I called Amistee on the recommendation of a neighbor I must say how pleased I was from the start, beginning with a thorough knowledge of the operation from Donna who answered the phone I made an appointment for both my home and my daughters home to be done the same morning Two employees, Jeff and Tyler, arrived promptly on time, explained the procedure, and began putting drop cloths down to protect carpet and stairs Their work was very professional and timely I was delighted with the enthusiasm they both exhibited Thanks Amistee for a job WELL DONE !! From beginning to end, Amistee Air Duct Cleaning was professional, courteous, and helpful The receptionist, Julie, was polite and informative Her quote was accurate, and there were no hidden fees She called the day before to confirm our appointment (service people would arrive within a hour window) and again, the day of, to tell us the names of the people who would be performing the duct cleaning Cleaning specialists, Melvin and Greg, were professional, polite, and efficient They wore shoe coverings & put down tarps to protect our floors When the job was complete, Melvin had me check his work - everything was neat & clean I would highly recommend Amistee

On Monday afternoon April 16, 2018, Jeff and Glen arrived at our home to provide a whole house air duct cleaning service Both technicians were very courteous and professional They were very careful not to damage our home and to be very clean during the entire process that took about hours They took the time to individually clean each cold air return and heating duct as well as all of the internal main ducts that run back to the furnace/a/c unit At the completion of the service they provided pictures of the before and after condition of the main duct system We were very impressed how much dust and debris was removed and how sparkling clean all of the vents were In summary, we would highly recommend Amistee Air Duct Cleaning to all our family and friends
