That is not what happened at all, I purchased this garage on 10/2016, weeks had the concrete poured American Steel told me to let them no when slab had been finished. I called them to let them no, they said they will call and schedule a crew to come out, after about a month the installers came, installed the garage, and asking me to go to the nearest lowes to purchase more anchors as the kit did not give me enough, and I did. while drinking beer between assemblers they worked, and into the night. They had left when finished, but not before they gave me there card as they were also fed up with the business and starting there own business assembling. through December 2016, and the repair date, I had called continuously to let these people no, that the sides were beginning to warpone side was tapered going into the foundation which I have all pictures still, which certainly do not lie, the large doors could not be lifted as they were getting stuck. After well March 2017, I finally got a hold of a repair manager explaining how fed up I was with calling over different people who's email was always full and when it wasn't , never returned my call. The only person that would finally help me was the only sales person *** ***. I expressed to him how fed up I was trying to get a hold of anybody that would listen. so he did some calling for me, got me a name and number and thats how I got a hold of the manager. I paid for a 20' x 30' garage, that the seller did ask, if the foundation will be poured, and I answered yes, I did my part. The repair crew arrived on 4/25/17, it was a different crew this time. They informed me that the last crew installed some of the anchors extremely close to the edge of the concrete and it was splitting, Cracking one side of the edges. This crew then informed me the the concrete will have to be extended because of the cracks, and I should just try and settle this mess. I needed my garage badly as my dad had passed and all the machinery that was left had to be stored in there. So this new crew then said all has to come out, everything, put under tarps in the lawn, I will have to get this concrete fixed, and then reschedule. And that is exactly what I did, I had the concrete widened another 4" due to their mistake, that was extremely expensive. I absolutely never mentioned anything to any installers about any corners to be fixed, any errors were told to me by the people on 4/25/17, that the sides of the concrete were cracked and split were the last crew drove the anchors in so close to the edge. I immediately had the crew talk to my contractor over face-time, and they did. I scheduled my concrete to be poured again immediately, he came withing a week, at my expense I might add. I called american steel to let them no all was ready, and again, I could not get a hold of anybody, meanwhile all my machinery and tools were rusting under tarps needing the 20' x 30' space that I paid for. still not reaching anyone, I went to the trust sales person on the email *** ***. He then gave me two additional people with extensions I could leave a voice mail. after weeks no response, then I called weeks down the line , got a hold of someone after I had to be very rude on recording and threaten to go to my state senator. Then a girl called me back, I do have the names, and emails also, scheduled a date, which was 6/01/17.The crew returned with new sides and trim for the other side that was now warping and the skinny strips of trimming that had began to separate, and above the doors were now coming apart. The older the old crew just laid them on my lawn all these months and they did not replace them, so the old ones were reinstalled. The sides were replaced all that was wrong was replaced except the doors, but they had got the old doors working, so I was happy, just to no I could finally get these tools and machinery out of the weather is all I could think of then, I was satisfied all the warping waves were fixed and flashing was tight, the doors were still a bit sloppy, but the assembler said it would need to "wear in". On 07/10/the doors began to get stuck again, and come off track, and get stuck solid mid way in the air, mind you, they are 10'x10' door and very hard to get to. after more weeks of calling, another crew of came out on 09/16/adjusted the doors, after they had moved the side tracks again, I wanted new doors, but this was a small crew and they said they had no room or even a request to change them.. I was furious because this is another problem from day one I have had problems with, that was not fixed. The adjusted the doors as best they could, and yes they were adamant about me signing , that they worked, and they did, for about another month. And again I was back to calling and complaining yet again about these doors, which are now warped, one was completely frozen off track stuck and I could not get vehicle out that I had to pry it off track more like a loose hut door just to get my car out. And then checking yet again, the very side that was warping began to warp again, not as bad as last time, but was warping. And yes I have pictures of everything, and they are saying because I hung a bracket up after the fact when the warping began I voided the warranty??? They never fixed anything when the warranty began the correct way with this material that is obviously from a poor grade pile. And I question since when is a contractor supposed send plans, had spoken in the beginning, again, all that was asked, is this building going on gravel or cement??? And I replied cement, and they said that was better it will be stronger. Yes OK right. years later I am were I started. So Im stuck with pile of junk, with some warping, nd doors that are garbage, and do not work, I cannot lock, or do much of anything with.It so irritates me as a disabled veteran that these people are nothing but the almighty gold diggers they are. Standing by nothing that they build, well I am not standing and waiting no more for more of there mistakes and hogwash people work hard for there money only to throw it away on your word of happiness of your product, when in-fact you are looking more and more like scammers. Had I known it would be this bad, I would have had my kids build it, god knows they would have done a better job.....The fact of the matter is, I did not get what I was promised, I got a defective material rushed building. And I will not sit by anymore, this is a disgrace

Dear Mr. [redacted] In respond to your last correspondence as I mention before any professional contractor should know that in order to pour concrete they need to check with their local building department to see the requirements before pouring concrete. Please referred to attachment #1 Our company provides generic plans that show the minimum requirements. unfortunately, we have no record that this was done for Mr. [redacted]. As a final answer with out having proof that the concrete was pour according to the local building codes. With the professional answer from our engineering department there’s not much we can do, also by adding wood to your unit to hang tools, is the main reason of cause why your panels are ripping. Please referred to attachment #2

We apologize for the delay in response.  My service and warranty manager tried calling, when he called and greeted the wife, she said she didn't need anything from us and hung up.  He followed with an email to try to explain why he had called.
