It would be more appropriate to rate the operations and the movers separately The movers were professional and moved at a surprisingly pace quick paceI give them stars!
After receiving several phone calls, emails and confirmation of move there was not a schedule for my moveThe quoted star time of 7:30-9:am happened at 3:pm without notice that there was a delay and a second missed time of noon again without a call The dispatcher doesn't understand customer service There was no concession for the misreprested time and he had difficulty calculating the bill It took him minutes and three calls to deliver the charges

I had a great experience specially with the sales staff as well as their mover scheduling staff ( Joseph Kim and Tyler)Joe kept calling me to follow up and checking with my uncertain moving dates due to my some personal issues but finally at the very last minute both of them helped so much to get my moving, packing, unloading done according to my schedule and timeetcI really DO APPRECIATE THEIR HELP, SUPPORT AND MOST OF ALL THEY TRULY CONSIDERED MY URGENCY AND NEEDWITHOUT THEIR HELP IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLEI PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY TO ANYONEThank you Joe and Tyler for all your help*** ***

One of the most traumatic experiences of my life Damaged furnitureCan't file a claim unless we sign a statement saying no matter how the claim is resolved, we can never say anything derogatory about the company
Ron, the manager, talked over me and never tried to make things right hrs late getting started Never again will I use this company

The problem I have with them is they failed to deliver their services and it was advertisementAll they did was caused stress, I want to let you know that I have been sick since the move and I believe it was brought on by the stressful situation caused by ALL MY SONSI am just asking them to take responsibility of the extra cost I incurredThe extra $moving cost charged by the building because the building had to pay security personnel during the moveThis amount I did not have to pay if ALL MY SONS was fulfilling their promised servicesAlso, I would like them to compensate the extra day I had to take off work for a different mover for the following date

While waiting for the supervisor to arrive, I asked one of the movers if this happened beforeHe said the company always under bid jobsI asked if any other customers have been told they can not move themHe told me it happened just weeks prior
I did not see any complaints on Revdex.com
I wonder how many other customers just accepted the price increases and over paid

We apologize for the very poor planning and make no excusesAn offer to move Mr*** the next day should have been arrangedIn this case it does not appear that was offered to Mr*** causing him to find another mover.If our driver would have violated the DOT regulations for hours of service, we should have explained more appropriately the significance of drivers only being allowed to work a certain amount of time for the safety of others on the roadWe should have offered to come back the next day and complete the jobIn the end this became an unnecessary service failure and as such we have changed management and protocol to ensure this type of situation can be avoided in the future

Since I wasn't the only one this happened to, I hope others read this and avoid the situation I was put through

This is my 2nd move in a year with the company and they are always very professional, prompt, and provide great customer serviceThe movers were friendly, professional, and know how to get the job done fast and wellThe people I dealt with over the phone and the office were also awesome, even calling during the move to make sure it was going wellThe entire experience was grear

I had a great experienxe with this companyI only needed a cast iron tub movedThey were very kind to work me I even thought I gave very short notice and had a very small moveThe gentlemen scheduling the move were very courteous and attentiveMovers showed up on time and did what they were supposed to without damage.N o regrets

this was not acceptable for her. We remi8nded her that she signed for 30 cents per pound and that we were trying to resolve the issue.

I do not accept this response. I was offered a check for $5.00 and told I would need to sign a waiver to not move forward with any additional claims against the company. THEIR STATEMENT IS UNTRUE. I was not given a quote from [redacted] Glass. Again, they offered me $5.00. Was that the quote from the glass company??? No this is NOT acceptable. When I didn't accept the $5.00 offer, I was told to go to arbitration. I want my glass shelf replaced and my TV stand returned.

Only is this can be resolved IMMEDIATELY! I am willing to accept their proposed resolution for the glass shelf only if they have their glass company contact me regarding the replacement AND they provide the TOTAL cost of the replacement.
On the TV stand, I am willing to accept the cost of a replacement.
I thank them in advance for NOW honoring their original resolution of replacing the glass shelf. For the TV stand, the movers should not have taken. That's not good customer service or good business.

If you are looking to move you should avoid this company like the plague. The service and administration in their regional offices is terrible.

They have lied, hung up phones, and constantly done the opposite of what they have told us. I overpaid because they gave me two quoted prices (they can't even give me the right price for their service) so like a decent customer I elected to pay the higher amount thinking the refund would be an easy process (I am not going on 4 weeks of being screwed out of my refund). I was told by the office, and stood beside the driver of the truck as he told him my refund check could be dispatched on the first business day after my deliver (Monday) since I paid with a cashier's check. Still waiting and they have not returned my calls like they promised.

They understaffed my initial pick up after telling the company we had a heavy object required for moving (4 movers were requested - sent only 3 on the pickup).

On the delivery only 2 people were sent. This forced me to have to unload over a 1000 pound object with the crew. This company puts its crew in unsafe conditions and has not a single care in the world for the customer.

Seriously. Please avoid this company. They have no interest in making anything right.

Absolutely dont use this company for any move you need. Dishonest at best and don't give a [redacted] about you nor your concerns.

Larry, Fernando and Roger did a great job. They hustled, took very good care of my things and finished quickly. Theybwere also very friendly. I am very happy with my choice.

Terrible front office, was supposed to be there around 9:00 am , got by us at 5:30 pm. No phone calls, we had to call them. Michael says he'll call you to see how it's going, he doesn't. Use somebody else.
