I have been given zero credit for my very expensive China, not even $0.60/lb. I would love this matter to be resolved, and for this business to accept responsibility on behalf of their careless employees.

We strive to give our cusotmers the best moving experience, period. If there are damages our liability is $0.60 per pound per item. This customer selected standard valuation at not cost to them, they did not select full value protection or purchase additional insurance from a 3rd party provider. The...

cusotmer is claiming the below items. At this time we will add an additional $100.00 as a cusotmer service gesture to make the settlement amount $505.00, thank you!  Mini Wine Cooler ( dented) 50lbsFloor Lamp (brken ) 5lbsBookshelf ( bottom broken)75lbsPool Table (corner piece broken off)500lbsEnd table ( gash in top of table ) 45lbs Valuation 675lbs x .60= $405.00 additional cusotmer service offer $100.00 TOTAL=$505.00

If the shipper is alleging theft they need
to immediately call the police and we will cooperate with any police
investigation. For damaged items the customer needs to call our
customer care team at ###-###-####.

I would like to ensure that my $50 is refunded from my deposit and the assurance that they are better aware of their scheduling processes.

We are sorry to hear of any miscommunication, we are unable to give $500.00, however in an effor to resolve we would like to offer $250.00

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] Thank you for taking my call today.  I’d like to respond to the above referenced complaint number.  Per the response from All my Sons, they are willing to give me a 10% discount.  However, I have a letter received for them that they were originally willing to credit me $210.  I’d like clarification if the 10% is in addition to the $210.  Total would then be $389.40.  Please let me know if that is what they are stating. I appreciate your help in getting this rectified.  Joanne [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
All My Sons Moving offered $168.80, I find that amount to be ridiculous  considering every box the company packed had multiple damaged items,  and all the antique furniture had damage or was broken.   I believe any reasonable person would agree when they hire a professional packing service they expect belongings to be wrapped with padding and placed in boxes, not just piled in loose as All My Sons did.  I also believe any reasonable person would agree it's negligent to release all the tie downs in a moving truck then back down a steep hill causing the entire contents to fall over. I have offered to negotiate with All My Sons but they are not willing and continue to offer $168.80.   Due to that I have sent the same photos of the damage that were provided to All My Sons Moving to my attorney,  they can expect contact from the law firm in the next few weeks.
