Awesome customer service I didn't know anything about this company but after talking to the wonderful people I feel very comfortable with signing up for them and I am going to refer them to my other friends that are home buyers and are interested in alarm systems great team!

I was referred to ADS by the company that performed my home inspection. After speaking to a representative about different security packages ADS offers, I was surprised to learn of the affordable features. The contract process was simple and transparent. When an issue arose during installation, no less than the owner of ADS himself contacted me, on Thanksgiving Day, to assure me that my situation would be rectified. This kind of accountability is rare and refreshing. I strongly recommend ADS to other homeowners looking for a safe and affordable way to secure their homes. - Jeff P.

ADS was a great company to work with to have my security system installed. Anthony Brooks was who contacted me once I purchased the house and he was one of the best people I've done business with and I work with customers everyday in the line of work I am in. Also the installer was spot on and very informative.

My experience with American defense systems has been great l, they got to my home right on time were very quick to install and showed me how to operate the system. It is also very convenient that they have an app you can use to arm and disarm the system and they are cost efficient.

She new product and answered all our questions as well as provided guidance on which products would be the best fit for our house.

This company has terrible customer service in Anne Arundel County. The technician is wonderful and polite but customer service is terrible. The first week our fire alarm went off while we were at work. The fire department had to come out to the home and my 83 year old mother was alone and traumatized. I had to leave work early thinking there was a fire with my mother 83 year old mother alone in the home. The fire department was waiting for me at my home. Come to find out the ADS fire monitoring equipment was faulty and had set off a false alarm. The alarm kept going off every few hours after that. When contacting customer service, Alex was rude and lacking empathy when explaining to me I would be charged a fee for a tech to come out since it might be my smoke detector which set it off (which we found out was NOT the case, it was their equipment). A few months later our patio door sensor began going off every few hours. Once again "Alex" at customer service explained that it would be $100 for a tech to come out or $150 on a Saturday since once again somehow "our equipment" was at fault. We are no longer utilizing the alarm system and are just waiting for our contract to expire so we can go back to ADT!! Waiting for September 2020!!! DO NOT SIGN A LONG CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

They are very helpful and courteous. They call and make sure the technician explained everything. They are definitely a company I would recommend. There customer service is like no other.

I had my ADS system installed in September. I love that I can control my Alarm and my Thermostat from my phone. My son sends me a Text me when he gets home so I can turn off the alarm for him when he gets home from school. I can turn the alarm back on once I know he is safe in the house. The system is very easy and simple to use.

The system as well as the customer service is outstanding. My tech. Was great very informative. Install took no time. Very satisfied.

I am very satisfied with the service that American Defense Systems has given me. The technician was on time for my appointment, he was very nice. He took the time to walk me through all steps in how to operate my system. I love the system and how it tells (with words) you exactly which door or window is opened or tampered with. This is a really great company and I'm glad I selected them for my new home. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is searching for an alarm company.

American Defense Systems has been awesome, they are affordable and the cell phone app makes setting the alarm easy and worry free. Their customer service has been impeccable and they have always been extremely helpful.

Hello everyone, I just signed up for services with American Defense Systems (ADS) and wanted to share my experiences. The name of a representative who guided me thru the process was Ashley V[redacted]. Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services the ADS provides. I did my research before I signed up and asked a lot of questions. I had few security systems in the past 10 plus years so I had something to compare to. At the end, I found the ADS very good alternative to more expensive competitors. Price is affordable, additional sensors can be added to the system at a later day and you don't need to pay a technician $75 for a visit, as it is done by other companies, just to enter a code into a panel to connect the sensor. This can be easily done over the phone. I am getting my system installed tomorrow. The verdict at this early stages "so far so good". I will update the review as we go thru the next 36 months. The staff was great over the phone and helped set up the system for my new home. The technician was helpful is explaining how the system worked and was very friendly. I would highly recommend to others to call them for a security system!
