This past Saturday morning, with inches of expected snow piling up outside, we woke up at 7am to our home at a chilly degreesWe hadn't had our CK Smith tuyet, because its scheduled for JanuaryThere was a faulty igniter that failed, which I'm confident would have been caught at the time of tune-upTo get the problem fixed, we called the customer service center, and sent an email to Kevin as a back upWithin an hour a service tech by the name of Eric was at our homeHe kicked the snow off of his boots before he came inside to our rescueIn about minutes our heat was up and running! Because of the excellent service program we are enrolled in, the problem was fixed with no additional cost to us! Our home was warm and our serviceman Eric went out into the snow to continue onto what he stated was a jam packed day of service calls - I am sure all the other folks had just as pleasant an experience with Kevin and CK SmithTalk about signing up for the plan in perfect timing, we had the security when we needed it! My experience with CK Smith over the years has been outstanding including installation of a new high efficiency ADVANTAGE heating system with tankless hot water heater and no external water storageI can take a shower and fill the washing machine with plenty of hot water There were a few hiccups after the furnace installation due to faulty accessory parts and they were addressed in a very timely fashionCK Smith techs are top notch In addition, I was made aware of a TANK GUARD program that includes cost of replacement at a modest costHaving a year old tank that not currently have problems made the TANK GUARD program a np brainer CK Smith alliance with Mass Energy purchasing power has reduced my gallonage costs significantly lower What more can I say? ckSmithSuperior is top notch all around !

Recently my furnace was done Apparently it was a difficult problem and it take several calls before they totally corrected it All the service people I dealt were very knowledgeable, concerned, polite, and determined to fix the problem My experience with their service people have always been very positive experiences This current problem was no exception and first time that it was a mystery to be solve Knock on wood the furnace has been very good in this extremely cold weather with no additional problems Thank you to their service people

I called C.KSmith Superior to find out if I was due for an oil delivery as my tank was at 40%I didn't say how full it was, just asked when a delivery was dueThe customer service rep said their records showed I should be at about 40% and would therefore be due for a delivery next weekI was impressedAs my tank froze many years ago, I always ask for a can of heat to be addedShe said their policy now is always to add a can of heat to outside tanksI was very impressed
I recently added an addition to my home and wanted to use direct vent propane heating The additional capacity was enough to justify purchasing an in-ground tank Of the four local companies I interviewed, ckSmithSuperior was the most professional with a reasonable proposal Donna at customer service was top-notch during the permitting process in working with the town and Dennis was an expert when it came to a professional, clean, and neat installation I would highly recommend ckSmithSuperior
