They spent three hours here, explained what they were doing, making sure not to make any messYou could really hear the debris being sucked into the truck! Melvin was an excellent technician for Amistee Air Duct Cleaning He explained exactly what was to be done and proceeded to do it with the help of Joe He explained about the air duct filter needing to be replaced so that the dust presently in the filter would not ruin the duct cleaning He had a filter available so that was helpful He explained the two scents available and that they were natural scents Joe and Melvin worked quickly an d well together They moved what ever needed to reach vents They were very polite We could not have been more satisfied with the whole procedure
