I received a courtesy phone call from the office to make sure this would be okay Indeed it was! We talked about the process All of my questions that were't answered through our "hello's" and walk through process prior to work starting were addressed and answered to my full satisfaction They were efficient, neat and clean in all that they did There is no question they both knew their jobs well I must say they left my house cleaner in all facets of their work than it was before they arrived Jeff said " that's part of our job, that's what we do and are happy to be doing it." The arrival time was between & PM, they arrived around 12:which was greatAs soon as they entered the house to check the furnace they put on
booties and did so each time they came in from outside until they were able to put down the canvas to protect the floors They explained what would be done before hand and then again upon completion and took pictures before and after The process took about 1/hoursI felt they were very courteous and efficient and answered any questions I had There was no mess and the house looked the same once they left I am extremely pleased with Amistee's service and will call them again in years
