The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15/14 day trial begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation our records indicate that the customer had disputed two of their 119.97 charges which were for the bottles that were received. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. No negative impact was made to the customers credit. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

It's an acceptable resolution

This was not the product I thought I was ordering. It was returned to sender upon receipt. This company is now threatening to file on my credit.
This happened so long ago I do not remember the date. I have 2 invoice numbers for 2 products they are trying to make me pay for that I returned immediately upon receipt.
Inv # XXXXXXX
Inv # XXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop trying to make me pay for products that I returned and do not wish to receive ever, and stop threatening to file this claim on my credit history. This company is a scam.

Erectile dysfunction supplement arrived unsolicited about 1 old ago. Billed by collection agency for $159.97.
Erectile dysfunction supplement received unsolicited about a year ago. The products were never ordered. No request for payment of any amount was ever made. Now I've received a Notice from a collection agency Tate & Kirlin Associates for $159.97. I contacted the collections agency and told them this is a fraudulent charge and I am refuting the charge. I've become aware of numerous complaints against both companies for fraudulent business activities such as collections harassment. I do refute the charges. If I had ordered the supplement it would have been paid for then. However it was totally unsolicited. The product was never used and was discarded.

Desired Outcome

Stop fraudulent activities with both businesses.

Company shipped me a collection of supplements that I did not order. They have now sent me to collections who are harassing me for payment.
In 2016, I received two bottles of supplements from a company called Testo Factor X in Tampa, FL. As I did not order these, I called the company and the they confirmed that the supplements were ordered by someone online in Illinois (I lived in California at the time) using a credit card that I did not own (they would not tell me the name of the person who owned the credit card). The agent was very nice and told me that since I had not ordered the supplements, the order would be cancelled. I offered to return the product, but the agent said that was not necessary.
On 2018, I started receiving calls from National Medical Administrators, Inc. They accused me of using someone else's credit card in an attempt to defraud the company. I denied that, but they continued to call (including robo-calls) threatening to damage my social security, credit rating, etc. I sent them a letter by certified mail, return receipt requested denying that I I owed anything for the productand demanding that they cease harassing me.
Last week I started receiving calls from another collections company, this time demanding over $800 to settle the claim (the original amount for the supplements appears to have been $189.94. The agent of this company (Adam Chapman, telephone number 855-554-1350) made multiple calls to me and my husband, saying that they had overhwelming proof ("You once lived in Illinois so this proves you could have ordered the supplements" and accusing me of "reversing the charges on my credit card for the product"). He disclosed my social security number and made it clear that he had information about me and my husband that he could use to collect the fee.

Desired Outcome

I am asking that this company stop all collections actions and acknowledge that I am not responsible for any payment for this shipment. I have the supplements in their original wrapping (not opened) and am willing to ship it back to the company if this helps settle the matter.

Removing me from collections and verifying that I owe nothing is acceptable. I thank the Company for promptly correcting this error.

I thought I was receiving a free gift. They started a subscription based on the shipping payment I paid. They now say I owe more than 600.00.
I chose a "free" gift offered in Facebook ad on Feb 23 2020 which was 2 bottles of male supplements produced by TRS Ltd.. I was unaware that this was a subscription, and when I learned this, I made multiple attempts to call and cancel-finally resorting to cancelling card that was being billed approx. 240.00 per month. There is now a collection agency; National Medical Administrators- representing TRS Ltd. stating that I owe more than 600 00-and were willing to cut me a break by offering 465.00 as payoff if I paid immediately. I feel that TRS Ltd. has predatory sales practices through misleading ads-and no one to contact to resolve disputes.

Desired Outcome

I want this payment dropped/forgiven as i thought i was receiving a free gift

Wanted a free trial and was charged not only once but 4 times so far for a product I wanted to return and tried to cancel multiple times.
I wanted to try the free trial of both the Alpha Xtrm & Raging Lion, was only supposed to pay 6.95 for the shipping. When the 2 bottles came I received a text from phone number 323-701-1786 on 5/7/2020 asking me if I like the product and if I wanted to continue the trial. I responded with no and they then offered me 75% off to continue the trial and I again refused and they said they would give me the information needed to send the product back. I never received an address or any information and on 5/9/2020 I received an email saying that my account XXXXXXXXXXXXX would be charged 119.97 twice for both bottles on order # XXXXXXXX. I then tried texting that same number and responding to this email telling them I did not want to continue a trial with them and needed the information to send the product back. Never got a response. At this time I went to their website flexm1.com to try and contact them and saw that I could cancel my subscription on there. I did that on 5/9/2020 as well, website said I successfully canceled but never received a confirmation email. I decided to dispute the charge through my bank and they reached out to the company and told me they couldn't do anything about it and I had to dispute this with them. Since I was unable to get through to them through email or text I figured it was a scam and I might as well cut my losses. on 6/9/2020 I noticed 2 more charges of 129.94 pending in my bank account, at this point I called my bank again and am in the middle of doing another dispute. I also found on the website a number to call: 1-866-274-0880 and I called right away. I tried telling my story to customer service but he was rude and told me they don't text and never would even though I still have the text messages saved. I also told him I canceled a month ago and he said he see's nothing, I believe this company makes alot of money on scamming people by acting like they just have poor communication when it is much more than that and they are doing this on purpose. I was able to get my account canceled finally but he would not refund me for the first 2 charges or the 2 charges that are pending right now and told me that I also could not return the bottles that are not even here yet that I won't even open! He then tried getting me to stay on this subscription for 75% off just like they did on the text messages.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get the total refund of both the first two bottles that I tried to send back multiple times and also the next two bottles that I haven't even received yet. This total comes to 499.82 and I would like it to go back on my account they took it from. I will gladly send back the 2 bottles I still have and the other 2 that should be arriving soon.

With this situation we do not see where any text or email was received in regards to setting up the product for return. In our defense, when the customer is shipped their products there is a cusotmer service email address as well as contact information that is provided in a paper insert as well as contact information is on the actual bottles. If a customer sets up product for return, return details, address and RMA is then emailed to them and the account is also notated through internal notation automation. The customers account does not show any kind of return notes or RMA that was generated. We apologize if the customer had difficulty trying to contact customer service.

As per this complaint we have refunded all charges that occurred after the initial shipping charges in hopes that we may work together towards a positive resolution.

trying to charge my credit card after I call to stop the order.
On Facebook I saw there add for a free sample pay shipping only. I placed the orde with credit card. After I received the free bottle did not like it so I followed there rules and called and stop the other bottle. After a rude phone call trying to get them to stop the payment I also called and stop my credit card to receive a new card number. They tried to charg it on my old card could not get there money so somehow they were able to get the card company to give them there money on my new card number without my permission. I called my card company and they reversed the charges now they have a collector sending me letters and demanding me to pay or they will report me to the credit company's. I refuse to pay and I never got a second bottle of product.

Desired Outcome

To stop trying to collect money and to stop the collection company from harassing me.

My card was charged 2x for the amount of 119.57 back In 2018 and today I received a call from them because "I owe them money"
Back in 2018 I was on a website and saw an add for this male enhancement product which offered a free trial! Well, I ordered the " free trial" and a couple of days later I see 2 charges on my account both for $119.57 so I called my bank and told them that I believe that it was a scam because I did not sign up to pay that amount! The charges were dropped from my account! Then, just today 06/05/2020, I received a call from a collection company telling me that they were going to place a derogatory mark on my credit because of neglecting to pay for the product! That is ridiculous, no where when I signed up did I read that I was going to be charged for the "free trial" nor was this business responsible enough to answer the phone when I tried to contact them about this issue! It's been two years and I still haven't opened the 2 bottles I received!

Desired Outcome

I will like a refund for the amount that they are about to charged to my account today because if I didn't provide them with a card information they were going to place a derogatory mark on my credit today!

In regards to a refund, since a dispute was filed it was resolved between the customers bank and our merchant processor and we no longer have the ability to use the refund functionalities as those funds were already allocated as a provisional credit when the dispute was first initiated. I followed directions on the phone to cancel and even got an cancellation number. I was still billed for this product. Bogus trial period
They told me my 2 week trial started when I placed my order, really. So by the time I received the product, I had about 7 days to try it. So I called and complained, but they just blew it off. This company is a RIP off and took me to the bank. I did tell them it bothered my stomach, but they didn't care. I threw this *** away and am paying $119.00 for nothing.

Desired Outcome

I just want credit for *** that they sell or RIP off. Not worth the money for a product that I got sick from. ( upset stomach)

With this situation our records indicate the customer successfully canceled both of their accounts through the automated system on 5/28/20. There will be no more future shipments or billing. The account shows no other interactions on the account in regards to a call or email cancellation request. All customers have to opportunity to cancel when they feel the product is no loner for them.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

Sent to collections after trying to cancel
I ordered the trial version of this product, it did not work as advertised, I was sent to collections for a $119.97 after attempting to cancel multiple times through multiple different websites. I attempted to return the product but they would not answer the phone or provide a return address to do so. They are selling a product that I can go get at Walmart for 10 to $15. It is nothing more than a bunch of vitamins in one pill a does nothing for the body or sex drive whatsoever.

Desired Outcome

Refund my card the full amount

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint.

The customer was charged the initial shipping charges and was sent the bottles and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no returns were ever made. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but never canceled or returned the product so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

There would be no refund to be issued since all the attempt to bill the customer after the trial period were unsuccessful. Also we have not received any kind of returns however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. That is how the program works and I fully understand it. I tried calling the numbers I found non of which worked. I looked for an address or email with no results. Their product is complete *** its no more than a bunch of cheap vitamins in one tablet. I can buy the same thing at walmart for $10.

If they really wanted the product back they would put a good contact number on a legit website. I knew this was to good to be true. Ended up scamming me anyway.

I'm not in collections because I paid the collectors so I would not mess up my credit when I'm in the middle of buying a home. So of course I don't owe them anything. Thats why I want a refund.

We would like to update the case and comment that one of our senior customer service representatives reached out to the customer and was able to clarify that the customer already paid the collections agency. We have issued a full reversal of the 119.97 payment that was made and the customer should expect to receive a full refund. We would like to also comment that no negative impact was ever made to the customers credit which they will be able to confirm. We would also like to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the payment which was already made on the customer behalf to the collections agency. We would like to thank the customer for their patience and the opportunity to allow us to work towards a positive resolution.

Have experienced supplements that are not effective, questionable billing practices, billing of services not requested, bullying over the phone
Was autobilled after free trial and added to another product that was not requested. Product had no efficacy. Changed credit card and the company found and billed new number. They shipped goods not requested, then insisted payment on additional products. Was bullied over phone about fraudulent charges posted by my bank. Sent charges to collection agency about over aggressive subscription policy.

Desired Outcome

Stop seeking additional fees. Contract is cancelled and no other gods or services desired. You are using the system for your personal monetary benefit. Your products don't work and this is a modern scam parading as legal business.

I am a retired Chiropractor with some familiarity in supplement therapies. TRS is a company with inexcusable policies that prey on consumers.
First, if they have science, let them send it to me. Otherwise, they are fraudulently misleading consumers in a nutrition or supplement industry that PROVES it's products with proof and support of product uses via placebo controlled double blind studies. This appears to be a total scam. I tried to research there product. There is no proof it works or should even be sold touting efficacy of use. Revdex.com please warn the public of this menace to nutritional supplement devices/modalities. If they try to tell you I did not pay them, that is also fraudulent. I believe I did. I will try to located that charge PLUS I properly cancelled per their company policy in the appropriate time line.

Desired Outcome

I hope you will notify government agencies of the inequality of this product to othersI will be pursuing it further myself.

Never contacted....not ever. I believe this is a simply opportunity to capture money during covid-19 as so many scammers are doing. Furthermore, I called the company and cancelled within 1 week. Additionally, I have requested scientific papers that document their claims and have never received anything. This is their first communication, in the form of a bill, as they are unable to substantiate their claims. Not able to do so, while claiming specific performance of the product, constitutes fraud even though the FDA does not oversee such products. However, they should have clinical documentation from placebo controlled, double blind studies that are done by reputable research centers and published in reputable journALS. Show me the clinical data with documented statistical P factors and we can go from there.

We look forward to the customers response.

Alpha XTRM Charged full price despite I cancelled subscription multiple times
I cancelled via website 3 times within trial period. Website stated confirmation sent but I got nothing! I then called and cancelled 1/25/2020. They charged anyways. I have sent the unused product back to them. Alpha XTRM is charging me $119.95 for a product I can buy at Walmart for $9.95! Their ad states a free trial, then they charge an outrageous/unreasonable price! This is a SCAM! They need to be denied a business license at the very least!

Credit my credit card in full the $119.95

Continuing billing to my account after I contacted them to cease the subscription charges
Was awarded a trial bottle of Alpha Xtrm Rev as part of a survey completion gimmick with a $6.95 shipping cost in January 2020. Subsequently, I reviewed my Region's Checking Account on my app and noticed five monthly charges for amounts between $119 and $124 for product that I never received.

I contacted Region's in March 2020 to dispute charges based on non-receipt of any product and contacted company to cease and desist any billing charges based on their "subscription" clause.

Today, I notice a billing for $124 on March 24, 2020 again for a product I did not receive.

My account number is XXXXXXX; the phone number I'm given to contact is (833) 892-9251.

Desired Outcome

I've attached the cancellation notice received and the subsequent 3/24/2020 charge to my card. I'd like the amount of the charge to be refunded back to my account

I thought the items were free as the add stated!!
I completed a customer survey for Amazon, and was offered a free gift for participating, I choose Alpha Xtrm and Raging Lion suppliments. the add stated that they were free I just had to pay the shipping, which was $6.95 each. The next Months credit card statement showed additional charges of 119.97 each (x2) I called them and explained that the add said they were free trials only requiring paying for the shipping. They said I miss read the add, I know what it said it said free. The credit card company contacted them and the charges were removed. on April 7th I received 2 Collection Notices for $159.97 each. How can this be. the add clearly said it was free. and I did offer to return the Supplimants!! The date I took survey and paid for the shipping was 1-11-2020 the additional charges showed up on 1-25-2020 that's when I called to dispute the charges, I call Chase card and the phone number for TRS Limited!!

Desired Outcome

In regards to the claim that another attempt was made to charge, we would like to ask the customer what amount was the attempt and when was the attempt made as there have been no other attempts from us. The final charge attempt from us is showing as on 3/28/20 for the amount of 38.71 which was done when a call was made to the automated system which was was not successful.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
When trying to contact this company to dispute the call there was a robotic answering machine telling me nobody was available to answer my call over and over again for over 30 minutes. Not an ideal customer service setup either. Very sketchy company.

We would like to comment that one of our senior agents did reach out to the customer and the customer did agree to settle the complaint.

04/03/2020 07:10PM - *Follow-upCalled customer concerning a complaint he filed at Revdex.com regarding an attempt to bill him for 2 products that were sent back in December 2019, the customer was advised about the status of the account and told that we have successfully removed him from the collections database and the will not have any negative report on his credit or financial records. Customer was satisfied with the resolution and agreed to settle this complaint.

We have gotten notice that this case is still open and unresolved and we attempted to reach out the customer a few times however have been unsuccessful. We would like to ask the customer if they would be so kind as to accept the response so that we may close/resolve the case positively as we take all Revdex.com complaints very seriously.

We would like to thank the customer for allowing us the opportunity to discuss and resolve the situation amicably.

Thank you
