I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company over the last couple of months and find their customer service to be outstanding and the product to be top notch

This is our first home security provider and we could not be happier The technician that did the installation was very informative when showing us how to use the system The follow up calls to see if we had any concerns or questions made us feel like we are valued as a customer and that we were not just another sale Would definitely recommend ADS to anyone

They were very helpful during the decision making period, with little to know sales pressureThey just gave us the facts and seemed to want to earn our business and did!!!

ADS came to my house and installed there systemAbout days later I decided to cancel and they sent their technician to uninstall the systems he had placed in my homeDuring the process the technician broke my doorbellWhen the company was contacted about the issue they did not want to fix the doorbell and continue to refuse to fix the doorbell that their technician brokeThey had the technician call me to assure me that he did not brake it, however in a prior conversation the technician had acknowledge that he did break it and now was changing his storyThe technician also told me that we wasted their time and money because I did not keep themThey have the worst customer serviceThey don't return callsTheir voicemails are always fullIf you don't want a headache I highly recommend you find another company

My husband and I selected ADS to provide security for our newly purchased homeThe technician that installed the system thoroughly explained the features and answered all of our questionsHe lead us step by step on how to install the alarm.com app on our smartphones and described the key features of the appWe've had a very positive experience with ADS as they have provided spectacular customer service and we highly recommend their services

I recently signed up for security monitoring with American Defense Systems, and my experience was great I have talked with other security companies but chose American Defense Systems because of the professionalism and they were able to work with me to get the best system for me, and a good price I would certainly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a home security system
