I am rejecting this response because:the investigator's that worked for this company did not keep the peace by talking to my neighbor's, and family stating personal information regarding my car loan; parked their cars in my cul-de-sac; and in front of my neighbor's house watching my home for hours, parking at my brother in laws place of employment; following me around and parking right in front of my vehicle at the grocery store etc. The investigator's never at any point in time made any contact with me either in person or via telephone or email to request information regarding the location of the vehicle which was in the shop because the CVT transmission failed and no longer worked. When you treat people with dignity and respect times out of you will be meet with respect. *** has documentation that for some strange reason my calls were forwarded to this business' phone number. My request is to no longer have any communications with this company

Customer has been contacted and provided with the necessary information to obtain personal belongings.

I am rejecting this response because: As stated previously, the company provided no clear or legal basis for its decision. The company claimed that they inspected the facility but have provided no proof of their inspections and no proof that the damage was not caused by the thugs running this facility. This company had no regard for the safety of the consumer nor the safety of the vehicles in their possession. The thugs running this facility threaded the physical safety of both myself and my father. There was garbage strewn about the vehicle, as well as the gear shift having been ripped from vehicle, and the ignition tampered with. The company has provided no legally sufficient proof of how the vehicle was towed. The thugs broke into my vehicle and ripped off the gear shift to place the vehicle in neutral according to the car dealership. Because no clear or legally sufficient proof has been provided for the denial of this claim, I am still requesting the full amount of $1086 required to repair my vehicle so that it was even drivable again. In addition, the dealership had to take significant steps to clean the interior and exterior of my vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: it is YOUR job to communicate with your client not mine. I'm REALLY tired of repeating myself.  You are nothing more than a sleazy business thinking you can screw over the consumer. Disgusting!!

Originally, the customer did call our claims hotline 11/29/2017 from which we left a return message on 12/6/2017. Customer also called our redemptions team on 12/22/2017 stating that she had not received call back. After a subsequent call that same afternoon allowed our Claims Department to successfully make contact. The claim process has since been facilitated and should the customer require any additional information we encourage continued and active participation with our claims personnel.
