Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that it makes no sense to pursue this matter any further with Amerigas.Their response says my tank was full. It was at 70%. 70% of a gallon tank is not full. I will pursue switching ** providers. Thank you for your efforts in trying to find a resolution to this problem. At least my complaint is now on file.Sincerely,
*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: After technician came out and found discrepancies (one being the meter # did not match the meter # on invoice), he put in a work order and requested the meter be replaced. The appointment for meter replacement was the morning of April 28, 2015. No one has showed up or called about replacing the meter. I took today off to have the meter replaced because someone has to be home when its being installed. I find this to be very rudeIf an employee did this, they would be fired. The only problem is they are the only provider of gas for the area. I need this matter resolved efficiently and effectively. Thank you

We have had a horrible experience with AmerigasI wouldn't recommend this company to anyoneThey are unable to properly answer phone calls/ call customers back, bill correctly, or follow up with anythingWe first got our propane tank installed October of We received a phone call after installation to take a survey and we told the Repwe had yet to receive a billThe Repstated its on its wayWhen we finally did receive a bill there was a late fee assessedWe called to dispute this late fee as we hadnt even received a previous bill and we wanted to set it up on a monthly paymentWe made our first payment that day to apply to the first monthWe then received another bill stating a late fee and when calling to figure that out we were told that last payment only applied to the late feeThis process continued on for months and we finally got this payment plan set up in March of We paid the bill off in May In September of we call to have Amerigas pick up the tank as we no longed needed itThey said they would come get it, they didnt as usualJanuary we still have the tank in our yard and receive yet another billOur lawyer calls to dispute this bill and request they remove this tank out of our yardOf course they say they will remove the bill charge and come pick up the tankIts now March 13, and we still have this tank in our yardThis is a poor excuse of a company and I would warn anyone from doing business with them

5:PMSubject: Complaint ID # ***To: MyRevdex.com Info Dear Ms*** :Winnie from AmeriGas left a message on our phone stating that she talked with the manager and they will make a one time adjustment since there was some confusion over the bill. She said these charges will apply for any future service. They are adjusting plus the tax, which is a total of off, leaving a total of 98.82. We paid the invoice of the adjusted amount of 98.82. Reference our check number ***. We appreciate your help in this matterThank you *** B***

I have been trying to work with my local office of Amerigas to have a refund check sent for a pre-paid delivery I over paid for I have been calling them for over a month, and they continue to tell me that the check is in the mail I called weeks ago after having still not received my refund, and the customer service representative assured me that the check had been reissued and would be received within 7-days After still not having received this check weeks later, I caled the main customer service line and was informed that in fact the check had been issued a week after the original representative had informed me it was issued So not only have I been given the run around for my money, but I have been out right lied to by this company And Ive had to chase them down - there have been no return calls as I've requested from them I've know been told I'll have to wait again, and that there is no way to issue my refund directly back to the tender in which it was originally paid for (which was a credit card), and essentially that I'll have to wait and nothing can be done I will never do business with this company again, and I will ensure that this opinion is shared

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I closed on this home on Jan 7, Amerigas's dealing with Realty was in December, Whatever this business was about, I had no part in it and assumed no legal obligation to Amergas in the purchase of this propertyI have no idea who the Realty company is and I repeat I have no contract with AmerigasAll I want is their tank removed from my property and their bill dismissedI have my own tank and have no need for the piece of junk they claim to ownI have no intention of ever doing business with them and will not be blackmailed to purchase propane from them to get the bill dismissedLook at it this wayIf a car rental company had parked a junk car in your yard with no ID on it and then two years later sent you a rental bill for use, would you pay it?
If Amerigas will show proof of ownership for this tank they are very welcome to come get it

Ms***’s delivery address of *** *** Drive was confirmedMs***’s account was terminated on December 20, due to a request made with our local AmeriGas office during a callWhile Ms*** was a forecast customer prior closing her account, this account closure is why she did not receive a scheduled delivery and ran out of propane Regarding her payments and their application as listed on Ms***’s complaint, we can confirm payments of $213.84, and $were applied to account number ***These checks were concurrent with her invoice amounts and left a credit of $36.00 on this accountAfter further review, we found that Ms*** had an additional account.
