My name is [redacted] and I am in charge of Alpha Motorsports and I do apologize for any inconvenience and I want to point out a few thingsOur ad clearly mentions that Alpha Motorsports is not responsible for any misprint, usually we use dealercarsearch.com to feed our inventory to other sites such as [redacted] or [redacted] and sometime [redacted] can be slightly different when it comes to options, we never mentioned that vehicle came with Navigation, please read the seller notesI talked with your salesperson and based on him he clearly told you that vehicle had some prior paint jobWe allow customer(s) to take any vehicle at our lot to a 3rd party mechanic, as long as the mechanic is in mile radiusThanks [redacted] ***

I was offered a very expensive warranty after the minute spew about why I did not need itThe car had problems immediatelyI have proof of taking it to a mechanic as soon as it was purchasedWe thought it needed an alignment, however that turned out not to solve the steering issueThe car was still jumping and steering was looseAfter taking it to a Chevy dealership and finding we needed a hybrid mechanic the steering and transmission problem were diagnosedThe steering was a danger and needed to be fixed as soon as possibleThe transmission will run but it's on its way out so they did sell it to me that wayI will send you all the supporting documentationAlpha motorsport is selling substandard vehicles to unsuspecting customers and needs to be held accountable Regards, [redacted]

I came here to buy the car of my dreams for my birthdayI am loving my new car! Overall the customer service here is decent and they are very easy going peopleThe negotiated with me until I was happyI have been driving my car around for about a month now and loving itTruly feels like a brand new car, even though it's from a used car dealership

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10652658, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis is the forwarded ad that [redacted] forwarded to me after alpha motors deleted it because I brought up the fact of how misleading it was [redacted] has heard my complaint and has contacted alpha motorsports with a warning not to post fraudulent ads like thisThey also encouraged me to write a review on the dealer describing my experience, which I didThis ad is insinuating that this car has the capability of using a CD/SD card for navigationIt says that if the owner or the auction did not give them the SD/CD card for navigation it would not be provided to meWhich I didn't care that much about because I could have just bought one from the dealer or [redacted] for $After my wife got home and said it didn't have navigation, I contacted the [redacted] dealer to get the SD/CD card and they informed me this particular car never had the option of ever having a SD/CD card and never had the option of navigation [redacted] agreed that this was a fraudulent and misleading ad that used advertisement to sell the carI don't care about the salesman lying that the car was painted by [redacted] , which was a lie that me and my wife were told multiple times while facing the manSo it came as a shock to hear that after I researched [redacted] s record by the VIN#, they said it wasn't painted by [redacted] The salesman then lied to me over and over again saying he never said it was painted by [redacted] It's shameful and it will destroy your business's reputation ever more.I want the navigation system paid for that can be purchased separately since you've insinuated that it was supposed to have navigationSome of these cars come with navigation because they have the Q navigation system unit installed in themI want that unit which I know you won't deliverYou won't even offer to pay for the on star navigation capabilitiesI know who I'm dealing with after all those lies, and so I know you will deny everything you can and never attempt to deliver on what you advertisedI just want to make sure others won't have to go through what me and my wife did after they read your Revdex.com rating Regards, [redacted]

Mrand Mrs [redacted] , bought the [redacted] from Alpha Motorsports on 2/25/and they were aware of previous accident and they signed all the documents, which clearly reads that the vehicle was involved in previous accidentEven after all these, I offered to find them another vehicle or/and gave them the option to buy any another vehicle listed in our inventoryI could have told them there is nothing I can do but I didn't, because customer service is our number one priorityMrand Mrs [redacted] paid $30,for the vehicle and the KBB or NADA retail book value is close to $36,Instead of solving the issue this is what Mr [redacted] wrote in his e-mail "we will be in contact with the regulatory and consumer protection authorities in Virginia to report the fraudulent actions of your dealershipWe also have contacts with office of the Governor of Virginia and will bring this type of behavior to light so that the public can be protected from unscrupulous dealers such as your." My name is [redacted] and I am dealer operator of Alpha Motorsports and here is our side of story [redacted] left a $1,deposit on the Toyota Sienna and since the vehicle had some electronic issues, we told her that we will drop the vehicle at a Toyota dealership and once we dropped the vehicle Toyota told us it is very complicated problem and it will take a few days for them to figure out what is going on with the vehicle, well after 3-days we called Toyota and they told us they have no idea what is going on and we told Toyota that we will pick up the vehicle from them, once we went to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle wouldn't start and once the next day Toyota dealership got the car to start but the entire cluster lights and a few other lights stopped workingAhmad, salesperson, texted [redacted] and told her that since the vehicle is not safe, we will not be able to sell her the vehicle and [redacted] texted back that "Federal government will get involved now"If [redacted] still wants to buy the vehicle, we can sell it, but she must buy it with rejected safety inspection and must agree to all the disclosuresWe have already refunded her $1,deposit and I have attached the receipt, it can take up to hours for the credit to show upWhat bothers us is even when we stay as honest as possible, still there are some people, like [redacted] , this the oppositeWe could have done temporarily fixed but we didn't, we hate to see someone dies or get injures due to unsafe vehicleWe have take the vehicle to [redacted] Fredericksburg and we might lose more than $3,by selling it at auction but at least we did the right thingThanks [redacted] ***

At the time of transaction, 3/5/2016, you were 27 years of age and you could have walked... away or bought another cheaper vehicle that fitted your budget.2. Thanks for clearly mentioning that you ran your own [redacted] prior of buying the vehicle and in this case call [redacted] and find out why the [redacted] shows accident now. We are not affiliated with [redacted] I ran a new [redacted] history and it shows vehicle was involved in accident back in 2008, so either you never ran a [redacted] prior of buying the vehicle or you are just giving us wrong information. 3. The base purchase price was $12,200 plus $695 processing fee, not $15,500, why are you including DMV fees, tax, registration and warranty cost on the base price of the vehicle.4. Even as of today the NADA clean retail value is more than $13,000 and almost 8 months ago you paid $12,200 plus fees, so you got excellent deal on the vehicle.The only thing we can do is to offer you a fair KBB or NADA trade-in value for the Lexus. clearly read and signed "BUYERS GUIDE" which clearly mentions that used vehicle might have frame-cracks, corrective welds, or rusted through, Dog tracks-bent or twisted frame*** ** *** had an option to have the vehicle checked out by a mechanic in mile radius of our dealership*** ** *** was clearly informed verbally and in writing about frame damage or unibodyWe have no power over *** and they can add, delete or modify any information without any notice, so please contact *** regarding *** historyEven today the *** *** *** retail value of the vehicle is around $21,and back in 7/7/*** ** *** paid $22,for the vehicle and probably a year ago the book value of the vehicle was more than $25,and since vehicle had unibody/frame damage we sold it a lot cheaper that the market value and *** ** *** agreed to buy the vehicle and save thousandsWe are willing to pay travalue, if *** ** *** wants us to buyback the vehicle, please e-mail me at *** so we can workout numbers.Thanks
