Worst movers I've ever had Destroyed my furniture, broke numerous pieces of pink depression glass and Blue *** *** fine china Ruined my clothing by packing open bottle of syrup, cleanser, flour, scouring powder, oil, etcon top of blazers Ruined a white jeweled suit that cost $250.00, tow *** *** suits not to mention the fact that everything had to be dry cleaned and pressed Never shrink wrapped any of my white dinning room chairs, white living room chairs, leaving black marks and finger prints on every thing Ripped the top off my china cabinet , instead of unscrewing it Broke off the top of the mirror which hangs over the credenza for the entry way Broke off and lost one of the bottoms of the credenza Completely ruined another credenza Placed my mattress and box springs up against the dresser , blocking any entrance to my dresser Lost apart of my bed frame, and left the master bedroom in a mess causing me to break my foot trying to get around the mess they left my bedroom in Spoke with an Amy ***, claims adjuster who refused to send out any one to inspect the damages , until I signed a claims form that would have exonerated All My sons from any liability Which II refused to do just I then received a call from an *** *** who wanted to settle up and offered me $and claimed we could settle up that day I refused as the offer that was ludicrous in view of the fact that there was more than $ damage Not to mention the fact that they tacked on additional charges to my charge account after I had only signed For $ Then they charged me again when they delivered my belongingstotally ignoring the fact they I had already paid them Making threats they would load up their truck and return my belonging to the ware house and would bill me for loading and unloading Ms*** requested I send her pictures of the damage, which I promptly didI then Phone the Attorney Generals office and was advised to make her a counter offer, which I did When Ms*** returned my call she denied ever having spoken to me and claimed she had been told to offer me $to settle the claim, than lied to *** *** claiming she had never spoken to meI am years old and recovering from a stoke I don't know how All My Sons lives with their lies and statements

Good afternoon, while I fully understand the shippers frustration with the late arrival, we had employees not show up to work and had to work deligently to get all the jobs covered for the dayThe customer was made aware of the two hour labor minimum an one hour of travel time multiple times before
the moveIt was exlplained 8/26/via the sales representativeOn 8/31/a confimration email was sent to the customer and in the email it states "Each move or labor service is subject to a two hour minimum plus the appropriate travel charge. Each local move or labor service always has a flat one hour travel fee that pays for the pre and post move drive time." The minimum was charged for this move, there was no packing material chargedThe charges were simply, $labor (the two hour minimum) and $(the one hour travel charge)There was nothing charged that was not previously explained to the cusotmer both verbally and via emailWe do apologize for the late arrival and for that I would like to offer a refund of $Thank you

To begin with, my move with misquoted I understand the initial agreement is an estimate, but I've never been charged more with any other company for moving the same amount of items with better service (and at a lower price) The movers blared offensive rap music during the entire move and unloading process The morning of the move, the moving lead called me asking about what I planned to move, which was already done through an onsite detailed inventory So the information was never given to him or he was just unprepared He didn't know how many people to bring with him or how many trucks When he got to my home they moved very slowly - it was a hot day so I gave them the benefit of doubt for this; however, there was a good hour where nothing got done - and I was paying for it They brought no tools with them so I had to open multiple boxes to find them supplies to assist with the move I was told at one point that they couldn't fit everything on the truck and that I'd have to pick and choose what I wanted to take I complained and everything 'magically' fit During my move out process I was also made extremely uncomfortable by one of the movers who disclosed that he had done time I don't know 1) why he would share this with a customer or 2) why a company would hire someone like this to move my valuables At move in, I was told that items could not fit up my stairs after one attempt I suggested a different approach and things went up seamlessly - so they don't know what they are doing I ended up undoing the wrapping of much of the furniture because it wasn't being done I was told they were done by as if my clock ran out whether they were done or not After they left, I became aware that they did not put my bed together and also that a few of my boxes were missing I've filed a police report and formal complaint and am now still awaiting resolution after over a month At one point a manager there told me he has 'scolded movers in the past for throwing out peoples' things.'

All my sons moving and storage was hired to move my mother from the house she was selling to a new house she was buying These houses were about miles apart They were hired to pack and move her They arrived at her house around am and started packing and loading a truck We took a load to the new house, but there were still quite a few things to be picked up at the old house After unloading the first truck load, they said they were out of hours.....!!!!! and left!! I always thought the job was done, when it was completed We were left at 6pm with no way to get the rest of the belongings from the sold house They did offer to come back days later....It's impossible to leave your belongings in what is someone elses house now This company never came to the house beforehand to look and see exactly what the job entailed The left us in a horrible situation I would never EVER, eVeR, EVER recommend this company to do anything again

Service was excellent!!!! Jose and his crew were wonderfull!!!! I will def use them again and refer anyone moving to this company

I completed the claim packet and emailed it to All My Sons last weekI also emailed them the photos of the damage their employees caused per the email request I received from All My Sons I received a confirmation of receipt from all my sons for the claims packet, but not for the photos and I sent the information to the same email in directly to a customer care employeeThe information I received does not include a timeline nor their claims processing guidelinesThe communication of things were suppose to be done by AMS have not been completed therefore I involved the Revdex.com in order to have them follow through on what they communicate with their consumers when they cause damage and inconvenience to their customersI would like All My Sons to provide me with a timeline of this process as well as the current status of my claimThank you

Hey I think people should know that one of their movers is a thief, or perhaps its all three who's to know
I have just finished setting up my office and am missing the new Surround Sound Speaker System
Since it was in its original packaging I'm sure it would be easy for the guy to sell it for a few bucks
What really bugs me is I tipped the guys $

AMS was great to deal with from the beginning I submitted a request for a quote on sunday night and immediately got a call back Monday morning Joe followed up with me to see if I had made a decision and I was impressed with his demeanor on the phone The two men that helped us move were very courteous (used "ma'am" and "sir") and worked very efficiently The estimated time it would take to do the move was right on the money They were also less expensive than other companies on their hourly rate-totally worth every penny!

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not recall having the conversation with the Sales Representative regarding the hour minimum and hour drive time. If they had discussed this with me, I would have NEVER made the reservation. I knew it would take movers no longer than 30-minutes for the job that was requiredI cannot locate said email explaining this in full detail. If you have a copy with a sent date to my email address, I would appreciate itI am also still very perturbed with the manager that closed our account on the date of service. His inappropriate language with the movers (using our cell phone, on speaker phone), and his hostility to me when I questioned the fee were all very unprofessional. It is unfortunate as we have used All My Sons for moves prior to this one. We have never had issues, in fact, had wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will be looking for another moving company for any future moves we have, and discouraging family and friends from using All My Sons
