FOR THE RECORD AFTER THE CANCELLATION LETTER YOU WERE TO GET YOUR EQUIPMENT AFTER 90 DAYS YOUR COMPANY HAS TECHNICALLY ABANDONED IT. HOWEVER, IN GOOD FAITH I WILL AGREE TO THE 440.00 AND RETURN OF THE WRONG CAMERAS, ONCE I RECEIVE IN WRITING YOUR NULLIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND THAT NO FURTHER ACTION NOW OR IN THE FUTURE WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST ME ([redacted]) FOR ANY PAYMENTS OR EQUIPMENT AND IS NOT AND WILL NOT BE ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I except my account being cancel and the agreement being nullify. HOWEVER::::: I want it to go on record their reply is an out to out lie. At no time of INSTALLATION was I made aware of these buildings may have intermittent signalling which may have resulted in needed hard wired, or additional panels on each shop. They only offer the hard wire in July 2016 not at time of installation and . [redacted] (Supervisor) offered pay for it, but she never sent an invoice to [redacted] for the work to be COMPLETED. They have records of this, and SO DO I. As far as the additional panels that was never offered, and is stupidity for them to even state they offered it. How on earth would we hear the alarm if these building were broken into? I never decline any options, Alliance never fallowed through with what they said they would do, and that was the HARD WIRE THEY OFFERED TO PAY FOR. regards,

The customer was confirmed at $44 prior to the installation. At the time of the install the customer acquired an Indoor Camera which increased the monthly rate. After speaking with the customer within her 3 day right we have decided to part ways. The customer will be relieved of...
her contractual obligation with no further monies due. The removal of the Alarm System has also been scheduled and customer is satisfied with resolution.
Alliance Security spoke with the customer on 10/27 and scheduled an appointment for 10/28 to service the account. Due to the equipment being installed and the structure of the home the job required special tools which needed to be ordered to complete the job. Due to a shipping conflict...
with our distributor there were multiple reset appointments. Alliance Security has issued a one month credit for monitoring service towards the account.
Yes in response to their letter it did not come or try to reach out to me over the last 3 weeks after I sent the pictures I had to call them for them to a knowledge that I sent the pictures to them and yes if they want to pay for my down time I would like for them to pay for my downtime which means that I took off three consecutive times for them to come and do an install this will be a fourth time when they send the guy back out so I would like to be reimbursed for those for down times and in the amount of $100 per visit minion that's $400 cuz that's how much I make when I take off work for my days
so if that can be reimbursed and sure other than that then no we still have a problem

Since the date of the original installation, we have spoken with numerous persons at Alliance Security who have failed to provide us with a solution for this very serious problem. We attempted to schedule a follow up appointment as they noted and then realized the security system was not connected as we were mislead to believe. At that point, we requested the system be removed and end our contract as we were not willing to trust the service after finding this serious glitch in the security system. We have since physically removed the equipment from our home which never triggered the police or Alliance Security to our home for a tampered security system. There is absolutely no way our home could be continually monitored as Alliance Security noted in their response. Upon removing the equipment, this has not triggered an alert to Alliance Security or the local police department to indicate any concerns for the system being tampered with, leaving us to confirm the security system was not completely installed and is not being monitored as alleged by Alliance Security. We did not receive the service we signed up for neither has, or is our home being protected by Alliance Security and therefore the original terms and conditions of the contract have not ben fulfilled by Alliance Security and therefore we are requesting a full refund for the money submitted and or expected to be paid by us to fulfil this invalid contract. At this time we would appreciate a full refund of any money submitted to Alliance Security and we will gladly return the defective equipment left at our home. I have not heard from them and they have not resolved the issue of my ex wife and her attorney that they have disputed the validity of the clame and the company sent a copy of a contract that appaertenly they did not even look at because it is not sighned by [redacted] it is sighjned by me and like I said in the complaint I do not know how you got [redacted] name to begin with because I did not give it to anyone at that company so we can not even count the number of federal and state laws that were violated by this company I am going to turn it over to my attorneys to handle and we will be filing a complaint with the attorney generals office of Michigan for possible criminal prosacution

additional panels, both being an additional cost. The customer has declined both options. At this time due to the nature of the complaint & being unable to adequately protect the detached buildings, we will cancel the account and nullify the agreement.
Alliance spoke with the customer after the rejection of our response. At this time we have agreed to lower the agreement term to 36 months and also provide an additional glassbreak sensor at no cost. We have a service set on 12/17 and customer passed a satisfaction survey with our Monitoring Company. At this time, everything is resolved.

[Based on the company's request, I called the business today at the said extension, but no one is answering the phone. Just fyi, I did not receive any call from Alliance Security nor found any missed call in relation to this complaint. My [redacted] number works fine. Please be advised Alliance Security offers a basic package through our promotion which includes door sensors, fire protection and motion sensors. In most cases motion sensors are preferred over window contacts as the window contacts only work if windows are opened or closed and can easily be...
breached by breaking the glass. The customer at the time of the original install (10-8-2015) received 2 motions sensors which were centrally located through the home. Any window sensors typically come at an additional cost to the consumer. In regards to the outdoor camera, it was no excuse. Our technicians are not stocked with these devices as they are a $400 piece of equipment and are special ordered through our distributor. We ordered the camera upon the install being complete and returned within 14 days (10-22-2015) and completed the installation of said device. After the camera was installed the customer called back a week later stating she would have like to have the camera positioned differently. We agreed to a service date of 11/4/2015 and also agreed to install 3 additional window contacts at no charge to the customer due to the return trip.On the day of the scheduled service the technician was running behind on an earlier job due to issues with phone line seizure. We had spoke with the consumer and informed her of the technicians tardiness and she did agree to wait an additional hour and a half for the technician to arrive; unfortunately he was unable to make the deadline and we had to reset the appointment to November 17, 2015 which has been confirmed with the customer.
