I again spoke with Ally yesterday, 2/5/18, multiple times and cannot get a straight answer from any of themThey constantly put me on hold, I talked with *** *** at 1:35pm, was told that she would need to call me back in an hour, due to her supervisor being on "lunch" and never received a call backI called back again at 2:57pm and they had stated that they were unaware of the situation at handThey had stated that my account was now days past due, however, I had stated that I received a billing statement from them that was dated 11/3/17, and it had stated that my total amount due at that time was 335.19, which was paid on 1/9/18, they received on 1/12/18, and did not cash it until 1/17/18, which then made it past the due date of 1/13/18, which is what they continue to do to add on late fees even though they had received it prior to the actual due dateThey then, tried to tell me that this was for the September payment, however, according to the statement that they had sent me, the unpaid balance was for the 10/13/paymentThe continue to try and tell me that the account is past due for October, November, December, and January, and that it is days past due, however, it is only days past dueI told them I have no problem paying for November, December, and January, however, I will not pay the late fees that they are saying is due for September and October, and that they continue to add on a daily basisEvery time I talk with a different person, I am never given a straight answer, and am always told a different storyThe amount that they are saying is due, is not correct, and does not even match up with what they have reported to the credit bureau, nor does it even add up if you were to multiple my monthly payment by 4, that they are saying is past dueAfter I spoke with them on Friday, 2/2/18, they deleted my online account and I can't even pull up my past payment history anymore as well, and they are saying that my balance online is $They also, lied to the other signer of the vehicle, stating that they were the repo guy and that they were going to come reposess my vehicle yesterday, 2/5/18, and then they all of a sudden could transfer him to the financial department at Ally, which a repo guy would not have access toSo they continue to lie, cannot give me a straight answer, and never want to give me any information in writingThey only want to receive payment over the phone when I don't have anything in writing explaining the amount dueI asked for the payment history, statements, one for October, one for November, one for December, one for January, and one for FebruaryThey also, will send two different statements, one to me with one amount, and one to the other signer, with a different amountI also told them to only call my phone number, as I am the one that makes the payments, and after I requested this, they continue to call the other signer of the loan, stating different stories and will not call meI have to constantly call them and ask them for the paperwork and they never answer my questions.
