I would like to share our experiences with CK smith superior, last few days has been extremely cold and our broiler was not working properly, I had call CK smith and they sent a technician Jim , who came over to fix the problem, the technician was very nice and his acknowledge about the heating system amazes usAfter he left, unfortunately there were some other problems and I call CK again it was a really cold night, the technician couldn't fix the problem, the next day I call CK and requested Jim, because I know Jim can help us, Jim came checking everything very carefully and show us where the problem and show us how to avoid the problem happen again, his professional skill and his patient is so impressive
