In response to the customer complaint, we apologize for the delay of the installation of her building and the issues she had when the installer arrived at her location
The customer has been taken care of and was successfully installed

I have spoken to the customer and have agreed to sent him a refund of $470.000. I told him that I would follow up with him next week to verify that he had received it

Customer has been installed last week. I've attached the copy of the invoice and a copy of the check

We contacted the customer stated below and he agreed to have an ASCI Installer to go to his location this Thursday, August 27th and Repair the issues his building has. We have also agreed to install additional *** *** ***. We look forward in making our customer happy with his
building

We have contacted the customer in regards to their complaint. We clarified the wind warranty and what it covered. We have made offers to drop off the material that they feel they need to fix some of the damages done to their building because of the wind. We are unable to refund
them for time spend fixing the building and the material they say they purchased to fix it

Please EXPLAIN WHY THE COMPANY CANNOT HONER THE REQUEST OF FUNDS AND CHOOSES FURTHER GIVEN DETAILS PROVIDED IN ORIGINAL NOTICE

I am rejecting this response because: They had called and made an appointment for 10/11, but then called back and cancelled, stating their crew had been in an accidentThey are yet to reschedule.I will agree if they do in fact come and do alterations as stated in my original complaint, as well as refund the $"return fee" charged on our original invoice, and paid on date of install, 3/31/

as requested and after the complaint was filed they were very informative and kept us updated as to all steps and were even cordial enough to call us and postpone the first attempt at delivery and install due to weather in their location. Was on time for second attempt and we are pleased with the carport. Sadly, we had to resort to a complaint in order to get things moving on their end.

I am rejecting this response because:According to our order sheet the salesman's put down Earth brown for the roof, clay on the sidesHe did not fill anything out for the end, trim or ridge capbut we were told that we were ordering the building just like the way his is on his lotWe were not contacted to go over the building orderWhy were we not contacted if the paper work was incorrect? We were called several times all in one day they had to know ridge cap color at the last minute immediately. The business has dropped the ball all the way around from order to deliveryWe could go to a competitor and get the building we want for the same money and quicker installation timeWE are asking for the cost of the one gable end and the sides which is not even all the way down the sides on his building only go down about one sheet from the top. On the American Steel Carport sales brochure the side sheets are 26' long costing $each and the gable end is $This is what we want to close this nightmareWe have been dealing with this since September American Steel Carports does not care about their customerWe have been going to *** *** House and calling him at least twice a week trying to settle this and he says American Steel Carports is not responding to him either.

In regards to Kyle Taylor. The customer is correct in regards to the first time. Our installers did load the wrong carport. But in the second our installers had their truck break down and that is why they were late to his installation. The installer sent proof that he was in
fact broke down. He sent pictures and the receipt with the date. Things like this sometimes happen and it is out of our control

In response to the above customer, a member of the management team has contacted her via e-mail, offering customer her assistanceWe hope to hear from the customer soon to make her experience with American Steel Carports, Inca pleasant one

In response to the above complaint, we apologize that our customer has experienced a more longer installation period than normalA member of the management team has contacted the customer and has informed him that he will be installed the first week of December The customer was happy with

I placed numerous calls to American Steele, to no
avail. While calling American Steele, I was only able to reach the manager (Faby) once at which time she would not confirm an installation date. All other calls were transferred to other employees, none of whom could or would answer my installation questions. Furthermore, AT NO TIME did anyone from American Steele apologize to me for the inconvenience or their horrible customer service. Yes, the carport was eventually installed and even on that particular date the installers did not want to install the carport stating that they were not going to be paid by AS so they would not install said carport until they made several calls to AS. I am disgusted with the lack of customer care and utter disregard for customer service. Even though the carport did eventually get installed, I was put through hell trying to get said installation to occur!
