I was extremely happy with my sales rep and installer from American Defense SystemMy sales person Ginger, was great at customizing a system that met my unique needs I was very happy with the equipment that she recommended Then she was able to set an installation date for the next day where Robert came out and installed my system He was great, very friendly and informative He walked me through how the system worked, showed me how to download the ap so I could monitor my location remotely, etc The system has been working great ever since I would recommend this company to anyone :)

This company has terrible customer service in Anne Arundel CountyThe technician is wonderful and polite but customer service is terribleThe first week our fire alarm went off while we were at work The fire department had to come out to the home and my year old mother was alone and traumatized I had to leave work early thinking there was a fire with my mother year old mother alone in the homeThe fire department was waiting for me at my homeCome to find out the ADS fire monitoring equipment was faulty and had set off a alarm The alarm kept going off every few hours after that When contacting customer service, Alex was rude and lacking empathy when explaining to me I would be charged a fee for a tech to come out since it might be my smoke detector which set it off (which we found out was NOT the case, it was their equipment) A few months later our patio door sensor began going off every few hours Once again "Alex" at customer service explained that it would be $for a tech to come out or $on a Saturday since once again somehow "our equipment" was at fault We are no longer utilizing the alarm system and are just waiting for our contract to expire so we can go back to ADT!! Waiting for September 2020!!! DO NOT SIGN A LONG CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

My experience with American defense systems has been great l, they got to my home right on time were very quick to install and showed me how to operate the systemIt is also very convenient that they have an app you can use to arm and disarm the system and they are cost efficient

When was the last time someone called to ask how their service was? Well ADS did exactly that with no prompt from meHard to beat that type of service

Hello everyone, I just signed up for services with American Defense Systems (ADS) and wanted to share my experiencesThe name of a representative who guided me thru the process was Ashley V [redacted] Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services the ADS providesI did my research before I signed up and asked a lot of questionsI had few security systems in the past plus years so I had something to compare toAt the end, I found the ADS very good alternative to more expensive competitorsPrice is affordable, additional sensors can be added to the system at a later day and you don't need to pay a technician $for a visit, as it is done by other companies, just to enter a code into a panel to connect the sensorThis can be easily done over the phoneI am getting my system installed tomorrowThe verdict at this early stages "so far so good"I will update the review as we go thru the next monthsStay safe!
