What I have is an attachment that is a copy of a FAX sent to the regional office!! It states they cannot give them a copy of their response to me! I have received no phone call, no email from SunTrust, nor an apology! I DID FINALLY receive the letters WITH my ACCOUNT numbers on them, yet I'm still not able to make a successful deposit or transfer!! TALK ABOUT a HARDbTIME from ***!!
