The hour exam was very difficult, I passed but I see that resetting an exam after failed attempt as a way of generating cashflow I emailed my instructor prior to my exam for content clarification and the responses I received were verbose, arrogant (i.e"I have many students, my own practice, please include the chapters, screenshots with your question"), and not helpful in any mannerWhen I tried to search for the answer to my question, the fine details are buried within course chapter content! The exam question format consists of NOT and EXCEPT which is inconsistent with the state license exam way of asking

Hello, [redacted] Thank you for contacting Express SchoolsYou recently contacted us wanting a review of what you missed on a quizBecause students are provided a list showing questions answered right and wrong at the end of each quiz and what pages to review, the instructors do not have any way of seeing what students missed on quizzes only on examsIf you missed a quiz question and cannot locate the information, or have questions regarding the information, your instructor will be glad to provide feedbackOur online courses are student led learning opportunitiesHowever, the 100% passing requirement is a regulation set in place by the state of Texas with which we have to complyThis can be found on the Texas Real Estate Commission website located in Chapter General Provisions; Subchapter F Requirements for Education Providers, Courses and Instructors for Qualifying Education; §Approval of Qualifying Courses which states: “ (C) if the course is delivered by distance education delivery: (i) Prevent the student from moving to the next topic until the student answers all topic quiz questions correctly and receives a passing grade on the scenario based learning exercises.” We are happy that you are reviewing informationJust let us know what exams you want to have reviewed, or if you know of specific quiz questions of which you are unsureWe are unable to change what the State has issued as a requirement of the course, but our records do reflect that we have complied with your request to no longer continue with your courses and have been refundedHowever, your will still have access if you wish to complete this programI would also urge you to review our record of response on the Revdex.com website, as this is a site that is actually moderated by businesses and the place where we respond to a student’s concerns We have been a school since 1996, had over thousand students last year, and still maintain a A+ ratingAgain, thank you for your feedback We appreciate our student’s considerations as we are constantly moving forward as a company, trying to change the game of student course experiencePlease let me know if you have any further questions/concernsSincerely, [redacted] *.Student ServicesReal Estate Express l [redacted]

At 1% complete I feel this is a total scamThe chapters and text are not aligned to the test or even basic terminology definitionsThe text is fraught with spelling and grammatical errorsEven if you write down terms and definitions verbatim - you will fail their testI work in the industry and was confused how they co-mingle terms that don't naturally intermixIt's not a matter of reading between the lines or choosing the best answer - there are no answers that match the questions let alone the reading material At 1% complete, I can see the desired outcome is to get me to part with more and more money to get the correct answers so I can pass the REAL test, the proctored state examYet I can't even imagine using this tool to get there, it's not aligned to the state test I've reached out a few times now, requesting a refund via email & phone with no responseVery disappointed this course is not as described as online fits my needs much better than sitting in a class

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/05/05) */ All of our courses are written by our instructors and every course, supplemental material and exams are sent to the NY Real Estate Commission to be reviewed and approved by them BEFORE we ever post a course and offer it to our studentsThe Student was also reminded that he has an instructor that he may reach out to as well as a Student ForumAll of these tools can be found from his home page under "Student Tools"His courses have been re-loaded at no charge as of todayWe wish him the best on his exams and coursework going forward

They fail you on purpose on the last exam, so you would keep paying them extra to pass itThe answers are wrongIt is a scamTook the last test timesVerified the answers with professional, the outcome is still FailedTotal scam

Good morning! At this time we have attempted to reach out by phone and email, multiple times with no response by the student We have started the refund process and the refund by check has been sent to the student's address on filePlease reach out to us if you need anything furtherSincerely, [redacted] **Student Services Team LeadReal Estate Express [redacted] @expressschools.comrealestateexpress.com

As the people that have been in the business and licensed already have said that have taken this course.1 star is too much for this garbage! what a joke of a course, I studied like crazy, wasted a ton of ink and paper, and spent countless hours on this trash course! The exam did NOT have much of what was on the course. Misspelled, and very ill written exam. Much of what was in the course curriculum was absent on the exam. I have taken countless practice tests online and passed them with flying colors, and have a very study guide from a very reliable source. The first time I took it I was exhausted and thought to myself that I probably should be more awake than I was when I was taking it and got 65% failed, then I took it alert and felt great and got 60% failed. Doesn't make any sense what so ever, I am not an illiterate individual and also speak 3 languages fluently. So I know I am not stupid, but this SCAM makes you question things. No wonder this company has so many bad reviews and h

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

The hour exam was very difficult, I passed but I see that resetting an exam after failed attempt as a way of generating cashflow

The exam question format consists of NOT and EXCEPT which is inconsistent with the state license exam way of asking

The curriculum is wordy The quizzes do not help with testsThe practice test is questions while the unit test is None of the questions pertained to the material being tested on Customer care does not help You never know what questions you answered correctly or which ones you answered incorrectly There is not way to learn from your mistakes State instructor could not send me my test results to learn from Her advice was google or purchase more material This online course does not set you up for success, it sets you up for failure later They do not give you nearly enough materials to be successful nor do they offer any additional help that's valuable This is a very sad and pathetic way of taking peoples money who are looking to start new careers Do NOT consider this course for Real Estate They fall extremely short of their claims

I loved the real estate express up until the glitches, I had taken a test for chapter failed and had to retake the test, in the middle of reviewing my answers, the page went gray and a count down started, I was unable to stop the timer and then I was taken back to the 1st test I took for chapter When I emailed the customer support all I was told was they would look into it and to just retake the testI was not happy about this because the glitch took me back to the first testThis delays me from meeting the deadline and I have to retake a test I already tookThe quizzes are already wordy and some questions don't pertain to the chapter i'm in, I've emailed them several times asking about the reviews that I've seen online to ask what they've done to address these complaints, I sent emails and have not gotten a response, when I asked about having to retake a test I already took I was told to ask the instructor if I had any questions about the testI don't have any questions about the test I have questions about why I cant be taken back to the 2nd test that I experienced the glitch withno one has responded, the customer service does not help with questions they only redirect you to everyone elseIt is very frustrating because this puts a big delay on meeting the deadline

I hold three college degrees and graduated in the top 3% of my universityI am very familiar with schoolThis business claims you have to pass each chapter quiz with 100% in order to advanceThe quizzes we are given must be generated by a robot and some are one word which is not a question therefore you can't advance through the materialEach question looked like someone who wrote them was drunk, did not speak English or was a robotWhen you call there solution is to pay moneyAny solution is to charge credit cardThis company is not legitimate and a scamThey know what they are doingThere are many of us who have contacted themI have read other complaints and they are 100% accurateThis is a good old fashioned, well-crafted scamThey are intentionally preventing people from passing and charging money

This school is not qualified to teach anythingEspecially real estateI've struggled with this course for a year and have yet to pass the Closings portion
It's so frustrating to study and study only to fail and fail
Part of the material on the test is not covered until the next section, which one must pass to get to the material in the next section
Awful, awful school and incapable of teachingPoor feedback (if any) from "instructors" if you get any feedback at allThey will not meet with you in person to helpThey merely suggest you go back over all of the chapterThe most frustrating experience I've ever encountered and it's almost killed my desire to continue pursuing a real estate degree

This company offered Real Estate classes and locked you out from taking further classes that were paid for when failing examWhen failed they wish to charge an additional $to repeat class before allowing student to move onThis was not stated to customer after paying 649.00.for entire program
The student not allowed to review test to see correct answers to know what was missed if missedMost information presented poorly

This company claims to “offer real estate professionals the latest and most innovative state-approved real estate license courses and curriculum, delivered in the most flexible and efficacious way, to any and all students with Internet access” (RealEstateExpress_Mission Statement) The course is designed to offer the 60-hours of classroom work that is required for those who plan to sit for the National and State Real Estate Licensing Exam It is a two-part course, a Pre-License Course and a Practice Course At the end of each unit, the student is required to complete a quiz regarding material covered in the unit Once the student has completed all of the modules in the course, they are required to complete a practice final They must pass that practice final with an 80% or better to gain access to the course final
The course is supposed to take less than months to complete, but has taken me close to a year to complete Each time I needed to extend the course for another mo

This company offers real estate licensing courses Pre-licensing courses should take 30-hours to complete Then there is a state specific portion of the program that brings the student to the required educational hours spent for the state This company offers (at a cost) a guaranty to pass your state licensing exam
The pre-license course work took me approximately hours to complete I took all of the quizzes for each section A student is required to pass 80% or better on a quiz to move to the next section I passed all quizzes at 80% or better I took the practice exam - a student must pass the practice exam at 80% or better to be qualified to take the pre-license final exam I passed it at better than 80% I took the final and scored 75%
I studied for three days and took the make up exam - and scored 71%THERE IS NO WAY A STUDENT SHOULD BE ABLE TO PASS ALL THE QUIZZES AND PRACTICE EXAM AT BETTER THAN 80% AND FAIL THE FINAL UNLESS THE FINAL HAS QUESTIONS NOT C
