of brass seems unlikely.  With THAT said, if they cannot or will not make the screw rod out of brass, then the claim on the packaging of "solid brass" must be removed.

Normally when a customer purchases a product from a retail store it has to be returned to the store for a replacement or a refund because the store was paid for the product not us. We reimburse the stores for any defective or damaged merchandise so they do not lose any money.  We have no notes,...

emails or phone messages from [redacted]  As a courtesy even though she did not mail order the product directly from us, she can return the Copper Fit Step FX toIdea Village, Wayne Plaza II, [redacted].  They will examine the unit to see if it can be repaired.  If it cannot be repaired, they will send her a replacement.

I accept the offer of the refund,  but items were returned as instructed.

We issued the customer a full refund today 1/19/17 to his credit card.  It goes over electronically and will show on his card in 2-3 days.

We will send [redacted] a replacement handle.

Normally when a product is purchased from a retail store it has to be returned to the store for a replacement or a refund because the store was paid for the product not us.  The stores get reimbursed for any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned so they do not lose any money. ...

As a courtesy, the customer can return the belt to Idea Village, [redacted] and they will send her a new belt.

[redacted] was issued a refund of $36.98 to he[redacted] card on 4/5/17. Her suggestion of a warning on the packaging was forwarded to our Product Development Department.

I am rejecting this response because:We have called your customer service department 5 times to inquire about the status of our order.  Each time we were assured that the set of Tough Knee sleeves and the individual knee sleeve would arrive on a specified date. (4/28 call, will arrive May 29; 6/2 call, will arrive June 18; 6/20 call, will arrive July 20; 8/1 call, will certainly ship no later than 8/5; 8/12 call, will arrive Sept 8)As a result of this repeated disappointment, we won't believe you until the items are in our hands.  When you have them in a box with our name and address on it, call us for a new credit card number.  You have delayed so long that the number you have is no longer valid.  (The whole replacement with a chip thing.)
