I had the duct work at my new home cleaned by Jackie and Mike from Amistee Air Duct Cleaning recently Both Jackie and Mike were on time, explained the procedure prior to starting the work and explained what was found upon completion They were both very respectful of my home Upon entering they both covered their shoes, were very careful not to bump into walls and furniture with their equipment and kept the doors closed as much as possible as to not let the cool air out and bugs in I wish all contractors that came into my home were as careful and pleasant as these two were

This company is outstanding and the credit goes to the crew, Tyler and Stephen, who came out to do the cleaning Two of the most professional people I have ever had at my house to do work They were extremely thorough, showed before and after pictures and cleaned up every room they were in I would not use another company to clean our ducts
They arrived right on time Said it would take about 1/hours and it did Made sure that the house was protected from the outside elements They were very courteous and made sure that they explained everything that they were going to do They showed concern for my animals and made sure that they would be comfortable before they began Showed the ducts before and after the cleaning Very satisfied with their work
I was very impressed with not only the service but the quality of the service I received a reminder phone call telling me that the service team was enroute and she gave me their names (Rob and Tyler) They explained what they would be doing and how it would be done They checked out the furnace and humidifier and changed the filters as needed They were quick, neat and professional I could not have been happier When they were gone (and it might be my imagination, but I don't think so), the air seemed cleaner, fresher and made breathing easier I would highly recommend this company and the guys who provided the excellent service

Amistee cleaned our duct systems and sealed our duct system I was very impressed with their processes, cleanliness, and professionalism All of their people were great....from Steve, our salesman, to James the lead technician And the results?? OutstandingI can't believe how much air was being lost through all of the tiny gaps and seams of our duct system before Amistee sealed it Now almost of the air we heat and cool is going into the rooms we live in - rather than our basement or within the walls Great job guys!

Jacob and Ian arrived promptly at the scheduled time Jacob gave a very clear explanation of the cleaning procedures They placed clean tarps on walkway and stairs and were very careful by protecting doors and walls They made a point of asking if there were any pets in the house to prevent pets from exiting the house They were very thorough and completed every step outlined in their explanation Their presentation and performance outshined another duct cleaning company with whom we contracted several years ago When it is time to clean the furnace and ducts again, we will be contacting Amistee
My girlfriend and I had Amistee come to our house clean our air ducts Jackie and Troy were professional in what they do while maintaining a fun atmosphere Most times when services come into your house it can be awkward but I thought they were very friendly and just felt like someone you knew at your house I would definitely recommend them not only on their demeanor but also for how we felt after the air ducts were cleaned They had pointed out how the previous owners of our house had their ducts cleaned but you could tell that whatever company had serviced the ducts before had taken shortcuts Since having the ducts cleaned my allergies have pretty much dissipated Really appreciate their services and would highly recommend it to anyone who is in search of a quality duct cleaning
