Hello,Reaching out to our vendor, we verifed that Mr. [redacted]' pre-paid Visa was mailed out on October 4, 2015.  If he would like, we can cancel the card already in the mail, create a manual check and overnight it to him.  Please advise. Thank you,Alcon Customer Service

information received from our Rebate Vendor, we have asked that Mr. [redacted] rebate
submission be validated and he receive payment.

9-15-17 Hello,Our investigation of Ms. [redacted] rebate submission revealed that the Terms and Conditions of the rebate process were not followed.  Our Rebate group did not receive all the documents required to validate Ms. [redacted] rebate.  Ms. [redacted] did not provide the following...

documents to support her rebate submission:  a UPC code from her box of contacts, an original rebate form, and we also did not receive a fitting exam which is a requirement for rebate processing. Attached are the 2 documents we received: Her tracking number and her receipt for contact lens purchase (this is not a fitting exam.) Alcon Laboratories, Inc. considers this matter as closed.
