I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
After talking to a lawyer from my church I can not accept this from the company I have the police records and I do not feel this is fair, the apartment due to the noise was unlivable the last to months I would not have moved out before the lease ended if the noise had not been a problem, but I could not do my job with the problem

*** ***, Director of Operations at Alltrade, spoke with Ms*** on June 4, regarding her Revdex.com complaint She was notified that if both leaseholders on the lease (that is, Ms*** and her roommate) agree to move out at the same time, that we will agree to release her from
her contractual obligation that is the lease for this apartment. Our staff has spoken to the roommate, who does not wish to move out prior to the end of the lease, which is July Both leaseholders are responsible for paying rent through July 31, which is when the lease ends. Alltrade will not be refunding any portion of rent paid already
*** *** from Alltrade spoke with Ms*** today about her maintenance concernsI confirmed that Alltrade made repairs to the roof yesterday (March 11, 20**) and requested that she let us know if any further leaks occur so we can address them immediately. We discussed that ***
*** is the owner of the company and delegates tasks related to tenant and maintenance concerns to the appropriate staff member at the company, so he's not always available to speak with her about her maintenance concerns directlyI offered a rent credit of $for the inconvenience of the roof leak
Since the resident last disputed the complaint, I along with the Property Manager have been in regular communication with him to ensure we are all on the same page and all have the same understanding of what needs to be doneDue to transition at the property, the repairs did indeed take longer than is ideal, but I received written confirmation from the resident on 8/31/that he is satisfied with the workWe waited to submit this response until we were all confident that things were done to the resident's likingAgain, we apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate the residents patience
We checked our records and confirmed that the security deposit amount was $600, not $1,100. We contacted the previous tenant on 3/27 to discuss the misunderstanding and to also inform the tenant that we have 30 days to issue the Security Deposit check and that we had not reached that deadline. We...
reassessed the tenant charges and issued a full refund check of the security deposit totaling $600. The check was mailed out on 3/29 and the tenant was informed and provided a tracking number. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am currently waiting on an answer as to why I will not receive my deposit back. I did not damage the unit and I am not being evicted so I do not understand why the company is trying to withhold my deposit. ]
Regards,
[redacted]
[redacted] with Alltrade has spoken with Ms. [redacted] about her complaints about the neighbor’s dog and informed her that the issue will be resolved by the end of August. To respect the privacy of each tenant, we are not at liberty to discuss another tenant’s details with Ms. [redacted]. However, we...
have addressed the situation and it is being handled in accordance with our protocol and guidelines. With regards to Ms. [redacted]’s clothing being left in the dryer and then reportedly stolen, Alltrade cannot be held responsible for Ms. [redacted]’s items left unattended in a common area. Alltrade will not allow Ms. [redacted] to break her lease for the reasons cited in her complaint.
I moved into [redacted] apartments in September and after a long debate they finally let me out of my lease. I thought my dealings with them were over but they proved me wrong. First they let me know that my lease was up at the beginning of the month of October and informed me that because they patched up the overnight drop box that I was going to have to wait until someone was in the office to turn my keys in. My fiancee had to have emergency surgery so I couldn't drop the keys off for two days because no one is there on the weekend. After dropping off the keys they then informed me that I had to pay the rent for the week that that I stayed in the apartment ( I wasn't there I just couldn't drop my keys until they came back). I dropped off the keys and sent them a money order for the week that I was there. I moved out in October of last year and after multiply calls and email I still don't have my deposit back and the office manager lied and said that I never told her that I sent a money order and that she never got my money order so she changed me a late fee as well. Even with the money that she supposedly had taken out for the late fee and prorated rent I have still never received any of my deposit back at all. It is now Febuary and I still keep getting lied to about where my deposit is. I have called and talk to the office manager who is not friendly nor efficient and she is giving me attitude and lying about conversations that we have had. Thank God I kept my money order receipt so that I can get my money back from that.I would like my deposit back after all the grieve, lies, and run around that this company has put me through.
We are working to address this residents concerns. We sent Maintenance staff to the property on 1/10 to address the issues but were unable to gain entry as they locks are not on our master key system. We have attempted to reach out to the resident via phone multiple times, but have gotten an error...
that the phone is not accepting calls. We certainly want to address these issues as soon as possible, but need the cooperation of the tenant to gain entry to the unit. We left a notice on the tenant's door on 1/17/2017 asking for updated contact information.
Ms. [redacted] complaint about the onsite manager is the first time we have had any issue with him. If she feels the need to not contact him, she can always call our main office for any repair or leasing issue. Ms [redacted] also did not disclose that she had service animals until after the lease was signed and we questioned her about them. We are as[redacted] for proof that they are indeed service animals. We do not need to know why. The rest of the concerns were addressed in the first response. The $250 rent concession still stands, we do not feel any additional concessions would be applicable. 24-48 hour notice will be given on all non-emergency repairs.
