OMG! what a great experience I had with Jessee [redacted], he was professional, and kept me in his best interest in every step of the way. I actually had just bought a home and had the worst experience ever with [redacted]. Jessee [redacted] got me a rate on an IRRRL of 3.25% for 30 years!!!! What a great rate right, that wasn't all, he took care of every thing and kept me in the know, which [redacted] did not. From the moment I started untill the end I never felt like I was working for them ([redacted] made me feel like I didnt matter), and was worry free through the whole process. One day I got a call from an unknown number which I normally do not answer but I am so glad that I did. Thomas [redacted] got in touch with me and told me he could get me refinanced on my FHA home loan. I was very skeptical because we had tried twice before and been denied. We always fell short in one area or another. Thomas said no worries, let me see what I can do. I sent my paperwork to him but did not think too much about it and did not get my hopes up. Thomas worked diligently keeping me up to date on every move he made and low and behold a month later I was refinanced. My loan went from a 30 year to a 20 year and we still saw a drop of 150 dollars a month on the mortgage payment. Not only was he very professional but he kept his promise and did what it took to get me financed. This company has been great for us and delivered in every way we could imagine. I just closed on my streamline refi on 8/20. I can tell you it was the best experience I have EVER had dealing with a bank. This is the 3rd time I have refinanced over the life of the mortgage and up to now the experiance was so bad that I was unwilling to refinance down from an interest rate of 5.5%. Jessee got me a fantastic deal at 4.25% and between him and Ric, the process was PAINLESS. Most of the forms were done online and what forms had to actually be signed could be printed and then scanned and sent back via the website. If I didn't need a subordination from Ocwen, this process could have gone faster, but my experiance was top-notch and FAST. I was treated with courtesy and the utmost respect, everythign was well co-ordinated and came off without a hitch. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
