I didn't order this product and haven't received it
I didn't order anything but I keep getting bills saving its from a collection agency.

Fraud
I never called and never received any bottle from this company and never ordered anything. I dont know how they got my information I recieved a letter that I owe $119.97 now twice. What a joke. This is a fraud company and they all should be arrested. I'm filing BBB report and also Tampa Police Department on this company and hopefully these clowns stop stealing money from people.

I am getting collection letters
I ordered a bottle as well, and I thought I had to pay shipping only the disclosure is not written correctly . The pills did not work and gave me stomach aches . I’m a weight lifter and it did nothing for me . I didn’t think I needed to give the bottle back I called and they said to pay 119.00 when I used the trial bottle but it was no good so I threw away empty bottle I didn’t think they’d want that. I think they should revise whole poetical and have customer sign disclaimer understanding correctly . I’m only 17 and they are willing to mess my credit up because of incorrect info as I am obviously not only one confused here.
I am getting collection letters

Fraudulent sales and no refund.
TRS Limited Alpha Xtrm sold on special trial men supplement through T-mobile Tuesday special for $6.97. Couple weeks later they tried to take $119.97 from my bank account. I called TRS company and canceled the order. I was instructed to send the product unopen which I did right way. Now I got a letter from National Medical Administrators, Inc trying to collect that money and other other fees for a total of $
239.94. I did returned the vitamins and canceled future orders. I should not be responsible for any fees. The collection company keep sending letters and over the phone they are very rude and hang up on me.

Desired Outcome

I need that TRS Limited Alpha Xtrm remove all the charges that I don't own and take me out of the collection company because I don't want my credit to be affected.

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15/14 day trial begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation the customer was charged the initial shipping charges and was sent the bottles and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no returns were ever made. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the products and still has the products but never canceled or returned the products so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

We do show now that both products have been received and as of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. No negative impact was made to the customers credit. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

Received a collection billing for product never received.
I received an advertisement

Desired Outcome

Back in March 2020, I received an advertisement for a free product and just pay for the shipping, around $6.00. I never even received the free product and now , 4 months later, I received a collection bill in the mail for $119.97. This is one of those online fraudulent schemes. I hope the FTC/ government prosecutes and shutdown this kind of businesses.

I have been receiving a letter from a collection agency claiming that I owe TRS LIMITED-ALPHA XTRM 119.97 DOLLARS. I don't owe them anything
The latest collection letter was received on 9/7/2020

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the issue totally eliminated, and not hear from them again.

This so called "subscription" is not made clear, nor do they try to make it clear before sending you to collections.
TRS Limited misleads customers by advertising a free product for only a $6.95 shipping fee and then the company tries to charge you $119. Of course, by this point, my card was flagged for fraud and had to be replaced, so I'm guessing this is why they couldn't steal from me. I didn't even realize there was some sort of "subscription" until after getting the collections agency letter and then coming here to check them out. The $119.97 charge was never mentioned. They neither called me or emailed me before I received the collections letter. I received 2 collecting letters on the same day for both of the products they offered to try. Alpha Extreme and Raging Lion.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to cease their dishonest practices and clear up my credit report by halting the pursuit of this misleading charge.

received a letter of collection on goods never ordered or received.
I noticed a charge on my VISA for items not ordered. I called the bank and had payment stopped. Now I receive a collection letter from National Medical Administrators, Inc. PO Box 924047 Norcross, GA XXXXX X-XXX-XXX-XXXX
I called them today and they said I had to get in touch with TRS Limited-Alpha XTRM. I tried several times but no one would pick up to answer in customer service. I don't use body building vitamins nor have I ever ordered them. The card number in question through this collection agency has been cancelled per our bank last month.

Desired Outcome

I want this collection agency to withdraw the claim against me. I need help in achieving this. Next steps??

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
1. This is a SCAM
2. Thought I was filling out an honest survey for Costco. It was not. Legitimate products that were offered for answering survey questions were not available, what a surprise! I had to select a poor choice.
3. Never got it.
4. Collection notice arrives.
5. After asking questions through credit card fraud department, it was cheaper just to pay the deplorables who have come up with this scam.
6. SO, I paid them! THAT IS WHY I WAS REMOVED FROM THE COLLECTIONS DATABASE!!
7.No more surveys for me.
8. Enjoy the $119.97. Never again!!

We would like to comment that the customer did not mention anything about a payment that was made to the collections agency in their initial complaint. We had our senior agent attempt to reach out to the customer in regards to this situation multiple times yesterday and to explain that we will have what ever monies that was paid reimbursed in an effort to work together towards a positive resolution however the call was disconnected each time.

We would like to ask the customer if they would be so kind as to answer the phone and speak with the senior agent so that we may work together towards a positive resolution.

Company charged full amount twice, did not send vitamins, trying to charge again, and referring me to collections.
TRS LIMITED - ALPHA X TRIM charged my credit card twice in two days: first, on March 16, 2020 for $119.97, and second, on March 17, 2020 for $119.97. According to the company's response to previous complaints on the Revdex.com website, it states, "The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97." I was NEVER sent the vitamins, and I was charged the full price TWICE in two days.
Assuming this to be fraudulent activity, on March 17, 2020, I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. My bank issued me a credit for each charge, pending a security credit investigation. I closed my credit card account and the bank issued me a new credit card. On April 22, 2020, my bank reversed its decision and recharged the two payments to my newly issued credit card. The bank representative said that TRS LIMITEDALPHA XTRM sent documents to the bank that I had received the product. I requested a copy of those documents, but I never received that documentation. According to the company's policy statement, it says, "If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period, they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97." I did not receive a product at all, during a "trial period" or otherwise, nor any business contact information to respond. At that point, I just decided to forego the two previous charges as a scam and a lesson learned. I am now appalled to have received a letter dated August 17, 2020, from National Medical Administrators requesting a payment for $159.97, Reference #XXXXXXX, Creditor Account #XXXXXXX. According to a representative from that entity, the charge is for $119.97 plus a $40 fee. The representative has no idea what this charge is for. Finally, I was given a business contact number for TRS LIMITED. The automated number says that my account is closed and disconnects the call when I choose the option "0" for customer service. I called back 5-7 times with the same result.
Attached are my bank statements for March 2020 showing the 2 charges, April 2020 showing the credit pending investigation, and May 2020 showing the recharging of my new credit card account. I am requesting that TRS LIMITED cease all collection activity and refund the two charges to me. As the company states, "We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome." I look forward to the expeditious resolution of this matter.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I am seeking: 1.) Cease and desist all collection activity from the National Medical Administrators, Inc. for the current charge of $159.97 without penalty. 2.) A letter of dismissal from National Medical Administrators for the current and any subsequent charges. 3.) A refund for the charge of $119.97 from March 16, 2020. 4.) A refund for the charge of $119.97 from March 17, 2020. 5.) Send refund check to: *** Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do NOT accept the response from TRS LIMITED - ALPHA X TRM. It is obvious that the business practices of this company are to defraud the consumer. The response that the company gave is the exact response verbatim given to various and differing customer complaints posted on the Revdex.com website without regard to the specifics of my complaint. Please review the company's responses on 8-14-20, 8-5-20, 7-27-20, 7-17-20, and 6-19-20.

First, this is how my complaint differs:

1.) I was never charged a shipping and handling fee to initiate a trial period. According to the company's policy of "The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try." The company did not follow its own policy. Please review the bank statements that I have submitted. There is no charge for shipping and handling.

2.) I was charged twice in two days, March 16, 2020 and March 17, 2020 for the full amount of $119.97.

3.) I never received any product from the company, therefore, I did not have any company information in order to contact them regarding the charges. I do not have an invoice or receipt of any kind from this company. If I am being referred to collections, then where is my invoice?

4.) When I did get a company phone number from the collection agency, I was disconnected when I attempted to reach customer service.

I would like to be clear as to how I want this to be resolved:

1.) I would like to be refunded in full for the two payments of $119.97. In a company response posted on the Revdex.com website on 6-11-20 to a customer's complaint, it read:

"As per this complaint we have refunded all charges that occurred after the initial shipping charges in hopes that we may work together towards a positive resolution. 06/11/2020 05:18pm - Refunded - $119.97 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX 06/11/2020 05:18pm - Refunded - $119.97 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX 06/11/2020 05:17pm - Refunded - $129.94 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX 06/11/2020 05:16pm - Refunded - $129.94 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post back to the account. We have not received any kind of returns however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottles as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future."

If the company has refunded others due to similar complaints, then I want the same remedy. I want my money back.

2.) I want a statement from the company or its collection company, National Medical Administrators, Inc., that my name is permanently removed from the collections database and no future attempts will be made to charge or collect from me. I do not trust their assurances that my name is removed from their database.

If they are able to send me a collections letter, then they are able to send me a release letter.

At this point, given the number of complaints that I have read, in addition to my own experience, this is not a reputable company.

I want my money back. Please review the bank statements that I am resubmitting for your review.

Thank you.

Update: 9-2-20
On 8-26-20, I was contacted by a representative of the company to discuss how to resolve my complaint in good faith. The representative listened to my concerns and agreed to work with me to settle my claims satisfactorily.
The company agreed to meet the terms of my Desired Resolution: 1.) The company issued a cease and desist order of all collection activity to National Medical Administrators, Inc., for the current charges without penalty and closed the collection account; 2.) A Certificate of Good Standing was issued on 9-2-20 indicating that the collection account has been deleted from the database and no debts or fees are owed (See Attachment); 3.) A refund for the charge of $119.97 from March 16, 2020 was issued on 08-26-20 in the form of a GiftCard PASS; 4.) A refund for the charge of $119.97 from March 17, 2020 was issued on 08-26-20 in the form of a GiftCard PASS. formally closing my complaint with a SATISFACTORY resolution.

If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation the customer was charged the initial shipping charge and was sent the bottles and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no returns were ever made. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the products and still has the products but never canceled or returned the products so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottles as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

I ordered from an online promotion, just paying shipping and handling, free samples of male enhancement products, unaware I would be charged for more
They have sent a collection company to recoup what they say is an agreement to purchase their products. The fine print was not understood by me and the product did not live up to my expectations. They have hired a collection company, National Medical Administrators, POB 924047, Norcross, GA 30010, to recoup $119.97 from me for product I have never solicited nor received. The collection agency called 6 weeks ago and demanded payment but never followed up with correspondence. I offered to return the unused portion of the product, but was told to pay up or the issue would go to collection. The initial free trial offer was delivered in March, I believe.

Desired Outcome

Accept the "Satisfaction" clause and "return if not satisfied" clause. Your product doesn't work and you should stop selling with false advertising and misleading billing practices. Void the collection process and demands for payment.

They advertised a free sample for a charge for shipping and they claim if you dont call to council future automatic monthly shipments you pay full pri
In the internet most people describe the process as bogus, also I only ordered one item and they shipped 2items .I'm 83 years of age I have never seen such deceiving crooked practices

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop harassing me and forget getting the money they asking I will not pay a fraugilan charge. And will defend my excellent reputation and go to any length of litigation if they so desire. And they should stop the process of putting this out to a rude disgusting collection Agency
