They never said 4-6 weeks. They said 7-10 business days. Also I never received a post card of any sort. They never sent an email or phone call unless I called them. Even if they did say that 4-6 weeks its been 12 weeks.

We will mail the customer a check for the $3.34 from our Corporate Office.  He was already issued a refund of $27.98 to his credit card.

We are very sorry the Yoshi Knives were discontinued several years ago.

The order shows it was shipped on 12/21/16.  As a courtesy I will have our distribution center in Las Vegas reship the order to [redacted]

[redacted] placed an order for the Micro Touch Once Razor on 4/28/14. The product is over a year old and is past the warranty period. As a courtesy we will send him a replacement razor.

[redacted] placed an order over the internet on 9/25/2016 for the 2 Comfort Click Belts.  The order was processed and shipped to the customer.  We never received any communication from the customer until July 10, 2017 which is 10 months after the order was placed. Every time we receive...

any communication from a customer either by phone, email, regular mail it is recorded on the order.  July 10, 2017 was the first time he contacted us to say the belt is not properly made.  The buckle slips.  The representative advised the customer that the product was outside of the warranty period but they could provide him the belt at a discounted price which he did not accept the offer.  As a courtesy we will send the customer 2 replacement buckles at no charge even though the order is outside of the warranty.

[redacted] placed an order for the Copper Fit Tough Knee set of 2. The order was shipped to him on 6/30/16.  He called our distribution center on 7/12/16 to say he received the wrong item.  They sent him out a second set at no charge. on 7/14/16.  He called our distribution center...

again to say he received the wrong item again.  The representative told him to return both orders for a refund.  As of today, 7/20/16 the products have not been returned.  As soon as they are returned we will issue a refund of $29.99 to the customer's credit card.

For us to repair or replace the Micro Touch Max it would have to be returned.  As a courtesy, we will send the customer a prepaid mailer.

I am only rejecting this because I have tried to return it to the store, they have since closed permanently. Second, that means I would have to pay to have it shipped to your company. I fail to see why I would have to pay to have it returned.

An order was placed over the internet for the Micro Touch Tough Blade product.  It was placed in the name of [redacted] at [redacted] which is the address on this complaint.  The order was processed, shipped and delivered on 12/31/2016 at 2:38 PM.  The...

customer can return the order and we will issue a full refund to the credit card it was charged on.

[redacted] was issued a refund of $58.94 on 2/9/16 to her credit card.
