My husband & I bought our house a few years ago & developed allergies over the last yearWe figured the ducts needed cleaning as dust was visibly noticeable on the vents & we weren’t sure if it had ever been done prior to us moving inI contacted Amistee on a Wednesday & the woman I spoke with scheduled our service for that SaturdayShe was very helpful & we received a reminder call the day before as well as day of serviceGreg & Tyler arrived on time & got to work right awayWhile Greg began setup, Tyler took before pictures of the ducts & explained the entire cleaning process to usThey were professional but also personableWe could hear the machine do it’s thing and although it took a couple of hours, we appreciated the thoroughnessI ran a quick errand & when I came home, it seemed as though I could already tell a difference in the air qualityThe last step was a disinfectant which they ran through the ventsWhat I liked is that it’s plant based & free of synthetic ingredientsAfterwards, Tyler showed us pictures of our clean ductsThe difference was incredibleTo know my husband & I, along with our dog, were breathing in what we saw in the before pictures, was quite unsettlingWe are relieved to know our house is rid of all those germs & highly recommend Amistee’s service to anyone who might be experiencing allergy symptoms or who have never had their air ducts cleaned beforeWe are very happy with the service provided!

I've used this company before and will continue to do so When I called the office to schedule the person was very professional over the phone and polite I was called the day before by Julie to confirm appointment and confirm time Julie called again in the morning to give me an update on when they would arrive to clean the dryer ventKyle and Tyler were prompt, polite and professional I was happy that they put on footies to protect the outside elements coming inside on my wood floors Kyle explained exactly what would be done I offered to show they where the vent exited outside but they did everything so that I would not have to go outside into the cold Very considerateThey finished the job in a timely manner Put the dryer back neatly as if they were never even hereIn the end Kyle let me know that there was a savings this month for this service and applied it to my bill I was very impressedGreat company and employees

We had water damage to our home in the summer and after all of the construction work was finished we had our ducts cleanedI heard from several people about Amistee and called them upJulie was very helpful and gave me all of the information I neededShe also informed me of a coupon that they had available on their website which was a nice surpriseRob Sand Robert showed up to our house as scheduled and did a very detailed jobThey were very informative about how the process worked and were very respectfulThey wore shoe protection which was appreciatedOverall we were very satisfied with the job
Jackie and Tyler at Amistee did a terrific job of cleaning the air ducts in our home! We received a phone call telling us they were on the way, they worked efficiently, wore shoe covers, placed tarps down so that the large vacuum tubes would not scrape against anything, and explained all that they were doing! Definitely a star experience! Jackie and Tyler were very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the cleaningI especially appreciated the option of spraying the duct work after it was cleaned with Benefect, a non- toxic, broad spectrum disinfectant made with essential oilsI will definitely be calling them next time!
