successfully completed the first of these two courses and failed the Finance course after two attemptsThe first attempt failed with a 68% and the second attempt failed with a 53%The State of TX requires that one of these attempts be passed with a 70% or higherThe State also requires that if neither attempt is successful, that the student has to re-register for the course for a fee of $and start from the beginning of that particular courseThis process is provided in the course orientation, before each course, and is digitally signed by the student before they can enter the individual courseThe wait period between exam attempts, is again a regulation made by the State of TX
This student called in to our Student Services and was provided this wait time information (the repeated 68.3% is due to the system not allowing this wait time being bypassed), as well as troubleshooting any cookie/cache issues that could be present in her system
In order to meet regulatory guidelines of providing online education, as well as protecting the integrity of our course and exams, we are unable to provide exact answers to our final examsAnswers are provided with each unit quiz, going through the course, but not within the final examsThe instructor did reach out to the student in order to provide direction and subject matter to focus her studies, but stayed within the State guidelines, and did not provide missed questions and answersOur goal is to have an ongoing relationship with our studentsWe want our students to succeed, which is why we have a free service of instructor review and assistance, forum assistance as well as our student support

This real estate express course has wasted my time, money, and any patience I have leftI have contacted this company through email and phone multiple times and they have not returned any of calls or emailsThis course does not prepare you for the state exam AT ALLThey take more of your money by failing you on the final examI have been nothing but nice about this and they will not talk to me at allAll I want is my money backThey have already taken and wasted too much of my time

I just completed my proctored exam and I feel at least 20% of the questions on the Final were not presented in the actual course work and I was unable to review the missed questionsI studied and reviewed each chapter

After taking the same test times, I received the same grade of all timesI was told this was not an error on their part after paying $

I have tried to take my SAE real estate courses with this school and have been completely scammedI took the course quizzes and received 100% on every single quiz, yet can't manage to pass the final examThe questions on the final exam are not even grammatically correct, much less fair/from the course contentI could probably recite the course content by memory after studying for TWO WEEKS to pass the final exam after I failed the first time with a 68%I cannot even go back and review what I got wrong as they will not let you see the answers you missedThe goal of these courses is to make students fail and continuously pay to retake the examsThis school is as deceptive as it gets and I plan to prove this once I get my exam questions backThat is if they even release that kind of information that would likely incriminate them as a fraudulent schoolI plan on reporting them to TREC if I do not get a full refund

After many attempts I can not get a solid answer from anyone at the officeYes I did talk to the instructor and he was very helpful but now I find that the Math section is incorrectI had a teacher of Math at my son's school look at these problems and I was right, the math is incorrect with wrong answers, how can someone learn and pass with wrong information I would like to have a full refund please so I can enroll in another school

I enrolled in Real Estate Express in June I was taking the 60-hour Pennsylvania required online courses, and also taking classes to finish my Bachelor’s degree in Temple UniversityIt is unfortunate to say that despite of putting in the same efforts, I ended up graduating with my Bachelor’s before even passing the first proctored examReal Estate Express does not help their students with learning ANY of the materialThey make it hard (almost to the point of impossible) to succeed
I studied the practice exam for two weeks and went over all the chaptersThe instructor was never in contact with me and there were no student forums in where students communicatedI tried reaching out to other students and no forums were updated
When I took the proctored exam, about 20-30% of the information was not in the chapters or practice examThe exam requires an 80%, which makes it very hard to pass if with information that is not included I failed the exam two times, after studying the chapter materials for two weeksAfter studying for so long, I am convinced that the institution wants It’s students to fail so they have to pay for more times to retake the examThey charge you for course extensions and for more chances to retake the examsThis is ridiculous and completely unfairI paid a total of $for this course and it is a total waste of moneyIt is unbelievably not worth trying to get your real estate liscence through this institutionI wanted to do this online because it works better with my schedule, but it is definitely worth it to consider making an effort to take REAL in-person classes insteadThis is definitely a scam

I purchased this coursed to pass the exam for a real estate license So far I have been stuck on the same unit exam and can not pass I have taken it about 7-times and failed each time I went and reread the chapters times, took notes and even screen shot the entire test, I looked up all of the questions and can not find the answers anywhere in the unit I have emailed my instructor only to be avoided I do not appreciate this at all I paid this company a fee to have "guided" help along the way and have not received any "help" I wish to be refunded a full refund immediately as I paid them I should have read all of the reviews online and on here and I would have seen that this company is only concerned with making money and not making agents 100% negative feedback is not something I would be proud of

This company claims that it is a school for real estate but involves little to no instruction what so ever After completing the first course and multiple attempts to contact someone in charge, it has been nothing but disappointment with this program The most frustrating issue I've experienced is the wording in the quizzes required to advance the chapters Grammatical and poorly worded questions are rampant and the worst part is the school has admitted the problem and has not corrected it The instructor assigned to me is terrible and apathetic towards my concern about this program I am recommending to everyone I know in real estate to stay away from this program My next step is contact Texas Real Estate Commission and have them review this program to validate whether it is an acceptable form of education

Stay as far away from RealEstateExpress They will find ways to make extra money of of you especially during the last part of finishing the course and with the whole notion of Proctor based examYou are on your own to find a proctor according to their specifications and in the case of State of MN, they only report their results on Wednesday, once a weekState exam is already proctor based exam so not sure why they force you to find your own proctor and go thru the whole nine yardsKind of defeats the purpose of taking an online courseGo find another school instead
