bumper to bumper coverage by General Motors does not cover glass unless it is a manufacturer defectThis would be true of almost any manufactures warranty coverageNone of them as far as I know cover glass repairs unless it is a manufacture defect (i.ea stress crack)You purchased additional coverage that extends comprehensive coverage of your vehicle up to months or miles whichever comes firstYou received a copy of this coverage in your paperworkThis coverage like the General Motors Warranty does not cover glass unless it is a defectThis coverage however covers a whole list of items from the engine to the drivetrain and a lot more even your four-wheel drive systemSee the plan document for specificsYou also purchased a Vehicle protection that covers tires, wheel’s, and rim’s, paint less dent repair, windshield repair and key replacement for $not $You received a copy of this coverage in your paperworkI have also copied and attached to this the specific coverage in regard to windshield’sIt states “, this agreement will cover your costs associated with the repair of minor chips and cracks in the front windshield caused by propelled rocks or other road hazard debris…” It states, “This agreement only covers repairs to the front windshield…” I am sorry but, your windshield cannot be repairedIt has to be replacedThe size of the damage is too large to repairThis would be an insurance covered event thru your comprehensive car insurance coverageThe vehicle protection that covers tires, wheel’s, and rim’s, paint less dent repair, windshield repair and key replacement for $is cancellable within days of purchaseWe would be happy to cancel this for a full refund of the $if done before the 30th of June

I am rejecting this response because:Because the pay off in't what this is about It's the fact my taxes hasn't been paid for new truck to *** to allow myself to legally tag my truck from my home state.I am also rejecting this matter due to who will pay for lost wage's for workI should have not have to go through this matter due the irresponsibility of a dealership due them not having the title to truckI also find it very unprofessional of General Manager not returning a phone call to find a solution to the problem but responded via email Show's lack of leadership on his partIt will take more then $dollar issue to resolve this matter .It's not about the money here its about the statements and lack of responsibility to the public and customer service.If the dealership knew they didn't have the title then truck should have held back until proper paper work was completed then sale truckIf this dealership thinks they can buy me off for seven dollars they have another thought comingIf I can't get satisfaction from this matter then I will seek other actions to resolve this issue.I'm not a customer you can cheaply try and pay off.

I am rejecting this response because:Had the salesman made the call to the bank and gotten an actual number it would have been a different story but they wanted the sale instead of a future customerThe one salesman xavier had said it was being taken out of his paycheck which isnt fair to himLike I stated...had they done the footwork on the payoff it would have been a different situation and possibly a no sale on my sideThis isnt the first time I have heard of this as coworkers of mine have bought here and had the same problems in the finance dept.

Mr and Mrs *** purchased two vehicles from us, additional stipulations were required from the lender based upon both guests credit historyOnce those stipulations were provided we processed Mrand Mrs*** paperwork and paid off any balances owed on their trades One vehicle was
to be titled in *** *** and one was to be titled in ***After forwarding title paperwork to the corresponding DMV offices we were informed by our guest's that they had changed their mind and wanted to switch were the vehicles were titled, we accommodated there request When we sent a check for taxes to *** *** they informed us that they had to much money and would only except an exact amount not an overageWe then corrected the amount needed to complete the transactions and forwarded accordinglyAs of 05/23/all paperwork is awaiting Mr and Mrs *** at the corresponding DMV offices We have been in contact with Mrs*** throughout this process, I apologize if these things were not communicated to Todd directlyThank you for your patience and understanding Sincerely,Tim E***GSM, Ghent Motor Co.** ***
