We used this company to repair a few small issues that we had with our roof after purchasing our house three months ago. Minor issues were noted on the roof as a result of the housing inspection.
I set an appointment for 3:30 pm on a given day, weeks in advance and scheduled time off from work. I did receive a reminder call the day before and the appointment time, address and services were confirmed. On the day of, the roofer called at 3:17 to tell me that he would be late, by approx one hour. I called the office and the part-owner answered. I explained the late notice issue and he said he would call the roofer. Roofer showed at 4:15 and began his work. I let him into the attic and onto the roof. He took pictures, described the work to be done and confirmed before proceeding. He mentioned that he would include a second pipe boot at no charge for doing this review. He completed his work and answered a few questions that we had regarding the life of the roof and a few other house/roofing questions as well.
Overall good experience. I would recommend this company.

Receptionists customer service is excellent. Contractor who performed work did very good work and explained all that he did. Service was priced reasonable.

Arrived on time, and work was performed very well and quickly. Marc was definitely knowledgeable and friendly. He also pointed out other issues (that we didn't want fixed at the time) very respectfully and wasn't pushy as many contractors can be. Overall very happy with our experience.
Cannot speak for how the fixes last long term, but so far so good.

I had a gutter tune-up performed on my home in Annapolis, MD 21401 in July 2016. It was performed by Roof Technician Howard S[redacted]. Mr. S[redacted] was courteous, informative, and thorough. He did a great job, and I would definitely utilize American Home Contractors again for future home services.

American Home Contractors did a great job! The overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Jonathan R[redacted] came out to my residence to inspect my roof and give me recommendations. He was very thorough and professional with his evaluation and made the necessary repairs to see me through the winter. A representative from American home contractors was at my neighbor's house doing some repairs and was kind enough to come over and do a roof inspection for me. He found several issues that he was able to document with photos and repair. I was very satisfied with the service you provided and would highly recommend the company.

Chuck F[redacted] a very polite person, came out to do a roof tuneup. He was very patient and he gave me his honest opinion on my roof. He took pictures before and after to analyze and discuss the work. He not only gave me options, but went out of his way to get the job done right. I would definitely use AHC for any future tuneups. American Home Contractors completed a gutter tune-up for me in which I was in dire need of. Marc B[redacted] was my technician and he was times, efficient and fair. He did a very thorough assessment of my gutters as well as my roof and alerted me to some issues and potential hazards with both. He explained everything that was going to take place in great detail. From there, he cleaned the gutters very efficiently and picked up the falling debris afterwards. Thank you Mr. B[redacted] for you hard work, it is very much appreciated.

I am very pleased with American Home Contractors , especially Jeff W[redacted]. He was thorough ,took the time to inspect my roof, explain his findings and recommendations. Most especially Mr W[redacted] fixed the roof issues effectively. . I will not hesitate to contact again in the future .

My experience with American Home Contractors was amazing. Jonathan R[redacted] came out for a simple gutter cleaning, but did so much more, from getting rid of a wasp nest in our siding (on our roof) to replacing the seal from the bathroom exhaust. He was very friendly and very professional. I give them 11 out of 10 stars and would recommend them to anyone that needs roofing work.

American Home Contractors were extremely detailed and thorough with my roof inspection/assessment. Chuck was really great. Extremely professional and detail oriented. He recommended how often to get a roof tune tune-up. Shingle life is 10 to15 years. He also quickly repaired any potential trouble spots. He recommends an architectural shingles. All and all the company was great and their people know their stuff. I would definitely recommend them again to anyone.

Called out AHC for a gutter tune up. After a thorough inspection by Jeff, they revealed that my issues were outside the scope of the package I requested. Rather than taking my money, they advised me to keep the fee and to use it to fix the bigger problems they discovered after a thorough inspection. True professionals!

Recently had a roof tune up performed by Jonathan and Howard of American Home Contractors. Their service was friendly, professional and highly informative. After a thorough inspection they provided a complete report including photos and offered several options for repairs to my aging roof.

I had American Home Contractors come out to clean and repair my gutters. Chuck came out and did an excellent job. I was so impresses with his thorough work that I also had him do a roof tune up. I highly recommend Chuck and American Home Contractors.

The technician, Howard S[redacted] arrived promptly and very efficiently diagnosed the problem and corrected it at the price quoted in the Living Social offer. Mr. S[redacted] was respectful and polite. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors.
