I am writing this review because of the outstanding service I received from American Home ContractorsI bought their Roof Tune Up Service Roof Technician (Stephen) was exceptionally professional in his advise and recommendations He was very thorough in reviewing the photos and his findings throughout the entire process When a contractor is performing work, the customer likes to be informed of their progress and findings; especially, in the building and home repair trades Promptness and professionalism are hallmarks of an exceptional person who cares about the customer and the quality of their work He had pictures to backup his findings and informed me of things he thought I should be concerned about and recommended a few repairsStephen has built a trust, and I have already advised one of my neighbors who will now be a customer Stephen is extremely courteous and polite and I thank him for the great service providedp.s Be on the lookout for other callers from my development

I had a very great experience with American Home Contractors they did a wonderful job on our roof, we couldn't be more pleased, very quick & very polite! Howard Shires was a very big help as well explaining things to us that we couldn't quite understand, it's great that there are people still out there who actually care about their customers & not just about getting their money! Would highly recommend & hope you get Howard Shires!!

I am writing this review because of the outstanding service I received from American Home Contractors. I bought their Roof Tune up service from a Living Social deal and sometimes those deasl can turnout to be nightmares. Not in this case. Howard S[redacted] was the technician who came to my house. I was contacted over the weekend and informed he would be here at 10:30. 10:35 I looked outside and there Howard was. He was polite and informed me of things he thought I should be concerned about and recommended a few repairs. He had pictures to backup his findings. He performed the tuneup and replaced a few boots that needed replacing. He had before and after pictures. Thanks so much for the great service.

I am very pleased with the serviced done to my house by Howard Shires from American Home Contractors. Howard was nice and polite, and he demonstrated great skill and experience on his work. Not only did he complete the required work, he also offered me useful recommendations on the necessary work on the future maintenance. It was also an enjoyable experience to talk to the lady who answered my phone calls at the office (sorry, I didn't write down her name). Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by American Home Contractors, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Howard S[redacted] was at my house today 3/8/2016 he was very nice and knowledgeable.He did a very good job explaining what was going on with my roof and what needed to be done. the work he did was very professional and neat.

Mr. Howard S[redacted] from American Home Contractors was very thorough and an outstanding individual that I would recommend to any of my friends to do a good job. I appreciate his hard work and effort to get my house ready and looking good.

The roof technician who came to my home (Jonathan R[redacted]) was prompt, professional, and provided excellent service. He inspected the roof, cleaned the gutters, and diagnosed and fixed a problem with the gutters (there was flash because the gutter guards were installed incorrectly and were pushing up the roof shingles; he fixed the problem by removing the guards and also tightened the gutter fastenings to the house). He let me know that the roof is in good shape but I should look into getting it ventilated. I plan to use this company again.

American Home Construction sent a very nice young man to fix the hold open feature on my screen door today. Interestingly he told me...

that he was installing a new product. He said there was a product recall on the feature that broke.  The recall came shortly after our door was installed. Neither [redacted] nor American Home contacted us. Nor did American home ever tell me this in any recent correspondence with them as I attempted to get a response from them to fix the piece. I would expect a quality contractor to notify the customer immediately of a product recall and arrange to replace it.  So. In summary the hold open feature was replaced with a new product.Thank you for your responsiveness.[redacted].

I would highly recommend American Home Contractors and plan on using them routinely for gutter cleaning services. They were punctual, professional and efficient.

Nick did a great job explaining the issues with my roof, and displayed excellent customer service!

American Home Contractors performed a roof tune up and their technician Chuck did a great job!

Asked us to explain why our issue's were.
Visually inspected attic ceiling, roof and gutter'e.
Reviewed inspection with photo's and suggested plan. We accepted.
Work was completed in less than 45-minute's. In and out in 45 minute's.
Very Happy! Request Mr. R[redacted] intelligent, presentable and professional.

I had Howard s[redacted] for roofing and he was professional and neat with his work. I would recommend him to anyone.

On 04-08-2016 I had a 8 a.m. appointment. Jonathan showed up at 7:50 a. m. He was pleasant and finished up after 9:30 a. m. He had pictures and explained what was what with my roof.
They did call the day before to remind me of my appointment, which I was aware of. That is also good.

A roof technician, Howard S[redacted], from American Home Contractors did an excellent job when inspecting my roof today. He was knowledgeable, polite, patient, and very helpful so that I was able to pinpoint a different problem I was suspecting due to plumbing. I really appreciated the extra time he gave and the pictures that the company takes, shares, and explains to its customers.

Our experience with American Home Contractors has been positive. This is largely due to the professional service and attention to detail that Johnathan R[redacted] brings to the job. Johnathan communicates in a manner necessary to give the homeowner the confidence that the job will be done well. He's the expert and his work is outstanding. We are very pleased. Kudos to American Home Contractors for their highly skilled technicians.

Dealt with Nick D[redacted], he was courteous and knowledgeable, explained procedure and possible solutions to my particular concerns. Work was completed in a timely fashion and existing problems addressed accordingly.
