This is the forwarded ad that *** forwarded to me after alpha motors deleted it because I brought up the fact of how misleading it was. *** has heard my complaint and has contacted alpha motorsports with a warning not to post fraudulent ads like thisThey also encouraged me to write a review on the dealer describing my experience, which I didThis ad is insinuating that this car has the capability of using a CD/SD card for navigationIt says that if the owner or the auction did not give them the SD/CD card for navigation it would not be provided to meWhich I didn't care that much about because I could have just bought one from the dealer or *** for $After my wife got home and said it didn't have navigation, I contacted the *** dealer to get the SD/CD card and they informed me this particular car never had the option of ever having a SD/CD card and never had the option of navigation. *** agreed that this was a fraudulent and misleading ad that used advertisement to sell the car.
I don't care about the salesman lying that the car was painted by ***, which was a lie that me and my wife were told multiple times while facing the manSo it came as a shock to hear that after I researched ***s record by the VIN#, they said it wasn't painted by ***The salesman then lied to me over and over again saying he never said it was painted by ***It's shameful and it will destroy your business's reputation ever moreI want the navigation system paid for that can be purchased separately since you've insinuated that it was supposed to have navigationSome of these cars come with navigation because they have the Q navigation system unit installed in themI want that unit which I know you won't deliverYou won't even offer to pay for the on star navigation capabilitiesI know who I'm dealing with after all those lies, and so I know you will deny everything you can and never attempt to deliver on what you advertisedI just want to make sure others won't have to go through what me and my wife did after they read your Revdex.com rating.

My name is *** *** and I am dealer operator of Alpha Motorsports and here is our side of story*** ** *** left a $1,deposit on the Toyota Sienna and since the vehicle had some electronic issues, we told her that we will drop the vehicle at a Toyota dealership and once we
dropped the vehicle Toyota told us it is very complicated problem and it will take a few days for them to figure out what is going on with the vehicle, well after 3-days we called Toyota and they told us they have no idea what is going on and we told Toyota that we will pick up the vehicle from them, once we went to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle wouldn't start and once the next day Toyota dealership got the car to start but the entire cluster lights and a few other lights stopped workingAhmad, salesperson, texted *** and told her that since the vehicle is not safe, we will not be able to sell her the vehicle and *** texted back that "Federal government will get involved now"If *** still wants to buy the vehicle, we can sell it, but she must buy it with rejected safety inspection and must agree to all the disclosuresWe have already refunded her $1,deposit and I have attached the receipt, it can take up to hours for the credit to show upWhat bothers us is even when we stay as honest as possible, still there are some people, like ***, this the oppositeWe could have done temporarily fixed but we didn't, we hate to see someone dies or get injures due to unsafe vehicleWe have take the vehicle to *** Fredericksburg and we might lose more than $3,by selling it at auction but at least we did the right thing.Thanks*** ***

We found the perfect car, my husband flew out to Virginia - from *** to buy itWhen he got there the A/C didn't work, neither did the heated drivers seat (which we asked over the phone about, cause I am disabled and NEED the heated seats to work, we were assured EVERYTHING was in working order), the rear passenger window, the sun roofs - both coversThey looked at it on site and assured us the A/C was fixed and that they would fix the heated seatMy husband drove it homeThen the oil sensor started dinging and the check engine light came on - so we took it into our local dealership's service department$later we thought it was fixed, Alpha sent us a check for $- which we thought was greatWe were still waiting on the fix for the heated seatThen the A/C stopped workingWe found out the evaporator in the dash was bad - anther $into the carWe were in CONSTANT contact with Alpha, they suggested we exchange for another car on their lotWe didn't want to do that so a month or two went byDuring which our daughter had brain surgery, so we had our plates fullOne day while driving to the *** *** we realized the car was leaking power steering fluidWe took it into the dealership locally and found out it's an $repairWe contacted Alpha to go ahead with the exchange and they said they would only give us $for the car we just bought for $in MaySERIOUSLYYes we put about 4k miles on it since May - we had to drive it back to ***, so that's the bulkSo here we are STUCK with a vehicle that we have already sunk $into and now it needs another $1800, and the heated seat still doesn't workSo we are screwedDO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They DO NOT care, they don't fix them, they put band aids on them and say you bought it AS ISThey are crooks

This was the worst experience I have had with a dealerFirst they waited to pay the trade in off until it was about to go on my credit report it took me calling multiple times before it was doneI was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicleMy wife and I took it for a ride and liked it so we did all the paper work.We walked out with our kids got in the vehicle went to leave pulled out of the parking lot and the service all wheel drive light came on so I turned around and Ahmad said don't worry we will fix it we take care of our customersWRONG they asked us to drop it off to let radley take a look at it before thirty daysThis is our only vehicle and we have kids.Ahmad said it will be ready tomorrow.WRONG 11days later and multiple phone calls finally talked to a manager ShakShak said we will put a new sensor in and the wiring harness that controls itOk so I thought it would fix it.WRONG then Shak said it needs a rear differential and that is going to cost you $I'm a working man that doesn't have that kind of money set a side for a vehicle I just purchased from them.Shak said we are not making enough money to cover that your trade in needed work as well.They test drove the trade in as well I guess its all about money not customer service I am very unhappy with the whole experienceNow I have an all wheel drive that is only front wheel drive and has the service light on.The reason I picked this vehicle was because it was all wheel drive.AGAIN THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A DEALER AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONEVERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

each time she refused to purchase extended warranty and she even told the salesperson that she knows a few good mechanics close to her house and they will give her the best out there. 3. At the time of the purchase vehicle had 149,659 miles and now it has more than 151,700 miles, she drove the vehicle more than 2,000 miles before she start having issues. 4. Every car that comes at our lot and before we sell it to a retail customer, our mechanics checks everything and our mechanics drives them at least 10 miles to make sure the vehicle is safe and retail ready.Conclusion: [redacted], customer, refused to purchase extended warranty, customer agreed to buy the vehicle "AS-IS", customer bought the vehicle which was 100% safe and a few days prior of her buying the vehicle, we took it to a Virginia safety inspection shop and it passed. Customer drove the vehicle more than 2,000 miles and we have no idea what she has done to the vehicle for the transmission and steering column to go bad and the only advice I have for her is to take the vehicle to one of her trustworthy mechanic who gives her the best deal and fix it.  Sincerely  Khalid Azimi, dealer operator of Alpha Motorsports.

Mr. and Mrs. [redacted], bought the [redacted] from Alpha Motorsports on 2/25/2016 and they were aware of previous accident and they signed all the documents, which clearly reads that the vehicle was involved in previous accident. Even after all these, I offered to find them another vehicle...

or/and gave them the option to buy any another vehicle listed in our inventory. I could have told them there is nothing I can do but I didn't, because customer service is our number one priority. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] paid $30,900 for the vehicle and the KBB or NADA retail book value is close to $36,000. Instead of solving the issue this is what Mr. [redacted] wrote in his e-mail "we will be in contact with the regulatory and consumer protection authorities in Virginia to report the fraudulent actions of your dealership. We also have contacts with office of the Governor of Virginia and will bring this type of behavior to light so that the public can be protected from unscrupulous dealers such as your." Please review the [redacted] and I have been in touch with my legal department because time after time Mr. [redacted] has been threatening us and accused of committing a "FRAUD" which is completely false. We take every customer seriously and no one, not even manager's on duty, will raise their voice on customers and we have zero tolerance for that at Alpha Motorsports.2. When you bought the vehicle, you negotiated the price with [redacted] and you agreed to buy the vehicle 100% AS-IS from us and include a 3rd party warranty. Now the question that I have why you negotiated the price, agreed to buy it 100% AS-IS? 3. So far the 3rd party warranty has fixed transfer case, O2 sensor, ignition switch and I believe starter, I believe you just paid the deductible, which was part of the contract.4. You signed and agreed that if we buy the vehicle back, we will honor [redacted] trade-in value, which we will.5. Once we receive complaint from [redacted] we will gladly response to them, and please do mention on the complaint that you negotiated the price, you decided to buy it AS-IS, warranty company did take care of a few things and even after all these still you want [redacted] to remove our name from their trusted dealerships. Again, we never advertised the vehicle with navigation system, please read the seller notes. [redacted] uses different VIN decoder and for some reason(s) their VIN decoder software decoded the car with navigation system, at least that is what customer is claiming. We did mentioned that the vehicle was painted all over and from my understanding we didn't say who painted. Vehicle was sold AS-IS and we gave you the opportunity to take the vehicle to any mechanic in 5 mile radius to check it out for any issue. I was told by the sales person that if I was unhappy with the car or if there was anything wrong with the car I would receive my deposit back. There was in fact something wrong with the car and I was unhappy with it.  In the telephone and email correspondence I had with the manager and sales person before I contacted the Revdex.com I was never informed that my deposit was non-refundable.  I was told that they needed to check with the finance department.  It was only after communication stopped that I contacted the Revdex.com.  I was also told that the car was sold.  So there seems to be no damage to the dealership.  The question that is raised is whether the dealership informed the owner of the damaged I discovered.  There seems to be no dispute that undisclosed damage was found with the car by an independent party, damage that was apparently obvious by an inspection under the car.  I would like my full deposit returned.

I talked with your salesperson and based on him he clearly told you that vehicle had some prior paint job.2. We allow customer(s) to take any vehicle at our lot to a 3rd party mechanic, as long as the mechanic is in 5 mile radius. Thanks[redacted]
