We have in fact made many attempts to make this client happyThe fact that he has taken an unreasonable position is not evidence that we have not tried

Our magazines offer clients the opportunity to advertise in family friendly, beautifully designed full color magazines that are targeted to specific neighborhoods. The vast, vast majority of our clients are extremely happy with their advertising campaigns and we have a very high renewal
rate. It is unfortunate that this client was not happy with their experience but we do want to make a couple of points: Our agreements contain a standard auto-renewal provision. All it takes is an email notification to opt out of the auto-renewal provision. We have no record of this client doing so. If we had timely received notice of non-renewal we would have immediately terminated the agreement. At this point, the client has only been charged for ads that have run and is not being charged further

This client signed a valid and enforceable contract to advertise in one of our monthly magazines for months. Best Version Media has 100% upheld its terms of the agreement. We designed the client’s first ad based on an ad copy that was provided to us by the client. Before
running the first ad we sent a copy of it to the client for approval. We did not get a response. Our contract states that if a client does not respond within days the ad is considered approved. Once the first ad ran the client asked for changes. We redesigned the ad and he approved it. This approved ad has run in all subsequent publications of the magazineThe client was given a very favorable rate when he signed the contract. He is getting a 1/3-page ad for the 1/4-page rateOur contracts do not provide for early cancellation. The client has only months of ads remaining on the contract. At no time was the client told that our contracts are not binding. Like most businesses, we make decisions based on the expectation that our clients will live up to the legal promises they have made according to the terms of the contracts they sign. If businesses could not rely on clients to honor the contracts they sign the economy would be thrown into turmoil and disarray. We are more than willing to work with this client to continue providing the advertising he contracted for. Our magazines are full-color, beautifully designed, and bring stories and content to local communities that people love. Our magazines get opened and read by the people who receive themThis is exactly what advertisers want

This client had a advertising contract with us that called for him to provide his own print-ready adHe was given a lower rate because he was providing his own adThe client was unresponsive in getting us an an ad to run so we designed one for him instead (at no additional charge)Unfortunately
the ad was run in the wrong orientationWe did not run an ad in the second month because this client refused to authorize an adHe was not chargedWe have been more than willing to work with this client and have bent over backwards to get him back on track but he has refused to cooperate in any wayNonetheless, we will continue to attempt to resolve this matter amicably with our client

This client's complaint baffles us We have followed the terms of the agreement we have with them to the T Apparently signing a contract means nothing to this client It would appear they want to use the Revdex.com to bully us into giving in to their demands However, we are comfortable with our position and stand ready to assist this client with their advertising needs

I do not agree with the proposed "resolution". I was not treated with dignity and respect during my callMs*** raised her voice at me and was disrespectful toward me. In response to the comment about failing to pay for services, I only have one question: when did I fail to pay for services? Best Version has charged my credit card every month for $so I cannot understand how they could file a complaint against me. They do not have an incentive to treat their clients with respect because their clients have to pay them, regardless of whether they produce any results. Would the business have gotten disrespectful with me over the phone if I was paying for a month to month contract and they were trying to retain my services? Probably not. I firmly believe that Ms***'s tone would have been much different. We can just keep going back and forth like this and wasting our time. I understand that I have to fulfill the contract. I just want it to be known that I was treated with disrespect by this company and that they should look at changing how they treat people. For the record, I was not the one that signed the contract

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Hi again,Thank you for clearly not trying to have this matter resolvedI have provided enough explanation and proof that your contract was not explained to me properly and you seem to be very one sided and blinded by your deceiving sales representativeIt almost seems like you were present during our meetings, which you were notI absolutely do not agree with your contact terms and feel that BBM company is just a big scamI do not want to waste any more time on trying to convince you that you have not do you job explaining and tricked me into signing a contactYour company is jus a big scamAny good company would consider clients complaint and try to have it resolved, which you do not.

This client signed an ad agreement that clearly stated it was for months. The client received a significant discount in return for committing to our magazine for months. We have done everything we can to work with this client but in the end people need to honor the commitments they
have made. This client's ad was put in front of a great audience! Advertising is most effective over time and we want our clients to advertise in the most effective way possible, developing top of the mind awareness with readers in their local communityThis high-power branding would not be possible by printing limited run ads

We did not auto-renew this agreement--the client had one month remaining on their agreement that they did not know aboutWe have been in touch with our client and the matter has been fully resolved

Unfortunately, this client does not understand that the law they are citing to is completely inapplicable to our ad agreementsThere's nothing more that can be said

This client called us and wanted to be released from his month contract after only months of advertising. It was explained that this type of advertising is much more effective by building brand awareness over time--that is why our minimum time duration for an ad campaign is months
This client complained about being “locked” into a month agreementWhy do people think contracts don’t mean what they say? Would it be OK for us to cancel a client’s month advertising campaign after months because we didn’t feel like running their ads anymore? Certainly notWe provide an outstanding advertising service and have, literally, thousands of happy clients We also want to add that this client was treated very respectfullyWe value all of our clients and will take the time to talk through their concerns every time they call

*** *** Again finger pointing response out of your company You don't want to resolve thisCustomer satisfaction is obviously not a priorityI have stated what I want for resolve and want it in writing

The grid depicted was a very casual handwritten explanation piece that went along with a very detailed conversation. Our rep clearly explained that the discount increased and the monthly payments decreased as the client committed to a longer contract period They even had a discussion about the ROI, and the rep told the client that some contractors like to think about how many jobs they need to get to make back the total investment. They then discussed how that (jobs) was one simple way to think about the ad expense, and another way to think about it is the invaluable referrals and branding that will be gained throughout the term. The client raved about the neighbourhood that was served, and he went through various jobs he had done locallyIt was clear that the client saw the value in the investment and knew that the payments were monthly Our rep went through the ad agreement in great detail before the client signed. Our contract clearly says “MONTHLY” in the payment section in multiple sections, and our rep clearly showed him that section and explained the monthly discount he would be receiving for committing to the magazine for months. There was zero pressure to sign quickly as our rep was not in any rush. Our rep had coffee with the client and they chatted at length about their families and about the neighbourhood. The rep showed him everything clearly and gave him every opportunity to ask questions. There is no doubt that the client understood his obligations and was excited about the opportunity to advertise with our magazine

This client signed a valid and enforceable contract to advertise in one of our monthly magazines for 36 months.  The client chose the 36-month option because it would give her the greatest discount on advertising.  At no time was the client told that the contract was cancellable or not binding.  Like most businesses, we make decisions based on the expectation that our clients will live up to the legal promises they have made according to the terms of the contracts they sign.   We have worked tirelessly with this client to satisfy her.  We assisted her in redesigning her ad at no charge.  We gave this client a cover story to increase her visibility at no charge.  We also gave this client the opportunity to write “expert” articles for the magazine at no charge (this is normally a large up-charge for “expert” clients).  She said she was “too busy” to write any articles.  We know based on experience that these expert articles help boost a client’s credibility and visibility in the area.  We believe we have gone above and beyond to please this client. It is unfortunate that this client is not happy but we have more than upheld our end of the bargain.  Our magazines are full color, beautifully designed, and bring stories and content to local neighborhoods that our readers love.  This is exactly what advertisers want and the vast, vast majority of our advertisers are extremely pleased with their advertising.

Our renewal terms are clearly stated on our ad agreement. The client gets a copy of the terms when they sign the agreement. In addition, we send a welcome email to the client that clearly states when the initial term ends and when any renewal period would begin. Clients may opt out of any auto...

renewal period by sending an email to our company. In this case, the client received the services they contracted for. An ad was run every month as contracted, and the magazine was published and mailed. That said, we have investigated this matter and have discovered that our local rep was suffering from a medical condition and he was unable to do drop offs and, quite frankly, provide the level of service we expect to provide for our clients. We have addressed this issue going forward. We apologize for any inconvenience this client has experienced and will contact the client to resolve this matter.

There's not much more to say here. We have stated the facts previously. We have consistently done our utmost to work with this client but he will have none of it.
