I was very happy with the responsiveness and effectiveness of American Home Guard, in getting a contractor to my home and ensuring timely resolution of the heating problem I was experiencing during a very cold period in winter. When a bigger problem was discovered American Home Guard continued to provide professional and timely service in replacing my heating system. The customer service was exceptionally professional and courteous.

The most recent claim I have had with american home guard went well and they really lived up to their expectations being the best home warranty company on the market. They're customer service reps are great, they are courteous and experienced and always make sure I am satisfied before I hang up. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

My heater stopped heating and it was very cold in my home. I emailed american home guard as it was late at night and the next morning someone followed up with me and informed me I will be receiving an email shortly with a confirmation. Few hours later I got the email that someone will be coming to my home and they did so the next day. Great job ahg!

American home guard has been a great help to me and my home as we have had many claims over the past year and american home guard assisted me with them which made the burden so much less of a struggle for me. I cannot imagine owning a home without having coverage from american home guard.

Soon after we purchased a AHG warranty policy our oven started acting up. We called AHG and had a great response within a day our oven was fixed for only a service call fee. We couldn't be happier. Fortunately, we haven't had a need to call again.

A few months after signing with endurance home warranty we awoke to a very cold shower. I called ehw right away and we had someone come out the same day. This was our first experience requesting service with our warranty; we were pleasantly surprised at how quick the whole process even was the plumber arrived we had hot water by that evening

AHG was quick to take our call and get the contractor we needed to our home.The person taking the call took all the needed information to help get us to the right person. Our contractor was convenient not even 2 miles from our home. The work we needed done was done quickly and explained to us on what happened and how to prevent an issue in the future.

Called in a request for the central A/C unit that would not turn on. We had service on it promptly, the next day got it fixed without any trouble or long delay. Something was wrong with the thermostat I can’t remember what he said was wrong with it but it was covered with american home.
