Have been banking there for more than twenty years Have always received outstanding service in regular banking and car loans, and saw it again, just recently, with a new mortgage The staff is genuinely committed to excellent customer service, and takes sincere personal interest in complete customer satisfaction Always willing to go the extra mile Highly recommended

My husband is a disabled VA Vet and we had decided to purchase a newer home using his GI BillWe went through the process and everything went great! Then we were lucky enough to come across Craig [redacted] at Allied First Bank and he helped us "refinance" our new loan which helped us lower the interest rate and saved us moneyThe process was so easy and went so smooth that we would highly recommend using them in a heart beat! We also would like to acknowledge Ashley [redacted] for her role in processing our loanThank you Allied First Bank for hiring people that truly care about helping others with their financial goalsIf we decide to refinance again in the future, I will be contacting Craig immediately

Our Loan Officer, Tia, was the best! She was very personable and easy to work with I felt like she kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process and if anything changed, she was calling or emailing me to make sure we understood and were on-board I was very pleased with her customer service and professionalism throughout the whole process

I just completed a refinancing of my house with Allied First Bank Tia [redacted] had been recommended to me by a friend The bank was so accommodating and she was so professional and kind that with this refinancing, unlike others I have done, I felt no stress She told me ahead of time what to expect and guided me through the process She was very pleasant and easy to work with I will recommend them to my friends

Craig [redacted] and his assistant Ashley are the most caring, efficient and honest people I have ever dealt with They truly seemed to care as much about our situation and loan as we did We felt very safe and secure knowing they were handling our private information and our case file I have recommended them to several friends, family and business associates, which is something I do not do often or take lightly If more business professionals were like these two, the world would be a better place

I recently refinanced my VA loan through Allied First BankMy loan officer, Sandra ***, was an absolute GEM! She was extremely well informed on all requirements, and went far out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, while securing the very best rateHats off to Sandra [redacted] and Allied First Bank! I was very please with the helpful, attentive, and proactive attitude of my representativeShe shepherded me and the other actors involved through the process, negotiating pitfalls and delays as they arose, and keeping us on trackShe was extremely helpful in identifying requirements and relaying documents to and from me as they became availableI suspect the whole process would have taken much longer and might even have not reach such a satisfactory conclusion without her haninvolvement

I wish to raise an official complaint in regards of my first home loan and experience with your mortgage loan originatorBeing a younger individual trying to purchase your first home loan is always nerve rackingI didn’t know what to expect going into this, and I required a lot of assistance when it came to my knowledge of this processOne of the biggest issues with Don Flynn ( my mortgage loan originator) was not only the lack of communication but the way I was treated during this process When I started this process Don assured me he could make this a fast and easy processUsing a USDA loan I knew going into it that there were many details that came along with this type of loanDon approved me over the phone for $100,because that’s all I asked to be approved forMy fiancé’s Grandmother had Alzheimer’s and needed to sell her house seeing she was in such late stagesHis Family needed the money for assisted living purposes to make sure she had the care she needed that they could no longer provide for herFor Medicaid purposes, we ended up having to sell the house for at least 110k so it didn’t look like an improper transfer of funds when Medicaid did the year look back.(whenever that was needed to be done) Don again assured me that would not be a problemWe went and sat down with my mother in law, fiancé, and my momI signed papers agreeing on the 110k and signed all the paperwork needed to get this process goingI Brought ALL the information he asked me to bring and he even gave me a heads up that I’d be hearing from his assistant with in the next days to get my welcome letter and other paperwork that he may or may not have forgot to get from me.( which I never received) Again, no problem! After that night I went a week and a half without hearing from him or anyone from the bankHe didn’t return any calls, texts, voicemails or emailsFinally I got fed up and had to call the corporate officeWhomever it was I spoke to was EXTREMLY friendly and helpful! It gave me some hope that "things happen" so I let it go and moved onThen once I called within two hours I got a phone call from not only don but a gentleman that was supposedly “helping” him with my loan (although I never heard from him after that day, and I was not impressed talking to him.) During this whole process I felt extremely frustrated and like my business was not of importance, Just because I was a younger female at the age of buying my own houseYes, nowadays that’s unheard of, however instead of belittling me and talking down to me you’d think your company would Appreciate my business, and Be proud that there are younger kids out there that’re mature enough to afford a home on their own and have the credit and job credibility to be at that point in their life at the age of But once again I pushed through and let it goA couple of weeks passed by we had all the inspections and appraisals done within a week and were ready to close on the loanI Then got a call from Don trying to tell me that I needed to change my type of loan I was getting because he all of the sudden couldn’t get me approved for 110kMind you even though a month ago when I signed all the paper work he said in front of my family that it would be no issueI found it extremely bizarre so flustered and upset I went to my mom and had her listen to our conversationShe works in the business and she and I both felt as if don was just trying to get me to change my loan so he could make more money off meI know that most people don’t make much off of government based loansThe more I talked to him I could hear the sarcasm in his voiceI stayed calm and stayed very respectful despite the issues I felt with him all this timeThat was yet another issue I had no patience withFunniest part of it all was after that day I heard nothing about my loan not being able to workI even went as far that night to call my insurance agent for the house to lower the payment so there was no reason this loan couldn’t workThis process started February 25th and finished on April 15th, which would be 50daysI was again told it would take days at mostHowever I’m a very patient person and understand mistakes happen and being a younger individual I’m sure there were more hoops that needed to be jumped through than mostHowever to me it seemed like my loan wasn’t of importance once againSo it taking longer than usual was just icing on the cake at the endWhen I finally got my closing date and I asked Don if he would be attending the closing (which I knew he didn’t have to be there) and he told me he had closings that day but since he would be in area he would be thereHe even asked me the best way to get to Canal Fulton from New Philadelphia since that closing was in the afternoon and mine was at 5:15p.m (This conversation was on Wednesday two days prior to closing.) Friday came and Don did not show up nor give me a phone call or text that he wasn’t comingEven better [redacted] the Gentleman from the title company tried calling him during the closing because there was an issue with the paperwork again no answer from Don Once again, being younger I learned to always read before I sign paperwork especially at this point because I did not trust Don nor anyone who was in charge of this loanLuckily for Don all of the banks documents showed our monthly payment being at $731, but the note was showing $My first instinct is to not sign but then again the number is lower and can’t hurt me, if it would have been higher I would not have closed on the loan and your company would’ve lost my business and other people I have referred to Don in the beginning This process to me was so upsetting and frustrating that I would have started completely over somewhere else! Despite how good of a rate I got and the amount of money I had already spent with your company, it was worth losing it all and giving you none of my business that’s how frustrated and upset I was at this pointThis letter is not intended to degrade your company, but make you aware of the people you have working for youMy purpose of writing this letter was to explain my frustrations and how unhappy I was during this whole processNo one should be treated the way I wasI don’t care what your age is or what sex you’reThat should not determine your ability to achieve things in life, but clearly in this situation it did Sincerely, Alexis Engelman

Enjoyed my experience with Allied First Bank .The brokers were knowledgeable and efficient I was able to do a VA Refinance with a Energy Efficiency Mortgage instrument wich I used to replace my old windows with new low e replacements wich lowerd my electric bill by percent a month while lowering my interest rates to FIX 30yr Thank You Mr Jack [redacted] and your team at Allied First Bank !

I have worked with one of the loan officer with Allied First Bank (Craig [redacted] for many years I've recieved nothing but the utmost in customer service and attentivness with the mulitple home mortgages he's assisted with Craig has not only helped me but i've recommended him numerous times to family and friends and he's always come through He delivers on what he promises and is very responsive whenever there was a question I would go back to Allied First Bank and use Craig again and recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a home loan or refi

I recently closed on my houae in Northern California Leslie [redacted] was my mortgage broker and she went above and beyond to ensure my loan closed on time I had a complicated loan and the sellers required us to close in days She kept us update every step of the way and was very patient with all my questions I would recommend Leslie and her team at Allied First for your mortgage needs

The Team Manager at the location where [redacted] is employed and who processed the mortgage loan application for [redacted] responded to this matter. There was apparently a miscommunication by Mr [redacted] in explaining the timing of Mr. [redacted] proceeds from his refinance. Mr. [redacted] ... was under the impression his loan would funds on 12/22-17; however, it was not scheduled to disburse until 12/26/17. Thee is a three day Right of Rescission that applies to any mortgage which is refinanced where there is a cash out. Due to Christmas being a Federal Holiday, it is not counted when calculating the number of days before funds can be disbursed. Mr. [redacted] contact the title company on 12/26 which advised him his funds were being overnighted; he received his money on 12/27 and was apparently happy with the transaction. He indicated he was just worried about it and he misunderstood the timing. If we can furnish any further information, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] or via my email address.

OMG! what a great experience I had with Jessee [redacted] , he was professional, and kept me in his best interest in every step of the wayI actually had just bought a home and had the worst experience ever with [redacted] Jessee [redacted] got me a rate on an IRRRL of 3.25% for years!!!! What a great rate right, that wasn't all, he took care of every thing and kept me in the know, which [redacted] did notFrom the moment I started untill the end I never felt like I was working for them ( [redacted] made me feel like I didnt matter), and was worry free through the whole processI would highly recommend Allied First Bank with Jessee [redacted] to any oneO and fyi I am a first time home buyerThanks again Jessee [redacted] you rock!
