Alcon
takes reports of complaints from our customers very seriously. Upon
receipt of Ms***'s complaint, we immediately contacted our rebate vendor
to obtain information concerning her
rebate submission. Based on the
information received from our Rebate Vendor, Ms*** should have already received a duplicate payment email from ALCON.PREPAIDDIGITALSOLUTIONS.COM. As a precaution, these emails contain a link that will expire if not activated within a timely mannerUsing the link, she will choose to receive a physical card or a virtual card. Our rebate vendor states they resent the email as well as leaving a voice mail for herAlcon
values each customer and strives to deliver excellent customer service.
We regret that Ms*** had a less than optimal experience with our rebate
processIf she has any further concerns, we ask that she please call our
Consumer Care Line at *** and they will be happy to assist

***,This is the only complaint (that I know of) that remains unresolved for us on your files. I reached out to my business partners and requested that we make this situation right for the consumer. At the time of the complaint, we did have stringent policies in place that these partners could not overrideI received approval today and reached out to the consumer to verify current information. November 17, 2017 Hello Mr***, In reading your complaint, it doesn't read as if you made it very far in the submission process, however, we have reached out to our rebate group to verify. You listed a purchase date of February 17, 2017. Our Terms and Conditions of a rebate
submission state that a submission must be submitted within days of a lens purchase. As of this date, this submission is now months out of compliance for validation. Once our Rebate Group responds to our request, we will report their findings back to you. Thank you,Alcon Laboratories, Inc
