TRS LIMITED free pill rip off
I purchased raging lion for shipping cost only in November, also got some supposedly free alpha xtrim , which I couldn't in click, I supposedly paid for just shipping, received the raging lion and used for one week , nothing changed , my doctor looked at the bottle and said don't take any more, tried to call but no response, then I got a call from collection agency in Feb and a bill in March 5, ,the 2 bills were for 119.97 a pease raging lion, creditor acc XXXXXXX , reference XXXXXXX, andalpha xtrim creditor account XXXXXXX, reference no XXXXXXX, must of been small print somewhere for true expense, products were not worth the shipping cost, would send balance of pills back, if I could get thru, total rip off, plus the stuff kept coming up on website to purchase

Desired Outcome

To rectify this rip off company, if they would be up front about sales, there'd be no prob

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15/14 day trial begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation we would like to ask the customer which customer service number they called as well as the number they called from so that we may investigate deeper as to the reason we did not get a call. We do apologize however if the customer experienced difficulty when trying to reach customer service.

The customer was charged the initial shipping charges on 11/28/19, was sent the bottles and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no returns were ever made. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but never canceled or returned the product so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept ,issue resolved

I was suppose to get the product in 1-2 busniess days. I did not recieve it until 10-15 days later and was suppose to be gicen 30 days to try the product ive taken one day of supply and already noticed the company was trying to pull out 119 dollars from my account. I did some research and read alot of reviews which I should of done right away but didnt, and learned this company and the company associated with it is a scam Raging lion, both are trying to pull 119 out but I cancelled my card and have another one issued and cant get results from phone number

I placed order on 3/04/20202, recieved product 3/11/2020, contact them via email to initiate a refund or return, never got msg back
I placed an order for raging lion on 3/04/2020, received the product on 3/11/2020 in the mail, but have not opened the product, contact customer service that night on 3/11/2020 on refund and how to go on for a return to get the refund. I never get a message back from the email address provided on the invoice/slip of paper that comes with the product. I ended up calling customer service on the 19th of March (3/19/2020) because there was a withdraw from my bank. The first thing they ask when I called customer service was if I want to cancel my subscription. I said yes and then they transfer me to talk to a customer representative. I talked to them if I can get a refund back. They said that I can't because I did not contact them to cancel the subscription within the 15 day trial period. I told them I did email them because that's what it said on the piece of paper. The customer service told me that since it is 15 days they will charge me the $119.97. Base on my calculation of the day I placed the order and the day I called them, it's still within the 15 day free trial. I am very disappointed that I did not get my refund back and the fact that I did contact them on the first day I received the product, and they still went on and charge me $119.97.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $119.97.

They charged me 38 $ to cancel the trial period which was not described the time of applying for the trial pills

Desired Outcome

I don't think I should pay the 38$ if it was not described when I applied for the trial period

With this situation our records indicate the customer placed their order on 3/10/20 and then on 3/13/20 the customer called the automated system to cancel their order however was presented the option to purchase the bottle at the discounted rate of 38.71 to keep the bottle versus having to send the bottle back. The option for the one time purchase of 38.71 was selected.

As per this complaint we have refunded the 38.71 charge in hopes that we may work together towards a positive resolution.

On October 4, 2019. I responded to a TV commercial that offered free sample of a medicine (to boost men's stamina and muscle building) via texting with a testing number and requested code. Shortly after, I received a request from the company for my "Visa" credit card number for them to charge the "shipping and handling" fee. I provided my visa number and the 3 digit visa code. with great horror, I found out that I was charged 3 unauthorized purchases from Oct 24, Nov 08, Nov 11 for ($74.98, $119.97 $119.97). I went to my bank to protest, The bank issued me a new card, However I was still charged an unauthorized order on Nov 23 for $74.98 since I canceled the visa card, No other charges occurred. However, I received a letter from a collecting agency requesting $129.94 on Feb 11, 2020.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Since this is the first time in my life get involved with this kind of situation, so I really don't know what to expect. No purchase or order placed (I don't believe there is a contract) all I have done was "request for the free sample from TV advertise"

In regards to the 74.98 charge, we kindly ask that the customer revisit their bank statement to look for the correct company responsible for that charge as that charge did not come from us. There should be a phone number associated with the charge which should be the phone number to the company or there should be a phone number on the physical product. We do not have any price points of the amount mentioned of 74.98 by the customer.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am not satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve the matter at all. In their letter, the company claimed that there was only one transition of $119.97; but in fact, they had made total of four un-authorized transitions/charges - three transitions on the Oct/Nov 2019 VISA account statement:
10/24/2019 $74.98 To: FCF*SCORE
11/08/2019 $119.97 To: SHEERMUSCLEPOWER.
11/11/2019 $119.97 To: BUMPMUSCLESUP

ON Nov/Dec 2019 VISA statement:
11/23/2019. $74.98 To: FCF*SCORE

(I am attaching photo copies of these statement as evidence)

I cancelled my VISA card on 11/26/2019 to avoid further un-authorized charges. There was no "Returning Instructions " together with the shipment. I called the 1-800 number provide with the shipping statement but was put on hold for very long time. So I decided to go to my bank and cancelled my VISA account.

Regarding to the company's explanation of - "customer should not have received a collecting notice and appears that this account was sent in error" - there is no evidence to support the company's claim also. I am here attaching a photo copy of the letter from the collection agency "National Medical Adminstrators, Inc." dated February 11, 2020 as supporting document. I talked to the collection agency for three times, and felt that there was no chance to have the collection amount reversed or reduced, so decided to pay for the full amount claimed on the collecting letter of $129.94. ( I am also submitting a photo copy of the Cashier's check #***/To: TRS LIMITED - ALPHA XTRM/ $129.94/ date: 3/10/2020).
I am a retired person with limited income. All my claims are honest and true; I am submitting the attached photo copies of the documents mentioned above to support my claims.

Customer Response • Apr 13, 2020

I am not satisfied wit the company's efforts to resolve the matter at all. In the letter, the company claimed that had made only one transaction of $119.97, but in fact they have made a total of four unauthorized charges
I am also submitting photo copies of my visa account statements to support my claims of the company's unauthorized charges.
10/23/2020 $74.98 FCF & Score 877-492-7243
10/24/2020 119.97 Bump Muscelup 855-204-4817
11/11/20 119.97 Bump muscelup 855-204-4817
The above charges shown up on Oct Nov 2019 Visa Statement
11/23/20 FCF Score 877-492-7243 (The charge shown up on Oct/Nov Visa Statement.
I cancelled my Visa card on Nov 26, 2019 to avoid further unauthorized charges.
There is also no returning instructions with the shipment, I called the 800 number but was put on hold for a very long time so I decided to go to my bank and cancel my Visa card.
Regarding to the company's explanation "should not have received a collection notice and appears that this amount was sent in error" There is no evidence to support this claim either. I am here also attaching a photo copy of the letter from collection agency "National
Medical Administrators Inc" date 11/2020 I talked to the collection agency over the phone for three times and felt that there was no choice so decided to pay for the amount of $129.94 (please see attached copies of the letter and copy of cashiers check #*** to:TRS Limited, Alpha Xtrm/date 3/10/2020) I am a retired person with limited income. All my claims are honest and true. I have also provided evidence and support of my claims.

We would like to know what else the customer is looking for in regards to a resolution.

The customer should be able to confirm per previous correspondence that they were removed immediately from the collections database and no further attempts have been made. No negative impact was ever made on the customers credit in which the customer should be able to verify.

Again, in regards to the charge the customer is claiming of 74.98, that charge was NOT from us. There is no way we are able to assist the customer on a charge that did not even take place with us. We did want to assist the customer in efforts to assist them by explaining how to possibly go about locating the correct customer service number or company responsible for that charge.

We again ask the customer to please revisit their bank statement as there should be a phone number associated with the 74.98 charge mentioned in the claim which should be the customer service number for the company responsible for that charge.

Again, we do not have any price points of 74.98, that charge was NOT from us.

The only charges that occurred between the customer and us was the initial shipping charges of 6.95 and 6.97 on 10/24/19 and 119.97 on 11/7/19 and 11/8/19.

We would like to resolve this together with a positive resolution and we hope this information can assist the customer with contacting the party responsible for the charge in question.

Thank you

Alpha XTRM Lured Me In with a deceptive offer for a "Free Trial" and then billed me for $119.97.
Alpha XTRM lured me into a "Free Trial Offer" for some kind of vitamins or supplements. Foolishly, I gave them my credit card number at the time I requested what they offered as Free Samples.

Shortly after taking Alpha XTRM's offer for free samples, my adult son explained to me that this was a scam of some sort and I had a change of heart regarding the offer. I did not have any way to reach or call Alpha XTRM.

When the box came in the mail from ALPHA XTRM, I did not open it, but rather marked it "CANCEL and Return to Sender" and returned it directly to my mail carrier on the same day it arrived. My understanding is that the package, bearing my address and name on the outside (and, presumably, the inside) was returned to ALPHA XTRM. I considered the matter resolved and I have not received any other packages or communication from them.

Now, in February 2020, I have received a "collection notice" from "National Medical Administrators, Inc." a collection agency that does not answer its phones and appears from internet research conducted by my son to service only one creditor: ALPHA XTRM. I cannot speak with them, I cannot explain anything to them and I will not be paying them.

ALPHA XTRM mislead me, and they have the products they attempted to sell me (although they were offered as a Free Trial). I have not received any product from the seller and I do not owe the seller any amount.

Desired Outcome

I would like confirmation from the seller that the spurious charges are waived and resolved.

With this situation the customer placed their order on 11/22/19 and all attempts to bill the customer for the end of trial charge on 12/6/19 were unsuccessful. Our records indicate no call or email was ever made to customer service to cancel or to set up to return the unused portion for this product. Also a return was never received. Was charged for the product before had a chance to use. Sent product back unopened to company when I discovered the unethical trial scam.
Product was ordered 11/25/19 for trial received 12/5/19, didn't get home to open until 12/7/19. I opened the pkg on the 8th of December, did not open product, and was charged for the product on the December 9. I immediately called Citi group (my credit card) and filed a dispute. I have proof of returning the product to Trs Limited, shipped on 12/10/19 and received in FL on 12/17/19. Citi gave me my money back after much documentation and questions. Now I have received a collection notice for $159.97 from National Medical Administrators, Inc.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking the removal of the credit debt as I returned all product unopened and the company has not lost a penny due to this transaction. I cancelled the subscription immediately on December 9, 2019 the date of the charge on my credit card and I called and spoke with Debbie to obtain RMA numbers to ship the product back unopened. Received an email on December 17 that product had been received in FL.

Deceptive sales advertising on sample offer of product and account being sent to collectin agency. National Medical Administrators, Inc
I ordered an advertised Free Sample of product from TRS LIMITED-ALPHA XTRIM Advertised at $6.50 for shipping. Did not hear from TRS Limited again but on 2/10/2020 I received a notice from National Medical Administrators Inc. A collection agency trying to collect $159.79. Creditor Account #***. I tried to contact TRS Limited about the communication and they told me they could not discuss the issue because the information had been turned over to collection agency. I called the Collection agency. They would not talk with me about the case except to tell me to pay the $159.97. and refused any other information

Desired Outcome

I would like the case to be dismissed because of deceptive business practices and I feel they are deliberately misleading the customers. If you look on the internet there are pages and pages of other people taken in by there advertising.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
they finally with the help of my credit card agreed a full refund

Paid for a trial bottle, didnt work. Now they say it is in collections for $286.91!!
I paid for a trial bottle of a product online, I believe through a FaceBook ad back in November. What I recieved was two products, neither of which were displayed in the ad to my recollection. They must have buried in the fine print that they would automatically attempt to bill my credit card for the products, which I did not see. I did not "cancel" since my quick scan of the terms did not clearly show that they would be attempting to bill me later. (believe me, I look for that because I don't want to get into anything with a autoship program!)
I just checked my email, and do see that I did get a few emails from them saying that they attempted to bill my card, but all of the emails were sent to my spam folder, so I did not see them. (very clever of them, most people do not check their spam regularly)
Today (2/4/20) I get a call from NMA Collections saying I owe $286.91 for two small bottles of product that did not work. This is a total scam and rip off!
- They hide the autoship info and billing info in fine print.
- The emails conveniently all go to spam.
-It appears that they do not charge the $6.95 for shipping, or any other actual attempts to charge the card, then later send the account to "collections" to pay an outrageous price for two bottles of product.
-One sample product was expected, they send two and now want to bill for two.

I have been in the dietary supplement business for 25 years, and can say confidently that the actual COST of the product would be less than $10 per bottle. Charging $119 per bottle is a rip off.

Looking at the other Revdex.com complaints for this company, it seems that the scam they are running is being experienced by many people. They all sound basically the same.

Desired Outcome

IF they would propose a REASONABLE price to pay for the two products, plus the $6.95 shipping cost, I would pay that. I am not paying nearly $300 for two bottles of product that did nothing for me. I want to be removed from the companies customer list, and no further product shipped to me. I want there to be no more attempts to bill me (unless they propose a REASONABLE price to settle)

With this situation our records indicate the customer placed their orders for both products on 11/15/19. The customer paid the initial shipping charge and received both products. There has been no contact made in regards to the cancellation of the account and there has been no return ever received on the account. We also show that one of the initial shipping charges were disputed. The customer was charged the initial shipping charge and was sent the bottle and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no return was ever made.

As mentioned in the above, we have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. They have provided an acceptable resolution, thank you.

Good Morning, there are actually 2 issues to report, products not working and not receiving the products but being charged for
I choose the 30 day trial on Alpha xtrm and Raging Lion using them for 30 days with no noticeable effects. I did see $119.97 come out of my account January 6th,2020 but never received the products and now I noticed $129.94 being removed from my account February 3,2020. The business name is BuyTestostrong1.com for that one and CLN Bodyslim1.com and Buy Testostrong1.com for the January order. I tried to call the 2 numbers but always got busy signals so I want to cancel these orders and get a refund for the 3 charges. I also will be notifying my bank of these charges.

Desired Outcome

closing the accounts and refunding the $129.94 and both $119.97 from January,total,$369.88

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept the business apologize but in response to deliveries,I didn't receive the products so that was one main reason I tried to call.

Bought the Product (Trial offers just pay S&H) on January 4. I am aware of the 14days from The date you purchased.
I was having a doubt about the product so I search for it. I dont wanna risk getting scammed or fraud. Imagine it took 6.5days for the product to arrive. But the thing is their office is only from 9am-5pm(M-F), and I work 8am-6pm(M-F). I tried to call their phone number since Jan 16 at night because thats the only Time I am off and I'm trying to have it cancelled but suddenly an automated operator answer on Jan. 19(around 2am) and give me instructions for cancellations. I thought there Business is only M-F(thats weird)After following all the instructions the automated operator wants me to call again for final Cancellations. I was speechless that the two charges in my bank account are final and the agent insist that it was only a 10day trial period. I told the agent that I am infront of my Cellphone reading these terms saying 14days but the agent insist and so rude And doesn't give me a chance to speak and listen to my side, he always said that its only 10days.! I got the pictures of the said delivery.

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back from that 2charges made in my account. its not easy to work 10-11hrs a day and you just steal and take advantage some of us. I may have open both bottles but i only consume one of each. If you want the product i'll be glad to return the product, just give my money back.

; Order #XXXXX. I've tried to call & email to cancel my order and neither option work. Reviews for this company are horrible and I want out!
I received my order on January 15th 2020. I should have done my homework before placing the order from Facebook. After I received the order I read the reviews and I was horrified. Not only do the claims fall short of what is advertised they lock you into a ridiculous subscription. I immediately tried to call the number listed on their website, http://newalphaxtrm.com/terms.php, 1.855.511.2195. When you call the number immediately gives a busy signal. I've tried for two hours straight with multiple friends calling for me. I did this on the 16th and again today on the 17th. I then tried to email them. [email protected], this is a bad address that they've given on their website. I'm going to mail them to cancel my bogus subscription that I was inconspicuously placed into. I'm within their time frame to cancel without being charged their exorbitant prices for product that flat out doesn't work. It also may have adverse or unwanted effects. Please let me know what I can do if I have any recourse after sending the letter? I don't know if they will respond since the other means of communication are no good. Thank you. Not sure how this company is allowed to run a business?!?!

Desired Outcome

Again I would like my subscription canceled for order number XXXXX. I don't authorze them to keep me in their program and I no longer want to business with them. thank you.

Thought I had ordered trial product by covering cost of shipping. In turn charged hundreds of dollars
Thought I had ordered a product that all they had to do was cover shipping. Once I receive product I am mediately sent back called and canceled and by stating I did not want this product. Company kept sending me product and kept charging my credit card over and over again for a total of almost $800. After $119 times two was charged to my card I then block them now I am receiving collections for $159.97 and $169.94 for product I never used never wanted and would never want to use

Desired Outcome

Refund my money except for the shipping and handling and the original free trial product that I ordered even though I had turn the product back to the business. I'd also like the collections money with my name on it to be taken off a mediately and my name to be cleared as I will not pay for a product that I did not want and was scammed into being charged Hundreds of dollars

Thank you so much. I will check with collections tomorrow. And just so everyone is on the same page; I do NOT have any of their product!!! It was returned immediately and/or rejected at the mail box.

The issue with this company is they HIDE the fact you are buying anything. They state, free sample offer just OSU shipping, then start charging your card 2 weeks later over $600. Definitely a scam or they wouldn't have hundreds of complaints. Not to mention the idea that professional football, baseball & other sports most popular players support and use this product

Thank you

Hidden in the small print, is an agreement to pay $140 after receiving the 6.99 "sample" bottle after 10 day period. They do not state this overtly, very slick rip-off scheme, very poor product on top of the rip-off. HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DI NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Company fraudulently tried to charge my credit card for $119.71 on 1/2/2020, for unauthorized product, that was never received.
I received a promotion through what I thought was Amazon for cost of shipping only goods as a thank you for doing business with Amazon. Once I selected a free product, I gave my CC for shipping charges. I tried to cancel once I began to suspect something was wrong when I was switched to another site. By hitting cancel I was actually signing up for another product. On Jan. 2, 2020, I received an Autobill for $119.71 with a note that my trial period was up. I am now receiving autobills from two different companies for two different products. I will file a second complaint for the second company. No where in any of their advertising did they mention a trial period nor did I authorize future charges to my Credit Card. I received a notification immediately from my bank fraud department that a charge had been made to my card from a company that they have received several fraudulent charges from. I had to cancel my card. I have tried to contact the company's customer service number several times to remove my account but you can never get through. I also started receiving a number of other charges to my account for small amounts all at the same time. I have reported this company to Chase and to Amazon for fraudulent enticement to charge my credit card. I receive daily past due bill notifications from this company's billing agent, I want it to stop, or I will file a complaint with federal authorities next. No products have been received other than the first two bottles of FREE goods, which I did not dispute the shipping charges, since I was stupid enough to agree to those charges of $6.97 and $6.95.

Desired Outcome

Cancel my account information, stop trying to bill my credit card, do not file a late or no payment against my credit report, issue a credit confirmation for past billing attempts, stop sending my billing notifications through their bogus billing entity Secure bill. confirm the above in writing.

I received a letter of National Medical Administators stating
that I owed $159.97 to TRS Alpha Trim. I cancelled this and was never billed that amt.
I order this product on 10/3/19 as free samples from TRS. I never got any bill until they charged my credit card $119.97 on 10/16/19. Now I received a letter from a National Medical Administrator's, Inc. They stated I owed $159.97 or it will go into collection. The REFERENCE NUMBER XXXXXXX. Since I canceled the order I received no other product. I don't think I owe this. The products that was sent as free samples does not work. I believe they trying to scam me.

After getting a notice stating I had a subscription but no price I contacted the company and cancelled. Only to find charges 14 days later of 119.97 twice on my account and then charges for 129.94 twice in the end of November. One company name I've never heard of or ordered from. So I called again and cancelled again today and did receive a confirmation of cancellation. Called back to confirm the cancelling of this with a human only to be told they can only give 25% back seeing how I cancelled today. Please allow 3- 5 business days for the funds to post back to your account.

We attempted to refund the other charge of 119.97 however the refund will not process due to errors with that merchant account.

12/07/2019 05:12pm - Refund Failed by Payment Gateway (Authentication Failed)

When this occurs we only have the option to provide a free bottle at no cost or the customer can choose the option of a Visa Gift card which is similar to cash. We would like to work together with the customer to resolve this in a positive manner. We have not received any kind of return however that is ok as we would also like the cusotmer to keep the bottles as a courtesy.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

They took money out of my account and told me I wasn't getting any of my money back. Then hung up in my face.
By far one of the biggest mistakes of my life was trying this product. The product doesn't work and was a waste of time. I tried canceling my subscription before they charged me. I canceled but was still charged, I called customer service after I notice they took 238 from my account. So I get on the phone with customer service and explained my situation and I was told I wasn't getting any of my money back and then she hung up in my face.

Desired Outcome

Money back

Alpha XTRM Response • Nov 25, 2019

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint. The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period for Raging Lion and the 14 day trial period for Alpha XTRM begins. With this situation our records indicate the customer canceled his orders through the automated system after the trial period was over. When speaking to a customer service representative the refund options presented were not accepted. As per this complaint we have issued full refunds on the most recent charges in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner. Also we have not received any kind of return however that is ok as we would like the cusotmer to keep the bottles as a courtesy.
