I am rejecting this response because:Once again, they say they cannot find anything wrong with my transmission. As I said time andtime again, the transmission shifts hard after a period of time with a lot of stopping and going.I initially took my car to Ghent Chevrolet "because"it was shifting hard. They diagnosed a faulty transmission and replaced it at a cost to me of$3,000. Again,  the problem continued.After many trips to Ghent Chevrolet and their continued diagnoses and different attempts toresolve the issue, all of which didn't work, l wasfinally told a shift kit would definitely fix the probably but, it would cost me another $2,300.Now, they are saying the transmission is ok but, the probably "still" exists. With Ghent Chevrolets supposed great reputation,why wasn't the now needed shift kit diagnosed in the first place?  I probably didn't need the $3,000 transmission! So, now they want me to get another opinion which will cost me. Ghent Chevrolet continues to state thereis noting wrong with my Transmission. Then, where isthe hard shifting coming from? Duh, let's see now, hard shifting!  Let  me see now. Could it be coming from theengine; no! Could it be coming from the wheels; no! Any half-way intelligent person could easily tell that it is the transmission. What else on the car could possibly make it shift? Ghent Chevrolet is just trying to shirk their responsible of making it right for a customer.Any other GM dealership would definitely confirm the hard shifting is the direct result of the transmission andnot something else.

I am rejecting this response because: the information providing trying to contact me is false! In person I was getting different stories from both finance manager and general sales manager. The way the response was stating if I had any further questions to contact them directly. When I had contacted them directly thru phone calls and in person I was repeatedly told we told you your answers here "WE ARE DONE" and I told them what was said was false which general sales manager discussed with my cousin which is also a general sales manager but at a dealer shop here in California. They had provided my cousin with false information stating that I was trying to be contacted since day 1 that's a lie because as I stated I've been back to the dealership many times also before paying the remainder of the balance on the deposit we and the salesmen came to an agreement on when I was sold the car it only had one key no owners manual and the one key was a spare key it took them 3 days and a physical trip for them to get me another set of keys and the owner manual not only that but I still had to wait for the key to arrive to the parts department so still waiting so about on the 5th day after contacting them regarding my extra key still wasn't told anything about loan not being approved! General sales manager Tim E[redacted] said since day 1 they have tried to contact me numerous times when it was me trying to contact them numerous times and yes my phone line was inactive but I have a number that is always active that I provided them and also my girlfriends phone number who was provided and she  was on the loan as well they never called her and by law it states that " However if the dealer cannot find someone to buy your purchase contract. It could cancel your purchase contract but the car dea**rship must notify you within 10 days  of the purchase date on the contract which was 7/15/2017 and if not the contracted can be canceled by the purchaser/purchasers and is expected their deposit refunded" also the statement that they stated regarding the car coming back with 9000 miles was not our fault we had told them reason we purchased a car was to go back to California where we had family! And they let us have the lot numerous times without saying anything about the deal not going thru and by what General sales manager Tim E[redacted] according stated that they've been trying to contact since day 1 then we would have gladly returned the car but that's not the case they didn't tell us anything about the car they knew if they waited they could put the blame on me saying I never tried to contact them I tried to ignore them and I just recently contacted them is a total lie I've been in physically multiple times after my purchase date more than a few times within the  1st week and then to go ask about who my car was financed thru and a sales manager told me to come back and ask about the window tint special pricing he can offer to me at their price and I've been back there to ask that and to ask who my car is financed thru I was told by a salesmen that sold me the car to contact Ted H[redacted] on the 14th of august to see who my car was financed thru but I've contacted ghent regarding who my contract was thru way before the 14th because that was our first due date payment and I wasn't going to let my credit get ruined as I was trying to rebuild my credit and I've been contacting them ever since I have them the remainder of the deposit as well every time I called a sales manager said we'll get that information for you we'll call you back in 5 mins never got anything returned so then I kept calling and calling still the same answer my sa**sperson that sold me the car will get back to me nope never gotten back to me so I personally called who I thought the car was financed thru myself to find out it doesn't exist so I don't have a car payment was my response to the operator handling my situation finding out if the car was financed thru them and they said nope it didn't get financed thru us or either it didn't get approved then I called the dealership again 2 weeks after finding this out because I've called multiple times after that still the same response I'll have someone get back to you so then when I said after the 2 weeks finding this out of course they finally transferred me to Ted H[redacted] I spoke to him and this is around sept 14th I spoke to him on the phone and told hombre we aren't coming up to take care of some business and a drive from California and back 2 seperated times is 2000+ not included stops at GasBuddy stations food etc and also maybe girlfriend is pregnant with twins and we have [redacted] living in Greeley the only [redacted] was out in Denver so We made bi weekly visits as doctors order as she is high risk cuz with twins your automatically considered high risk so therefore again why mileage isn't up there if they would have resolved their situation sooner there wouldn't be the damage that was claimed thru insurance and the other party insurance is covering the damage because I was not at fault and the mileage would be drastically lower but I've done my part contacting the buisness regarding who my loan was going thru and like I stated above they kept saying to me we'll get back to you in who financed you and never got called back I'd have to call back but still didn't get the info I needed and General salesmen manager told me and my cousin who is a witness that I was trying to get contacted since day 1 so then how come when I physically go to the dealership many times after the first day why wasn't I stopped and why didn't they refund me my deposit that I made in the beginning instead of letting me pay the remainder of the deposit mind you this is a month later I return with the deposit and miles I'm sure we're under 1k still they didn't tell me anything about the loan not going thru they let me leave the lot numerous times so am I at fault I don't think so! They need to be more organized and the way they talk to customers or potential customers needs to be better not rude and disrespectful finance manager Ted H[redacted] told me he had no sympathy for my wife being 8 months pregnant and that we returned the car to them expecting a deposit return in order to get back to California we did them the favor by dropping the car off and being understanding that the loan did not go thru then all of this happened! Ted H[redacted] also told me and assumed that I would not pay anything which was very rude who says that to a customer well now ex customer and telling everyone not to support this buisness and buy a car elsewhere both Ted H[redacted] and Tim E[redacted] need to be let go and they need new staff to replace them with better customer service standards and a better mouth on how to talk and treat customers! Everytime I told them I don't agree with what they are saying they cut me off and say we are done and walk awa! is that how you handle your difficult situations then if you cant then handle it that should not be a position you should be entitled too and hold so I now expect a full refund of munch 1500 as I have a civil case going on now against ghent chevorlet at first when we returned the car we didn't expect the full refund we only expected partial and we were fine as long as we had some kind of income to come back to California but yet they left us stranded if it wasn't for [redacted] rental company letting us face time a family member to provide credit card info to rent a car if that wasn't the case of getting a rental Ted H[redacted] said he simply had no sympathy for me and my 8 month old pregnant girlfriend who can be so heartless like that well now we now who can be TED H[redacted] AND TIM E[redacted] AND THEY HOLD A TITle OF MANAGEMENT IM DISGUSTED! So this is the route I'm taking I left a [redacted] review and now filing a civil case on this and reported this to you guys at the better buisness bureau the way they replied to you guys messaging me back is not how they talked to me at all I tried to talk to them thru phone and in person and they didn't care to listen and started gossiping about me to the other sales manager and they stood there laughing at me cuz I told them I wouldn't leave unless I had This issue resolved if it wasn't for my girlfriend being 8 months pregnant and a doctor appointment we had to get too in California then I wouldn't have stayed and tried to talk to them even if it was until they closed because I was treated unfairly and like other yelper said customer service and the way they talk to you was excellent until the car is sold they act like they don't know you they ignore you etc so like I said I'm not letting this go easily until I get my full refund!
