The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period for Raging Lion and the 14 day trial period for Alpha XTRM begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled. With this situation our records indicate that the customer canceled his order through the automated system after the trial period was over. There were a few calls made to customer service where an explanation of how the program works was given as well as the refund policy. As per this complaint we have issued full refunds of the most recent charges in hopes that we can resolve this is a positive manner. Also it is not required to send the bottles back as we would like the customer keep the bottles as a courtesy.

In our defense the customer service numbers are working correctly and we are unsure why the customer was not able to get through. If the customer would like to provide the phone number they used when attempting to contact cusotmer support we can investigate further as to what the issue was. When searching the email portal with the email address associated with the customers account we did not find any emails inquiries. We apologize that the customer encountered difficulties when trying to contact customer support. We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the cusotmer to keep the bottle as a courtesy. As per this complaint the customer will not have any future attempts as the account has been canceled. The customer should be able to confirm no other attempts have been made in regards to payments. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. I ordered a product to see if it worked, but I returned it because it works.
Then I noticed that $ 129.77 was being taken out of my checkbook's basin
At the beginning I ordered this product that they were advertising on the internet for $ 6.97 to prove it, but it turned out that it does not work and I returned it to the address they sent it to me Pure Testo 3201 W Hillsborough Ave Tampa, Fl 153201, by USPS Track # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XX. Ref XXXXXXXX.
I went to the bank because they were (robbing me) taking $ 129.97 out of my account twice a month. The bank gave me credit for money they had taken out.
Now I receive from this collection agency three bills for the $ 485.78 fee.
? Isn't this a fraud?

When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds. Our records are showing that we have now received returns for the last shipments. As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. Fraudulent attempts to charge my credit card. Card Cancelled.
Some months back I purchased some pills on the internet for stamina, strength, etc from TRS LIMITED-ALPHA XTRM. I paid $119.00 and some change for both bottle of pills in full. I only took them one time and they made me sick so I discontinued taking them. I never sent them back for a refund, but I have both bottles full minus 2 pills if they're willing give my money back. Then this company attempted to charge my credit card one Saturday morning from the UK that I did not authorize. Credit Card company contacted me and stated someone in UK was attempting to charge my card as groceries. Credit Card was cancelled immediately. Now I received (2) letters ref#XXXXXXX, ref#XXXXXX from National Medical Administrators, INC. stating they are a collection company to collect a debt.This appears to be another internet scam where they get your card info and continue to charge you without authorization.I never authorized anyone to continue to charge me anything especially pills that make you SICK. I have enclose both letters I just received. If you could clear this matter up for me itn would be greatly appreciated.

When an account shows that an end of trial charge has been unsuccessful and no return was ever made the account is flagged and then sent to the collections database to make an attempt to collect those funds. As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore. I ordered a bottle of the product which I thought the first bottle was free. I understood that I only had to pay S&H $6.95. I was charged $119.97.
I ordered what I thought was a free bottle of Raging Lion in mid 8/2019. I understood that I had to only pay S&H fee of $6.95 for the bottle. I received my credit card statement on 9/30/19 and was charged $119.97 for the "free" bottle. I contacted my credit card company on 9/30/19 and was told that not only do I have a charge for $119.97 on 8/28/19 from this company but I also have a pending charge of $129.94 for 9/19 shipment. I contacted Raging Lion and they gave me a partial refund for the 9/2019 shipment/bottle that I have not received yet. I received an RMA number to return the 9/2019 bottle once received. I think this is misleading and fraudulent business practice.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $249.91 for the 8/2019 & 9/2019 shipments. I feel I already paid for 8/2019 shipments by paying for the S&H of $6.95 that I understood the agreement to be. I haven't even received the 9/2019 shipment as of 10/1/19 and I think I should also get a full refund for this shipment as I am returning the product unopened once I get it in the mail.

With this situation our records indicate that the customer spoke with customer service on 2 occasion on 9/30/19 and was issued a 75% refund on both charges the occurred on 9/27/19 and 9/28/19. The agreed upon resolution was that the customer was supposed to return the shipments and was refunded in good faith when normally before a refund is issued we would have to receive the return first. Our records indicate that no return was ever made with one shipment and the other shipment was refused on its initial shipment.

Neither bottle of the product was refused upon shipment. I returned both bottles on 10/9/19 through USPS along with the RMA number on the package. I do appreciate the resolution offered for one shipment, however I was requesting a refund on both shipments. I paid the S&H on the first shipment which is what I thought was a free bottleonce S&H was paid. I am also requesting a credit of $119.97 for the first shipment of this product. I have not received any refund for the 8/2019 shipment or any response by the company. I understood that I was to pay the S&H of $13.90(total for 2 bottles); however I was actually charged an additional $239.94 for both bottles. The way the advertising was presented to me is that the bottles were free to try and all I had to pay was S&H. This is fraudulent business and advertising practice. I have since cancelled my order due to adverse effect and the cost of the product. I am willing to send back the unused portion of the product if postage is provided. I am requesting a refund of $239.94.

It's a scam, tried charging my card requiring me to get a new one.
I ordered this product, for like $6.95 for S&H. I had to check terms and conditions to buy it. It said nothing about a membership. It's a fishing scam and I just don't want to have to pay for something I didn't know was a thing. They sent the membership cancellation to my junk mail folder, which I don't check like everyone else. It doesn't matter if you don't find it, when you try to unsubscribe the email won't send since it's not a valid email address. I am also a minor and can't be legally bound in a contract.

I don't want to pay the $119 the bill collector is saying I owe now.

I am still in the collections database. I just got off the phone with them. The email that you claim I could've used to cancel is not valid, it will not send any kind of email. I was never provided with a phone number to cancel either. With that information I have deduced that this company is scamming people out of their money for a product that doesn't work. If it worked I would pay the $119.

The removal request was made on 10/10/19 and the dates of 10/12/19 and 10/13/19 are showing as a weekend days. We have escalated this account for immediate review. We would like to ask the customer if as of 10/15/19 has he received any further attempts as that may have been the final attempt. The customer can simply disregard any future attempts if any as he the request was made for removal and he does not owe any kind of debt with us. Thank you

Arbitrary billing of $129.94 charged me the company TRS Limited Alpha XTRM
I only visited the website of this company, through an advertisement seen on Facebook last February where he made a free trial offer without ordering the product on February 15,2019 she sent me 2 Alpha XTRM to test base. The 05/01/2019 he sent me 2 Alpha XTRM of the same type, without, I have never placed orders.During that same period, he was trying to hack my account, right away, I had seized the Bank Of America file ,He followed up and refunded me the money. To my astonishment this morning, this same company called me to report a debt of over $200.00 And, he made me threats that he submitted the fille to COLLISION MEDICAL. As a result, you are asked to take charge of the fille just to get rid of these hackers. My sincere thanks.

With this situation our records indicate that the customer placed their orders on 12/13/18 and the trial periods ended on 12/27/18 and 12/28/18 and all attempts to bill the cusotmer for the end of trial were unsuccessful. The first interaction on the account was on 7/23/19 when the customer called in due to a collections notice. The account was removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

I have been in contact with Alpha XTRM with a phone call. They will not refund the first order, but refund the money for the second order. They did not tell you that you were on an automatic refill each month. They did not want to refund any money until I told them I have reported them to the Revdex.com. Then she had a change of heart. They said they would refund my credit card in 7 to 10 days. I will not get a refund for the first order. I have not opened any bottles. My family doctor said I should not use the produce because I have a kidney problem. Will let you know if I get a credit for the produce on my credit card when I receive it next billing cycle. Fishing scam. To ship gift a one time $5 charge to CC. Used the card to charge 320 per month recurring.
To have a gift shipped they collected a CC number for a 5 dollar payment. They started a fraudualnt subscription to a fake vitamin suplement and charged every month.

Stop billing me, i did not agree to a subscription. DO not sem=nd to collection. Do not damage my credit.

I opened up a email from Publishers Clearinghouse stating that I had won one of 4 or 5 prizes. I happened to choose the product Alpha xtrm. I was then directed to fill out the general information including credit card information for a shipping and handling charge of $2.49 to try out the Alpha xtrm Trial Offer. Within a couple of days I was contacted by my credit card fraud company with a charge of $119.00 to which I denied authorization. Within a couple of months I received a letter from Tate & Kirklin Associates, Inc creditor TRS Limited edition Badenerstrasse 549, Zurich, 8048, ch. TAKKA fullfillment center, C/O Raging Energy, P.O. Box 153201, Tampa, Fl 33684 telephone number 1-855-214-2034. Hopefully that information will help someone else out from there unfair. Unethical business practices of hiding of a clause that 10 day lock in period. I was also called by this collection department saying that I owed $119.00. I explained to them that I not agreed to any visible terms locking me into this price. I'm not working at this time and had no expendable income of this amount. So last week I'm contacted by phone of a process server telling me that I was to pay $259.00 or face legal proceedings against me. When I told the employee that I was going to contact the Revdex.com AND my state Attorney General Office of this strong-arm tactics he immediately put me on the phone with a superior who when I explained my unnerving of situation tells me"99% of the stuff like this if it's too good to be true then it isn't".

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint.

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation the customer was charged the initial shipping charge and was sent the bottle and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no return was ever made and no call or email was ever made to cancel the account. This is the first interaction on the account. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but never canceled or returned the product so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds. As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.
