This the second time I have communicated with the Revdex.com regarding my complaintI just received an e-mail from the Revdex.com stating that my complaint had been closed because they had not heard from meThey had not heard from me because I have not heard from All My Sons Moving and StorageThe only thing the company communicated to me was that someone was going to ensure that I received the refund for the time that their driver and crew were lost and drove around looking for my houseI will not be closing my complaint or quit filing the complaint until I get a refundThis is the third time someone from All My Sons Moving has lied to me about the cost for moving the pianoThey should not be allowed to advertise that they have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com when they have unresolved complaintsOvercharging by almost $is not a minor complaint

I am rejecting this response because:This is a canned response that does not represent in any way the information that I was given at the time of the initial call, the fact that the final cost was more than double the initial quote, and the unprofessional manner in which the operations team handled my initial inquiry There was no receipt detailing the cost I will not accept this response Their website is full of complaints like the one I have filed I wish that I would have reviewed the site prior to my even calling them in the first place

The cusotmer has already sent back the settlement offer for the door jam and the septic has been submitted to insurance, you can now close this complaint, thank you!

When we speak with a customer on the phone they are quoted an hourly rate, fuel and materialThe script states men at $an hour, plus an hour of travel with a two hour labor minimum 12% fuel plus materialsWe also ask the customer for the email address to provide the information however there
is not one listed for this customerThe materials were used and the furniture was protectedThe material charge was $All items arrived at the home, damage free

The refund was issued on 9/9/for $I cannot control the banking institutes, I would suggest the customer calls her bank to see if there is a pending credit
