American Power and Gas, LLC

I decided to switch energy supplier from them . That was one year ago and boy I am happy I did! As predicted by american power I have saved around $250 over the year and had great service from them.Their customer service is excellent.American Power and gas offers a good all round service and I have recommended them to others.

Please do not go with this company. They scammed me and I lost $500 in a month. They gave me the advertised rate at .0499, second month jumped .075. Went to switch and didn't realize I had to wait a month. That was a long month, but I got the last bill and it was .095. I'm very shocked and disappointed. Called to see if they'd help and the only thing they offered was to put me on the do not call list. Wish I had been on there before.

Before few months I lived in Florida and I am one of the customers of American Power and Gas. They are the one of the best service provider. I never had any kind of problem in power and gas during their service. Now I am shifted to Jacksonville. Do you provide services here then I want to use your services again. I recommended your services to my friends and family member.

American Power and Gas doubled their charges on electric and on gas supply in one month. When I called, they said I had signed up for the "green" policy and it varied each month. However, it had been an above-normal month for weather and had been warm and sunny. I had not signed up for such a policy and the price should not have doubled within one month! The price charged was 3x higher than the lowest competitor. When talking to their rep I was told they could lower the rate. But if they could lower the rate, then why did they raise it in the first place? Is the price set at their whim?

I have appreciated the service that I get from AP&G . They have done exactly what they said they would do. I am saving money, and helping the environment. This is a great .I wish the company didn't make it so hard to complete the process.

I signed with American Power and Gas for my electricity supply approximately 14 months ago. After that time, my electricity usage has actually dropped over 15%, starting a few months after switching to them, yet the charges only went up, and for the last few billing cycles (2 months per bill) my charges have been more than double what they were before signing with them, and even comparing charges for the same cycle one year apart, the charges were close to twice as much on the latest bill. Their pattern is to have relatively low charges at first, and steadily increase them to ridiculous amounts.
