Unfortunately with mr [redacted] there was some issues from the beginning.  Before our representative started doing the run for his area, she called mr. [redacted] first to see if he was ready and he said that the day we were going to be in the area did not work for him, that was a Wednesday, he asked...

for a Monday. Customer was told that the day was not possible for the run.  He later calls and says for us to put him in the run for a Thursday but was told that, Thursday would not be possible.  He later calls once again and now tells a different representative that Wednesday would be possible.  By this time the run had already been confirmed without the customer due to him saying at the beginning that Wednesday was not possible.

To whom it may concern, When American Steel got the order the order that was signed by the customer had the wrong contact information.  The phone number was disconnected.  We contacted the dealer and he told us that when the customer went back to his store.  Between 3-5...

weeks went by and we called the dealer back but the customer had not gone back.  One of our representatives found him via social media and sent him a message and he replied with his correct contact info.  The customers area is one where we don't go often and when we were trying to contact him we had to go to the area.  We are trying to do everything possible to get the customer out for the end of the week.

In response to the Customer's Complaint, we apologize for the inconvience.  However, all additional work done at site is considered at an additional cost, and it states in our contracts.

We've contact the customer and told him he is on schedule for the week of the 6th of November. Customer agreed.

Quite a shame that the company has to apologize for the actions of those located at the local store which in turn means the people that caused the issues are not being held accountable.  Also, there were NO miscommunications on my part AT ALL, thus, implying so is just not correct.   In fact, there was just NO communication on the part of the company once so ever.   In sum, the better late than sorry apology does not work well with me.

In response to the Costumer's complaint, our area service representative has made contact with the customer. An agreement was placed where a discount was issued to the customer for the delays on his installation. Our goal is to have him installed by the end of the month of February or the two...

first weeks of March. We have placed him in our priority list.

American Steel will be sending Mrs. [redacted] her requested refund.Thank you

Perhaps this needs to be settled in court, if you read all that I have sent, I personally went through my towns building codes and the town had to VOTE on this with all materials, as my contractor is aware also, this is no fly by night contractor as your builders are, I have all pictures before and after, and that building began to ripple before any wood was even put in there, why dont you man up to your warranties instead of FALSELY BEING DISHONEST to the public because you do not no how to hire capable workers, along with cheap construction.  I may live with these ruffles, but I am not living with the junk doors you installed either, there is no reason that should have happened except installed incorrectly, and they have never been changed.  You can continue this I dont have any record thing all you want, I will pursue this, along with all you have taken me for if you wish to continue these lies.  Your company says satisfaction guaranteed, well number one you cannot even get here on time before the warranty is up.   Own up to your mistakes, and stop these games, you WILL NOT continue to rip off hard working people.   Pictures do not lie, and facts do not either.

My Repair & Warranty manager has spoken to Ms. [redacted] and we have agreed to her terms of giving her a reimbursement of $200.
