Our Student Support specialists can assist students with technical issues that arise plus we can get them in touch with their instructor's voicemail for initial contact and/or follow up with the instructor and the faculty director on behalf of the student. We see that there has been communication back and forth with the instructor. However, we do not see any communication with our Student Support Specialists. We wanted to make sure that our students know all of the resources that they have available. Therefore, we also provide study tips with in their course, practice exams in their e-books with answer keys and a glossary to help them with content definitions. We encourage our students to take advantage of these resources. Student was also reminded that he has an instructor that he may reach out to as well as a Student Forum. All of these tools can be found from his home page under "Student Tools". His courses have been re-loaded at no charge as of today. We wish him the best on his exams and coursework going forward.
