I am rejecting this response because: it takes two weeks to receive those contacts I got them on the 30th of June the 16th is the day I put my deposit down for those contacts I really feel as this is a scam if you can't simply read a receipt that shows you everything you need you could even call the price Optical to get the information this is very terrible customer service and is not appreciated. You should make things more clear on your website! The fair that I paid for your contacts and there was a rebate on it and now and now I'm out of my hundred dollars that is a scam you should feel ashamed of yourself. If I did not log into my claim I would not have known that it was rejected and the person I spoke to told me it was rejected in August it is now September why was I not notified about that if this is legitimate

However, all of these materials were submitted, and on July 23, a customer service representative confirmed via livechat that they were received. They appear to have retrofitted their story. Additionally, if the rebate was deemed invalid on April 17, the online rebate tracker was never updated to reflect this. As of today, it is still marked as "In Progress."While I appreciate that they are making good on the rebate, I want to make it clear that I complied in every regard with the requirements of the rebate submission, and that this is in no way a "concession" to me, and that they are doing no more than agreeing to fulfill their own advertised policy. I am now more convinced than ever that this is a scam, and that Alcon will go to great efforts to avoid paying these rebates. (And incidentally, since the company has done so little to earn my trust to date, their statement that they will send out the rebate in 15 business days is pretty meaningless. I cannot consider the matter resolved until it has been sent, received, and proven to be valid; since that is not going to happen within the Revdex.com's 8-day response time, I am unable to consider the dispute resolved at this time.)Thank you for your assistance, Revdex.com.

submission.  Based on the information received from our Rebate Vendor, we have asked that Mr. [redacted] rebate submission be validated and he receive payment.  Mr. [redacted] should be receiving a payment validation email within the next week asking him to redeem for either a virtual card or physical card.  Please be aware that these emails will sometime fall into a Spam folder, so please also check this folder. Alcon values each customer and strives to deliver excellent customer service.  We regret that Mr. [redacted] had a less than optimal experience with our rebate process. Group.  On April 3, 2017, Ms. [redacted] called our previous Rebate Vendor to inquire about her funding.  Even though Ms. [redacted] should have been referred to the new Rebate Vendor at that time, the previous Vendor overrode her submission and validated it for her.  Because of the override and it  being processed by our previous Rebate Group, her card is delayed.  The rebate is valid, the card is being processed and Ms. [redacted] will be receiving her $60.00 Prepaid Visa Card. Thank you,Alcon Laboratories, Inc.
