As a single mother with 3 children I knew I wanted a alarm system. Not knowing what kind a system I wanted or even if I could afford it . [redacted] was very patient and explained the system in detail . The more we talked I knew this system was the one for my family. I have called [redacted] 3 or 4 times with questions. EverytIme he has answered or called me right back . I can't wait to move into my new house and have my American Defense System installed.

I have had another security company monitoring my home for 10+ years. When it came time to upgrade my service to more modern technology, they were not responsive.

American Defense Systems was immediately responsive. Their technology enabled them to install with the least amount of effort. Their technician, [redacted], did an outstanding job, was courteous, thorough and helpful with instructions on how to operate the new system.

American Defense Systems really stood out in a positive light for me on today. They reached out to me in a time of need and I do not believe they even knew how important it was for me to hear from them. I just moved in to a new home that was already being tampered with. I was extremely happy with my sales rep and installer from American Defense System. My sales person Ginger, was great at customizing a system that met my unique needs. I was very happy with the equipment that she recommended. Then she was able to set an installation date for the next day where Robert came out and installed my system. He was great, very friendly and informative. He walked me through how the system worked, showed me how to download the ap so I could monitor my location remotely, etc. The system has been working great ever since. I would recommend this company to anyone. :)

When we bought our new home we used a home inspection company and we got a call from ADS very nice gentlemen offering us a great new homeowners deal. So I listen to him and web liked b what been heard. Answered all of our question and was very patient with us.

ADS has been a great defense system for my new home. Their customer service has been on point. They followed up with me via email and phone to make sure I understood my system, to check to see if I had any issues with my system, and to help me take advantage of free features they have for monitoring it from my mobile.
