My wife was informed that we were not qualified under their credit standardsThe representative informed us that we could not even recieve cod oil delivery

We had our annual tune up for the year back in June I appreciated the reminder phone call to set up the appointment and card in the mail The service was done quick and easy I just need to remember to leave the bulkhead open next time so I don't have to reschedule again :^)

As always customer service was pleasant, (Robin) helpful, and this time offered advice which was unexpected and most helpful

CK Smith / Superior provided aame day service for a non-emergency call! What more could you ask for in a provider? Thanks to the team for a quick response to my request for service. We were not out of heat, but had a little too much due to a faulty regulator. Thank you for making our home more comfortable!

CKSmith has always provided the best service to my home. They resolved a situation of my own doing without judgement. I learned my lesson and will never have work done by anyone else but CK Smith!

My 20 yr. old home needed a new AC unit, new dampers to distribute the air and a water heater! All 3 were done with their respectful employees starting with the phone call, meeting with the expert, expediant emailing, signing the contract, to the installation process. My experience with CK Smith over the years has been outstanding including installation of a new high efficiency ADVANTAGE heating system with tankless hot water heater and no external water storage. I can take a shower and fill the washing machine with plenty of hot water.
There were a few hiccups after the furnace installation due to faulty accessory parts and they were addressed in a very timely fashion. CK Smith techs are top notch.
In addition, I was made aware of a TANK GUARD program that includes cost of replacement at a modest cost. Having a 42 year old tank that not currently have problems made the TANK GUARD program a np brainer.
CK Smith alliance with Mass Energy purchasing power has reduced my gallonage costs significantly lower.
What more can I say? ckSmithSuperior is top notch all around !

This is a very customer focused company with friendly, helpful personnel who are responsive with great solutions. We recently added an LP gas-fired wall heater and can now go "off-the-grid" in the event of power outages and loss of heat!

They are very prompt in delivering oil for will call customers. We called on a Tuesday afternoon and they promised delivery by the end of the week at the latest. We came home on Wednesday and our oil had already been delivered.

I have had nothing but a great experience with my rep, the driver, and anyone that I have ever had to deal with since I've switched to Ck smith superior about maybe 2 years ago (from another company close by that I've had nothing but issues with). I love the furnace warranty, and free tune up, and because my oil tank is outside they not only made sure to offer me the oil tank warranty they have, but also make sure to put stuff to make sure it don't freeze. You all are doing a great job in my opinion!

My husband and I are new customers to CKSmith. We bought our home this past May and were very choosey when selecting an oil service provider. This past November, after talking with Kevin [redacted] via email, we had him come to our home to discuss our options, and eventually enrolled in a service plan and purchased the tank guard protection program. We were happy to have finally enrolled in an oil service, especially with the cold weather upon us.

Well, thank goodness we did! This past Saturday morning, with 6 inches of expected snow piling up outside, we woke up at 7am to our home at a chilly 53 degrees. We hadn't had our CK Smith tune-up yet, because its scheduled for January. There was a faulty igniter that failed, which I'm confident would have been caught at the time of tune-up. To get the problem fixed, we called the customer service center, and sent an email to Kevin as a back up. Within an hour a service tech by the name of Eric was at our home. He kicked the snow off of his boots before he came inside to our rescue. In about 30 minutes our heat was up and running! Because of the excellent service program we are enrolled in, the problem was fixed with no additional cost to us! Our home was warm and our serviceman Eric went out into the snow to continue onto what he stated was a jam packed day of service calls - I am sure all the other folks had just as pleasant an experience with Kevin and CK Smith. Talk about signing up for the plan in perfect timing, we had the security when we needed it! Thank you so much for providing excellent service at a great value!

My AC went down on a very hot Thursday night. I called on Friday morning expecting to get a technician out on Monday. They said they would have someone out after 11:00 on Friday. The technician was very professional, fixed the problem quickly. The technician also made a follow up call the same night.

Recently my furnace was done. Apparently it was a difficult problem and it take several calls before they totally corrected it. All the service people I dealt were very knowledgeable, concerned, polite, and determined to fix the problem. My experience with their service people have always been very positive experiences. This current problem was no exception and first time that it was a mystery to be solve. Knock on wood the furnace has been very good in this extremely cold weather with no additional problems.
